Can someone fix the map. Not the delivery drivers fault, but they always struggle to find my house.

Dont eat here! Worst KFC we've ever been too. Went to this KFC last Sunday evening, food was not good, gave the benefit of the doubt & tried again this evening, even worse, wont be visiting Ilkeston KFC again.

Doesn’t do food beer good price shuts depending on who is in eg shuts at 10pm sometimes and you get caught out unfortunately

A really nice restaurant with plenty of parking facility. Food was good, ordered fish and chips with a portion of beans and partner ordered the same with mashy peas. I would go again but this time I would order something different. It was really quiet...

45 minutes after ordering food still waiting,spoke to the person who had taken the order and was told it had not gone through to the person in the kitchen area did consider asking for refund and leaving but they said will do it straight away so sat back down and waited arrived 12 mins later the person that bought the food offered no apology and when we said we thought we had been forgot the reply "oh well you,ve got it now" we were shocked at the attitude needless to say wont bother returning could have been so different with an apology and maybe some complimentary drinks as a goodwill gesture they seriously need to up their game if they want to continue especially looking at other reviews.

Never answer the phone pointless ringing

The crispy beef was soggy. Peppers really undercooked and the pieces were huge. The chicken with garlic was very dry and most was thrown away Very disappointing

Necesitábamos un capricho después de quedarnos todo el tiempo por precauciones de Covid 19. Este lugar apareció en Just Eat como el único que hacía entregas en el momento que estábamos buscando.La comida estuvo bien. Mi curry mixto tenía mucha carne y langostinos en la salsa de curry chino habitual. El Chop Suey mixto de mi esposa también estaba bien.Nada malo y mucha comida. Podrían haberlo hecho con un poco más de sabor de alguna manera.

They were so so rude to us. We order delivery and they said we orders pickup which we did not do then they recited our address (which was not correct btw) and we were like how do you know our address if we ordered pick up? We told them there was something wrong with their system and they just kept shouting at us. It was very unprofessional, then they told us to cancel our delivery so we could get refunded but then they purposely cancelled it on their end so we couldn’t get refunded. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour

Cracking pub on the nain road between Ilkeston and Heanor. 3 hand pumps for real ale fans , lagers and ciders also on offer. Dont be put off that its part of the Pub People chain, the food is very good, good value for money and served on nice hot plates. Take a look at the Specials board in the restaurant area , as these are home made dishes prepared by the wonderful Sue. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options too. Will be back next week
