Ilkeston Kebab in Erewash

Food took over an hour yet again and when trying to call they cut the call straight away

Delivery took forever and when it did arrive it was the worst pizza and kebab we have ever had,

Ordered and took 2 hours and not showed up. Ordered through uber eats and got it cancelled and had to order more food to feed my children. Hopefully get refunded by Uber but never order from here ever!!!!!!!!!! It’s terrible and tried calling 20 times but always went to voice mail and Uber help couldn’t get through to them. So thanks for helping my kids starve for the whole night

Ordered on Uber eats, didn’t arrive for 2 hours and no one answered the phone. We called over 20 times. The app didn’t update at all!! Was meant to be a nice takeaway evening for the family but we’re going to be eating at 10pm now. Don’t bother getting food here!!!

Walked past this place for many years and never went in. Then this year, I'd thought give it a go. Why I have never eaten from here before I never know. The food is absolutely amazing, with large portions too. They even make me something off the menu, which I'm very grateful for. Introduced a few friends to this place and they even agree the food is lovely.

Waited 2 hours so far, kids are eating their fingers! Rang half an hour ago and they said delivery just around the corner. Never again.

The food and service is quite simply is the best. Asif and his team always go out of their way to make everyone welcome and service is always with a smile.

Wanted some certain food and the main thing we wanted was missed off.. then when they resent the main the rest of the food was all cold and dosnt warm up well

Do not recommend 2h late even tho they are 2 minutes drive away , food is greasy and it seems fries are made in dirty burnt oil.

The restaurant is shown as open on the Uber Eats app, but is not accepting orders. So I went to get some takeaway food. After opening it at home, I was horrified. This burnt pita cannot be eaten. tastes terrible. I wish I had gone somewhere else, I'm still hungry.

Best place in Ilkeston for kebabs for sure I would go as far to say best place in Derbyshire! Great value for money and the gent who runs it is so police and always so welcoming.. gave my little lad a free drink also which was much appreciated. All lovely people who work here and the best kebabs around by far! High quality and get plenty amazing value for money. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a kebab honestly Keep up the great work guys 5 star review from me 😊💪

The might mix kebab was one of the best kebabs ive had. Delivered in the said time fresh and hot highly recommended

I ordered at 20:30 for a 22:00 delivery, was told everything went through the money came out my account and food was being processed,,, to then get a message at 22:20 to say my order was cancelled and money out my account,,, shop won’t even answer there phone, not happy at all after using these for nearly a year

Disappointed ,thought I ordered two boxes of chicken with chips and a pot of mayo sauce ,but received one box with three pieces of chicken and chips completely covered in mayo .chicken was very dry and crispy despite being covered in mayo and chips were soggy due to being covered in mayo.

Wow my husband's first visit tonight he's tried the lot but this place is right at the top had large doner on a cheese nan not many do a fresh nan so this was perfect fast service very nice guy and very polite I am now well full massive portion of meat lovely sauce and so fresh keep it up will be back well done best in ilkeston heanor and langley mill by far .

This is by far the best kebab and curry house going!! Chips get cold really quick but it’s so nice! Donner kebabs are huge!! Keep it up lads💙

Ordered at 6:50pm, at 8:05pm told us it was on its way(6 minutes away), its currently 8:37pm and its still not here, now ignoring calls

Poor quality kebabs, salad non existent, dry, cold, and tasteless. Long wait for delivery. Never order again.

Had a takeout Indian meal from Ilkeston Kebab that was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended 👍

I wouldn’t bother, if you want it by 5pm I’d order it at 3pm, you ring up and ask them where it is and it’s constantly ‘on it way’ definitely wouldn’t go again, it’s not even worth it either

Asked for plain burger got one with cheese thanks I can't eat cheese so thanks for wasting money

Been going here for 6 months very regularly few times a week and recently keep messing up order either send the wrong item or not at all I’d stay clear and find somewhere else to order from as they’ve gone down hill I’m certainly going to find somewhere else to go

I had the 16 quid special kebab do not order from here donner was undercooked and all other meats was grizzly had hard bits and the chicken was horrible had chewy faty bits on worse kebab ever

Avoid like the plague,chicken tikka chewy, only luke warm when we got it, took well over an hour to deliver once we ordered and paid for it, put it straight in the bin, Chinese it is....

Best kebab in the area The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Always make the food exactly how I want it. The chicken tikka is made freshly infront of you and not microwaved like many other shops in the area

My son asked me to try this place. Wow I wasn’t disappointed we had kebabs and a curry which where both lovely!!!! The staff are really friendly to my son which makes it even better. I will be definitely using Ilkeston kebab again. Thanks guys keep up the good work 👍🏻

Just had a so called LARGE chicken tikka donor mix delivered, I opened it there was 4 pieces of chicken meat... totally discussed with this I will not be ordering again...we have always enjoyed your food...in the past, but this was the worst ever......goodbye.

Food came late and cold never again

Did the delivery service. Was very fast came in the selected time slot it was estimated to be delivered. Chips were lovely and still warm even though they have travelled from Ilkeston - Langley mill which in comparison to some places we've been from down the road get them cold. Brilliant food and fast service

Okay, I am going to a write a review for these guys even though I had given them 5 stars previously. After trying their food a couple of times I have come to love them, especially their desserts. I have ordered shakes like kinder bueno, diam which are very fine. The best part about these shakes is that they contains tiny bits of the chocolate particles. I personally like their waffles as well, with strawberries and chocolate sauce, in contrast to cookie dough which are a bit too fullfilling for me. Sundaes are very presentable. Other than this I also like their pizza (sauce). I usually order online and collect the food myself from the shop. This way the desserts are in top top shape. Delivery experience is just okay tbh. The staff is very nice especially the big guy at the back who does desserts is an absolute gem to talk to but rarely comes at front. (Sad)

I just drop customer in Ilkeston and try chiken tika Donner mix rap with fresh salad and tortilla bread.it was amazing very cheap in price.customer service amazing.very clean definitely try again

I only put 5 stars to get attention of the management! What a let down. Was told a few weeks back that they would donate some pizzas for a school disco and when I rang today (good job I did) They denied ever talking to me about it (even though I discribed the person I spoke to) for them to laugh at me and denied everything after I had gone in person to speak to them. Well first time I ordered from this place and it will be the last. We placed order at 11.15pm told me delivery would be 30 mins tuned up at 12 30am they close at 11.30 we had gone to bed food was cold thick with greace

Fish not cooked right didnt eat it and just a waste of money

Very little of everything on my kebab for the price, but was nice!

Food cold on delivery when complained driver got abusive screaming in my face , would not go there again

Had to microwave food on arrival it was cold, food was nice but definitely not worth the price beaware that kebabs do NOT come with fries or salad I spent £26 and still got charged £2 delivery. I did ring them and told them and said food was cold and I ordered large kebab not small they offered me 10% of next time I DON'T THINK SO.
