Delicious food and a kind and helpful service. It was AMAZING

This is £10.50. I have never seen such bad value for money. Nor tasted such dry lamb. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely disgusting,ordered vegetables fried rice got a greasy onion fried rice. Ordered chicken balls got a less then a center meter of processed chicken in a 4 ince greasy batter ball. Will definitely not be ordering from here ever again.Top this off I was sick

Takeaway chinese kind and courteous, as with most chinese places a bit tired decoration wise, could do with a lick of paint but the food was excellent never been in until now and would recommend it food was very flavoursome

Disgusting any one who has put 5 star is fake! The beef in the curry could not digest at all. Pink in the middle. Slimy horrible. Got my young son sausage and chips he said worst sausage ever had. Not even a smile when you go inside . They did say return the food and will give refund. I was passing through not doing 10 mile return. BAD!!!!

The guy on the front of house needs to learn some customer service skills. Very rude. Prawn crackers were stale. Giving this a miss from now on. Terrible place

This place is absolutely filthy! I went in to order food and peered over the counter and it is disgusting! How the food inspector has passed this one off is a mystery, it needs shutting down and a thorough clean ASAP. I'd be highly surprised if you didn't catch a super bug if you ordered food from here. Needless to say I left without ordering a thing, and I wiped my feet after I'd left! As a matter of public service and moral principle, I'll be writing to the food hygiene standards agency.

Just ordered a 3in1 and asked for the curry, opened it up and I’m still trying to find the curry sauce very stingy and dry as anything 👎🏾

I ordered 2 special special fried rice and chips. Awful, rice mushy and meat far to salty, everything was mushy and why has house special fried rice got broccoli in it along with what can only be described as gravy, yuk yuk yuk. Put both in bin and ate chips. Will never go back.

Food is always very good, and a speedy delivery, but don't expect a friendly voice or anyone with manners when you make a phone through order.

Very good for your money, they give you a lot too. Maybe try and change that cover photo of the doorstep it doesn't look too good 😂

I ordered a chicken curry and im pretty sure chicken shouldn't taste salty, i wouldn't order from here again it was probably a cat or dog

First time I’ve used China Palace and it is one of the best Chinese I have had for years. The chow mien was by far the best I’ve had and salt and pepper dry spare ribs were fab to. Will definitely make this out regular local takeaway now .

Am never using again. This is the third time I've ordered from here. The first two times i have given them the benefit of the fact that they are busy, however I've had enough now. We ordered oyr food at 7pm, irs now 21.55 and im still waiting. Wont be bothering again

We are only ever impressed with China palace. Food arrives red hot and tastes great.

Food was nice enough, ordered through just-eat. Most of the order arrived, one bit was missing. Spent 10 minutes ringing the restaurant, eventually I gave up and went down, they were not particularly apologetic but did make a fresh batch of the item which didn't arrive. Phone was left off the hook, not the first time we have had a problem contacting the restaurant for this reason. Frustrating experience, did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience, not even refunding the delivery charge. Will not be using again.

This Wednesday I placed an order with China Palace and after my initial order I had finally had enough of the quality declination that I placed a note on the order forcing them to try and uphold the standard I was led to believe they adhered too. Whilst this demand was met I should have not needed to make such a request and furthermore when it arrived the order was only partially complete so when we rang up to explain they cut us off six times before we could even have a decent conversation about the issue. This quickly escalated into a one-sided debate down the phone line as when we requested the food and the refund as a way of showing they regret the issue and appreciate our custom. Obviously this was not the case as they cut us off again instead of putting us through to the boss who then hung up on us because he didn’t like our negative attitude toward the service given to us so we let just eat take over as we had enough. Just Eat not on trial for this part but the restaurant known as China Palace has appalling communication skills between its staff who are themselves the definitive perversion of customer service. After all the food arrived since its cancellation and when it was sent back the driver declared “I just driver, you are wasting my time” further enraging the evening.

Very polite on the phone, we had no menu but we weren't rushed, they gave the time to recommend dishes and tell us what they were, delivered pipping hot and tasted lovely x

Terrible customer service with rude & disrespectful woman answering the phones. Food never arrived so we cancelled as needed to go home but were told lies about it being around the corner and told we still had to pay. Will never order from this amateur again

This was the worst Chinese takeaway ever full of MSG EVERYTHING tasted the same the shrimp were that small you couldn't see them. In my opinion don't waste your money at this takeaway

Decent food and proportion but nothing to write home about

Have ordered duck & plum sauce twice lately and they've give me duck in pineapple. Usually when lady Andrews phone gets things wrong the guy there is spot on. Besides that the food is tasty and a good average. Thought with the competition around close area abit more effort could be had. Foods always piping hot and chips are good chips.

Terrible food from here it was all overcooked and nearly burnt I have never seen egg fried rice mahogany in colour before! The prices were high compared to others in the locality especially as every dish was bordering on inedible they couldn't even fry an onion ring without turning it into concrete
