Great experience, staff very friendly and happy to help. Lovely clean environment too.

Looking a bit run down now compared to other cinemas in Northamptonshire.

Went to see a film last month and as a 6'1 male I could not find comfort in their chairs. Mind you I wasn't in "premier" seats. I had no room for my legs and the back rest was tiny. I almost walked out half way through because of no leg space, it was that bad. My head was sticking out for everyone behind me to see.. I think going to the Odeon days are over. Went again recently, premier seat, and my god why do all cinema's share arm rests? I need/want arm rests on the chair.. I'm done

Went to see it ends with us. The screen was average size. I was expecting a bigger screen. And the seats were not that great. I am 6 feet. I was struggling to sit on the seat for 2 hours.

Been here 3 times and each time had problems! They won't take Meerkat with a voucher (everywhere else does) and the other times I had voucher issues too. They want you to pay £14.49 per seat per film, no wonder it's never even half full.

Took my son to see Harold and the Purple Crayon on the opening weekend, an average film, but not the Odeons fault 🙄 The cinema was clean and tidy and the Premium seats offered the additional leg room I was looking for. On this visit we opted to bring our own snacks as we always find the prices exceedingly expensive. The air conditioning wasn't upto par and on a 30C day outside I left the cinema sweating. Overall a good experience and the Premium seats were worth the additional cost

Lovely cinema, good price easy parking

You'll probably have issues with the Odeon app; I certainly do! But the staff in Kettering are wonderful, the service fabulous and the big screen with surround sound is SO very much better than any experience at home! 3D these days is spectacular, and no longer a gimmick, so I can't understand why not all movies are 3D? My Assistance Dog, Sally, and I are always treated with friendliness, respect and courtesy here. Great venue with lovely friendly staff members. If you are tall you won't fit comfortably in the cheapest seats... Go premium! If you sign up on their website, for free, you get access to certain cheaper screenings. Personally though I highly recommend the Limitless Card at (now) £14.99 per month! Still the best cinema in Northamptonshire in my opinion! I like the way they raise donations for the charity Mind too. (My youngest daughter and Sally Service Dog are in love; as seen in the attached pictures!) 6/6/24 Still the best entertainment in Kettering, but still with a clunky and dysfunctional app & website unfortunately!

Not a full bag of popcorn. It was only 3/4 full. 😢

Saw minions 4 great film, grandson loved it. Really expensive food and drinks, 3.40 for a diet coke, no wonder these places are closing, what about a bargain section of sweets and drinks for kids

Staff are always friendly, screens are always clean and the food and tickets are so quick and easy to purchase on the machines. Lovely cinema overall.

By no means the huge top spec cinema, but was a good place clean and great welcoming staff easy access to everything in tip top order. So a small scale venue by today's standards but remains as a good experience and hope to return for next film of interest.

I'm pretty much an order online, arrive as the Ads finish and leave as the credits roll guy as go alone mostly, so cannot comment on food etc, but the leg room is not great. As standard I should be able to sit comfortably, without upgrading my seat. I almost signed up for a membership, but cannot risk deep vain thrombosis to watch a movie 😂

It's just down the road from us, the staff are young polite and very helpful.

Watched kingdom of the planet of the apes in screen 2. Sound was OK but screen was poor. Brightness was not stable and changing every few seconds. The screen was unable to deliver the beauty of the film.

The parking is very easy to find and it has a lot of space. No queue and the staff were very helpful for my first time being there.They were very precise and explained everything that we didn’t understood about the family pack menu and so on. The seats on the other hand, were a bit dirty, the same goes to the walls and floor. A bit boring that you have to wait for 30min for commercials, so the movie didn’t started exactly when it had to. At the end, they waited for everyone who had to use the toilet and wished a “good night and hope to see you soon!”.

The seats are stinks and smelling. Not cleaned after the previous show. Bad smell and not comfortable seats. Seat hands are sticky. Food waste is in the seat and Bad smells.

All the screens are good. Clean and sound is good in the normal screens. Easy to get in and get tickets scanned.

Staff was so attentive, so relaxed brilliant atmosphere

Pretty small screen for that price tbh. But at least I had all room for me and my wife for romantic anime evening.😅

Disappointing experience. The premium seats are not premium at all, the only good part is that you have some extra space for your legs. And watching half an hour of commercials before the movie starts is quite annoying.

It was the first time I have visited a cinema in 25 years. The place was lovely and clean including the toilets. There is a Costa coffee inside, no surprise there! Soon there will be a Costa coffee popping up in our postboxes the way they are going. There was a huge amount of trailers before the film however the seats were comfortable enough. I do miss the days of a mid film comfort break. Over all a nice afternoon out.

Comfortable but was surprised the deluxe seats were same as the normal seats but a different colour, not leather as I thought it would be. But overall it was a nice and pleasant experience with friendly staff and clean place.

A good movie experience, but you can smell the toilets from the lobby 🤢 Update 28/02/24 you can still smell the toilets from the front door, and the seats in screen 8 aren't very comfortable. I'm not totally sure what there staff there actually do.

Went to see screen unseen "wicked little letters" Usual cinema experience but a very funny film

Foyer is neatly laid out, screen was clear and bright. Parking was easy. But seats didn't have much left room, but I'm over 6 foot. Just felt upright and cramped I'm afraid.

Clean and with friendly staff, car parking free and just outside. Second visit will come back.

The space between chairs is the smallest among all the cinemas out there,screen aswell ,very tidy tho

Went to watch Wonka as a family over the Christmas period. The cinema smells funny inside like sewage and wasn't nice. Loads of staff standing around doing nothing, they just want you to order in the screens which we were having issues with. We had some ice blasts which tastes funny so we asked to change them, the manager was really rude. I'd rather drive further and go to Cineworld at Rushden lakes in future.

Today, New Years Day, we saw Wonka, for some reason the projection was too large for the screen and a large amount of the film was lost on the black edges each side. The temperature in screen 4 was baltic. PS Wonka is amazing.

This Odeon, is a treasure. It’s not as flashy as some of the other cinemas, but the lovely staff and cleanliness of the cinema can’t be faulted. It also offers the Silver Screen days…£4 for a ticket, cup of coffee and a biscuit! The screening of some of the classic black and white films has been wonderful. Yes, I know we can watch the old films on our tv screens, but sitting in a cinema and watching the films as they were originally shown, is a unique experience. Please Odeon Kettering, continue to show these lovely old movies on the Silver Screen days. Also, maybe revert back to the 10.30am screenings?

It was beautiful. Took a client with us, had a good time. The help from one of the staff members was good, when I requested for a particular type of position so that it will be easy to move out if need be for our client, I was happy with such help. It was a very friendly place.

I really like this ODEON I may have timed it lucky but it is never busy, usually only about 10 people max in the screen. Shame the food places around it all seem to closed down but there is some at the next roundabout.

Movie was great along with audio. However, the staff (despite mostly being lovely) repeatedly come in during the end credit scenes to begin cleaning before everybody has left which is awkward when you're the only ones and you're waiting for the end credit scene or listening to the music and etc. It can be really uncomfortable and I've experienced this multiple times now. Both times I've left feeling like I was urged to leave; practically kicked out! Other than that prices were expensive and most of the staff was lovely except for the one member who has done this twice now which is what I think the biggest issue is. Thank you.

Nice local cinema, refreshments ok, but too expensive these days. Always pretty quiet.

Cinema is clean and inviting / comfortable only minor negative in December there's no need for chilled air in the screen area (BRR).

Really nice venue, staff really friendly too Downside: toilets have a serious issue so whole building stinks of sewage! All Prices for everything way too expensive! I doubt this place will last much longer

Very clean and friendly staff. Seats are very comfortable and all staff are knowledgeable and interested in helping people. Tickets are a little pricey if going In a big group but the only place to view latest release films In and around Kettering 😎

This place didn't let me see the five nights at freddy's movie. I was so exited as it was my favourite game series. Looks like Peacock will get my money instead. Absolutely outrageous. For any of you that had this happen to you, its on YouTube and peacock.

Film was good, seats nice, but the sound is too loud. Getting a ticket experience at the machine is time consuming, requires an assistant and is very irritating. Please remove the online booking fee , and make everyone's life easier. At the end of the day we save you millions in ticket office staff by doing it ourselves, and it doesn't seem fair that we have to pay for the privilege.

Nachos were delicious and excellently packaged, and the cheese sauce was nice and hot. Just a shame that my favourite Ice Blasts were currently unavailable to order on the menu. It would be nice to be able to buy individual bottles of fizzy drinks, it only lets you buy them as part of a meal deal. -And I would've added another on to my order if I could. Also, I would've loved the option to collect the order myself- this was greyed out for some reason. I would recommend ODEON Kettering!

Great! Everything you'd want from a chain cinema experience! Nothing ridiculously new or niche, but great for the price!

Friendly service from the staff on the phone. Popcorn sizes are good. Consider putting the drinks in a seperate bag to the popcorn however as it changes the texture of the popcorn if it's too cold it gets sort of chewy

A good cinema with all the normal expectations but I'm not sure about the queuing system at the front door blocking the entrance as you go in? I think asking people if they want to have food and making them wait outside is a bit degrading and takes away the pleasant buzz of going to the cinema. I felt a bit ashamed of the people having to wait outside while we walked past them it really isn't a good system. It looks confusing and cluttered when you approach the entrance and makes those poor souls waiting outside just because they want food with their cinema tickets? Surely there's a better way to organise this

went to see a movie rcently and found the "newly cleaned" screen room dirty, plus one of their staff comes in during the movie with a flashlight filming every1 in the dark....when i questioned staff about this after the movie they initially denied it then admitted that they were just making sure people were not secretly filming.....which is exaclty what they were doing!!

Not the best buy not the worse. An average cinema with all the usual snacks and treats. Seats were normal, not the most comfortable. Screen experience just average.

As a first time visitor finding the Cinema was a little tricky as it isn't really clearly signposted from the A14. However, the cinema itself is great with decent access for less abled and close to eating establishments. I still can't get the self check in QR readers to read my code from my phone though...

Use this cinema a lot. Seats are comfortable and all the public areas are spotlessly clean.

All worked well, prebooked tickets so just had to flash phone, took in a nice Costa coffee,enjoyed film. Staff very helpfull, no problems.

Friendly staff and it’s always super quick to get in. The food pre-order via the app works well also.

Plenty of seats cos it's always empty.very expensive. The Savoy at Corby is half price. You can save a fortune If you have large family.

i am 18 years old. i went into go and see incidious and the dopey staff said. i needed id which i didn’t have. the manager and rest of the people working there were useless and i asked do a refund which they gave me, i looked on my account- no refund IM FUMING

Cinema is good. This new automated service is awful. Cant speak to a human after 5pm when I need to cancel as I didn’t book through the app. They need a direct phone line to someone inside to answer questions/queries. Absolutely ridiculous

Little mermaid was brilliant.... only thing I do not like if you want sweets ,drinks etc & pay by card you have to order at the screen why whats happened to be able to chat to a member of staff & pay..I prefer more of a personal touch pay enough for your tickets

Prebooked our tickets so went straight in. Staff were very welcoming and helpful especially with showing (more like actually doing) me how to order popcorn ect on the screen.

Small screen with an awesome cinematic experience. But seating comfortability is average.

Staff were friendly and helpful..My one criticism was that my grandsons couldn't see the whole of the screen and had to sit on coats or kneel in the seat. My son went for booster seats but was told the council have stopped them having them ?? I am over 60 and I had part of the screen not in full view because of the gentleman's head in front of me. I believe we were on row F.

Always good for the latest films. If you are interested in more Indy films though you may find they are not shown here as this cinema tends to show the latest blockbusters.

I generally don't like the cinema, but it was a good experience. I ordered tickets and food online in order to not queue. The staff were friendly and chatted away to us about the film. There is a Costa, thank goodness as i like to be highly caffeinated at all times! Ample accessible parking.

Nice place due to. Many businesses close down plenty of parking available very clean toilets too all the staff very friendly inside cafe you can have some hot drinks and sandwiches also. Nice when you come out from the cinema. There are two places to have lunch or dinner one is KFC other one pub next to the cinema which is nice place to have lunch or dinner There used to be a restaurant now they close down. Also they have disable car park and access too

We attend this cinema on a weekly basis, it's time for an update. Not keen on the way things are run.

The line to buy sweets was very slow and the ladies toilets were filthy but the rest of the experience was good. We bought tickets in advance, which worked well.

The cinema rooms themselves are fine. Clean, they have two types of seatings, one is standard and one is premier (bit nicer and have more space compare to standard). The price for a premier seat is the same cost as watching the "early release" movies you see on Prime etc (£14 ish). Now to move onto the bad parts... I love pick and mix. Even as an adult, one of my absolute favourite things about going to a cinema is pick and mix. Last time I went, I was shocked to see how expensive the food and drinks are! £3 for a 500ml drink! £5.50 for a cup of sweet (the size is the same as a Medium cup you get from fast food restaurants). My bank balance cried that day. The drink was not even cold. The pick and mix sweet tasted like they were exposed to the air for more than a week, not nice. Oh and they unforgivablely stopped selling Chocolate Brazil Nuts!! (Probably due to them wanting to avoid lawsuits with people with nut allergy but that's the risk I'm willing to take...) As a deaf person, it is wonderful to see Odeon doing subtitled films at appropriate times on appropriate days (eg 12.30pm on a Sunday instead of say 2.30pm on a Tuesday despite the fact we're at work). TLDR: Cinema is fine. They do subtitles. Sneak in your own drinks and food from Tesco/Aldi down the road.

I have to give the rating for the lovely staff and decor but deducted 3 stars for the AWFUL toilets, which smell disgusting! How can an Odeon Cinema look as nice and modern as that but have disgusting smelly toilets? I am mystified. They need to do something about it and fast! I certainly will not be going back until they sort that constant sewer smell out in the women's loos. I understand it's the same in the men's too my son mentioned. No thank you. 🤮
