KFC Mansfield - Nottingham Road in Mansfield

Just went and collected at the window I even asked if everything is in there. After i have come home checked it and a large chicken popcorn is missing.I have called their number over and over again 12 times to be exact. No one is picking up will not be buying from this branch again as this is second time same thing happening .

Really enjoy coming to this store as feel staff are attentive and try to make you feel welcome!

Total messed up are order and took ages to be served

Absolutely filthy inside. Not what you want to be looking at while you’re eating. Nor does it show a very good representation! If the restaurant looks like this what does the kitchen look like that no one can see if your happy for us to see this mess what are you hiding?

I dont know based on what criteria they employe people here,but kfc restaurants seem to only take people that are rude,ignore you by any means and just act like you are asking them to do something that's not part of their job.In the picture you can see how kfc keeps delivery orders,so from now on when you get your food cold,this is the reason.The driver were calling them to pick the orders and they just ignore them and acted as if the driver shouted at them,when he was asking the nicely to get the order as has been sat there for 20 minutes.

the food had no taste to it at all some of it was cold and couldn't eat it so had to give it to the dogs the gravey was so watery and horrible

Awful. can you please emply delivery drivers that can speak and read English. I live in an apartment block and leave clear instructions where my order should be delivered. Once again these are not followed.

Went through drive thro assist male was rude had no manners. When home there was no lid on my bun . The kfc at Mansfield will not visit again. KFC train your staff to say please and thank you it's not a lot to ask. And to do orders right .

The drinks did not arrive with the delivery. One of the burger buns was rock hard and the chicken inside hard in the middle too. Absolutely awful.

Restaurant was to cold to sit in so had to change order to takeaway so we could eat in the car. Hubby's double down burger was hard and very greasy. My trilogy burger had no coating and looked like it had been kicked round the kitchen and the bun was that hard it would have broken a window. The staff who were supposed to be cooking were too busy messing around and no hair or beard nets were being worn. All in all £20+ pound down the drain and left still hungry which is unheard of. Got in touch with KFC but NO reply.

Read the reviews for Burger King just down the road, ridiculous wait times, so I decided to go to this KFC instead, what a mistake that was, feel sorry for anyone only getting 30mins for their meal break, you’ll wait for what seems like an eternity for your food. And when the food did eventually arrive the order was wrong, surprise.It wasn’t even that busy, I don’t blame the staff, there is obviously something not right with KFC’s policies, not customer focused, but why should they be when mugs like me line there pocket. If you want fast food-avoid 🤬

It took them 40 minutes to bring the food out to us, and all they said was the staff kept taking the burgers. When we got home the burgers were burnt, will not be going again.

Me and my partner turned up for food and when to order on the kiosk but got told by many customers that already ordered saying don’t order because they had been waiting an hour for their food which still hadn’t arrived so they demanded a refund and also told us that the manager had walked out and left the building ,They had only one staff member left to run the place, also there was many delivery’s on the screen which couldn’t be seen to, This is disgusting to see as a customer

Not only are you waiting nearly 30 mins for your food, it comes well over done and tastes absolutely foul. Best thing was the chips and they weren't even all that. It's about time they were shut down. Absolutely disgusting!! We knew we should've gone to the forest town kfc but took a chance and what a complete waste of money and time that was. Never again. Avoid at all costs. Mansfield and Sutton are both absolutely shocking service and food.

Order didn’t arrive after waiting for two and a half hours! I can only submit a refund for the order but not the delivery fee.

ordered at 6 even though we phoned the restaurant they said it was from a different restaurant phoned who said it was from the first one we phoned. After 2 hours we phoned and cancelled the order. After 3 hours the order arrived but I refused acceptance of it. I would like to know why I am still being charged for this.

Always use this KFC for years but has become very expensive. I went for an uber eats promo so made it cheaper, Beware of delivery prices, they add £2 per item extra on top of delivery fee and service charge so won't bother with delivery again. The uber eats guy delivered within 20 mins but didn't bother to follow the instructions. Food was hot and tasty. Visited tonight for 2 zinger burger deal. This place just gets worse every time. Ordered through app, it died and has never worked. Touch screens don't work. One of the burgers had a mini fillet rather than full size. Couldn't check in. Waited about 20 mins from getting there to receiving order. Burgers were sat there about 10 mins before the wings were added. Felt sorry for the poor guy in the counter, the queue was growing and no one else seemed to be doing much. Unable to use rewards due to the app completely dying mid order as always. This KFC is the worst KFC I have ever been to. The staff are slow, ignorant and don’t listen to what you ask for. Asked 4 times for a BOX meal. 4. Still only received a tower meal. Queried this and was told I was lying. After asking 4 times. My burger had two bottoms and was toasted for so long that it was almost flat and crispier than these -6 degree mornings we are currently having. Honestly do wonder how this store is still open. Consistently poor even when you decide to give them another try. Get it sorted management.

The fries were cold and not the signature fries we ordered and the delivery time kept getting put back every 5 mins, this was after they messed up our order on Tuesday. we will not be ordering from there again.
