Completely the wrong order. The only thing that was right was egg fried rice and delivery was 20 minutes late. Never again!

I’m sorry to say the crispy satay chicken just had watered down sweet and sour sauce on it (we had it thick in the pot on the side), and the chow mein dish we ordered - does specify the sauce - but was like eating noodles and meat covered in cheap Bisto. I’m sure they’re lovely and I’m sorry for the bad review. Everyone else seems to like it, which is fantastic. Good luck!

1st time ordering, was really tasty and food was super hot when it was delivered

Honestly, very bad, the crispy beef was soggy; the Singapore vermicelli was soggy and had barely any meat in, the prawn toast was 4 quid for one slice not even cut up.

Brilliant food and still hot when delivered, will definitely be ordering again.

Always order from here and the food is always absolutely gorgeous. They always deliver on time (if not early - they are normally early!) and they have such a great selection of meals to choose from. Foods good, not too salty and there’s lots of flavour. We don’t go anywhere else now.

Little more expensive than others around but quality of the food was better, so made it worth it!

The delivery time moved twice during the order from 6.30/6.50 then 6.40/7.00 then 7.00/7.20pm. The lemon chicken was not that nice, it didn’t really taste of lemon and it was covered in a bland jelly rather than a sauce. Some of the beef in the special fried rice was not good quality, quite fatty. The cost is quite expensive considering how much food you get. The Terrys chocolate orange cheesecake slice is tiny, for £6.50 I would have expected to at least get enough for 2 people there is barely

Fantastic food Hot and delicious

Without doubt the worst take away I have ever had - all ended in the bin. Chicken was so over cooked I had to use a steak knife to cut the batter! Chicken inside, no surprise it was so dry - cheewy, tasteless, bland - unedible. Ribs - stone cold - put in the micro - taste ok but way more bone than meat - I literally paid over £26 to throw this rubbish in the bin! Maybe they were having an off day but as I am new to the area I will never order again!

The delivery was quick, no complaints there, but the food was very low quality. The ribs were entombed in a flavourless jelly more akin to dog food than anything else, they ended up in the bin. As for the Chow mein, it was flavourless unless you consider salt a flavour. The meat was ok but it was placed on top of the chow mein and definitely didn’t look like it was cooked through with it. It’s a sorry state of affairs when cooked unseasoned meat is the best part of the the meal. To end on a positive though, the delivery driver was good.

Chow mein not too tasty, very salty but generous amount of king prawn and they were not over cooked as usually in Chinese places so point for that. ! Udon was very good but salty but good

Waste of money. Egg fried rice with traces of egg 😂, mixed vegetable Chow Mein totally tasteless and bland like from bags for steam microwave. Their cooking skills would be ok in any care home, but not matching service they provide. So far worst Chinese take away I've tasted for last 20 years.

My kitchen is out of order at mo so have ordered two takeaways last night and tonight… last night‘s order was fish and chips this arrived cold and I have complained to the restaurant the cods scallops supposedly best fish and chips !!!! tonight I have had prawn curry with egg fried rice from the Chinese this arrived absolutely on-time superb and tasty will be ordering again

Super quick delivery! The food was piping hot and tasted fresh. Veggie rice was amazing. My only gripe was the honey sesame sauce. It was far too sweet and very sickly. Almost like pure honey. Not for me.

Delivery time was great. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. Peking Ribs didn't have much flavour and the sauce was quite tart. The Udon noodles had lots of prawns which was good but didn't taste of much. Both dishes were piping hot

Since moving, i have struggled to find a Chinese takeaway that i like. Despite the mediocre rating,I just may have found it. The crux of the problem was the delivery delay which created the other issues. Once the delivery was overdue by 30 minutes past the latest delivery time, I called the restaurant and was informed that my food was ready but they were still waiting for the Just Eat delivery driver and that they would try and find out where he was. I made it clear that I wanted them to ensure that the food was fresh and hot and not sat keeping warm forever and a day. When the food arrived, a full hour past the latest delivery time quoted, it was lukewarm. It had clearly been sitting keeping warm. Consequently, the "crispy chicken" was now soggy, stuck together chicken. To be fair, the food quality, had it been hot and freshly cooked, was excellent. The ingredients were tasty and clearly of good quality. It would have been advisable to have remade the dish, especially as I was a first time, and potentially regular, customer. You only get one chance to make a first impression. That being said, I could see the food quality and potential was there, so will give them another go to get it right. Had the delivery driver collected on time, or the restaurant ensured the food was freshly cooked,I do believe I would be leaving a maximum stars review today.

Overall the service and food was great, fast delivery and the food was piping hot. I know prices have gone up everywhere but thought it was a bit on the expensive side. The food tasted really nice but thought the crispy beef in peking sauce was bit vinegary. Still enjoyed the food and would definitely use again.

Food was seriously not up to standard for a regular high street Chinese. Crispy chicken was soaked. Will never order again. I’m hungry.

Everything tasted of curry ...not Chinese, also a bit pricy for what we received. Would not rsecommend and will not order from here again.

Food was great. Very expensive however and the only Chinese I’ve known not to give free prawn crackers with the delivery - which at nearly £8 a main dish, is pretty poor. Would consider again but maybe not at those prices.
