Visited on the off chance, a bit busy for Sunday afternoon with just one person serving, but we enjoyed the atmosphere and a was great to see real fire on

Had a Xmas party here. Really looked after us.

The quality and quantity of food here is fantastic and great value for money. But the reason you should use Ocean Bay is because the staff are brilliant, they absolutely understand how to deliver amazing customer service. I had a gluten free request in my order and they took care to package it separately, but also then talked to be about the vinegar that could be used. I ordered online for collection and thought them getting me to double check the order when I arrived was good as I’d forgotten the peas! The woman I was speaking to (sorry, didn’t catch her name) was so helpful and friendly, an absolute credit to Ocean Bay. Thank you for a wonderful service.

such a shame, paid extra for the "nicer" seats but they are not very comfortable. dont even recline slightly or anything. Now understand why cineworld is more popular. Having said that, the staff are all very nice and welcoming.

My group of friends came for a Festive lunch. Although we had preordered our food it arrived 45 minutes after we had all arrived. The Christmas lunch was awful, overcooked vegetables to the point of being mushy and stone cold. The first 4 people served received the cold food, we complained and the other food arrived hot but the vegetables were still awful. The service was very slow and we only got served dessert when we complained that our mains dishes hadn’t been cleared and we were waiting for our dessert. We didn’t leave a tip and won’t be going again. It really spoiled our Christmas celebration together.

Nice coffee and friendly but overworked staff. Lots of tables uncleared and only one toilet out of the available thus queues through the shop.

Left Nandos opposite because of the paucity of vegan options and pleased to have good food, comfort and good service in Pizza Hut.

I ordered from OCEAN and got special fried rice, ribs, prawns, and chips. Within an hour of eating, I had diahorea. I had not eaten all day so it was no doubt the food. As it was late in the evening I called them the next day to explain what had happened. The lady was very rude and told me to call 111 or 999, and when they confirm it was the Chinese food she will look into it. Does that even make sense? Telling me to go to hospital so I can prove it was them. She was very dismissive and it seems like she is quite used to getting these sorts of calls which is not a good sign. Personally, I won’t be eating from there again and I’ll also be contacting food trading standards.

Just had a nice meal here, being a Monday evening it was quiet but the service was good and the food also good.

I had a bad experience at this costa today, I was in line and the people in front of me allowed me to go in front of them as I had cold food and they all were waiting for their hot food. When I was served (by the manger I assume) she was very condescending and tried to explain to me how a que worked (sarcastically of course) and then when I later purchased a panini she undercooked it by 3 minutes (as a costa worker myself I am aware of how long they go under for) I then return the panini without a refund and left. Just because she was older than me doesn’t mean she should have spoke down to me, I hope her service improves so she can be an example to her staff, and not an example of bad customer service

It's not as busy as on junction 10, which is good. Staff friendly but wait is always very long.

Ordered at 10:25pm on the just eat app and it said it would be here at 11:45, after that it kept going up and up and up till around 0020-00:40 almost 3 hours is disgusting, I even rang up and said where is my food at around 11:30 and they said “we’re waiting for our driver and we will call him in 2 mins” never responded and time kept going up. Tried to call back and they didn’t pick up and never got my food. It’s now 00:39.
