Tjs is without a doubt the best food in Long Eaton. Fantastic service too! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Food always hot and cooked how you want it and all top quality too. Highly recommended 👌

Disgusting the way they treat there customers I've spend lots of money there, been in today to buy a cob which she then turned around and refused to service me. I ordered from them the other day and cancelled my order as I started to feel ill and this is why they refuse to serve me. They wouldn't of lost out on money as just eat payed them the money back. So rude no need for it at all. Also ordered from them before and found a pink false nail in my food which at the time I didn't say anything as there food is amazing! Lost a loyal customer!!!

Ordered one week and had burnt bacon and eggs but thought Id give them another go. This time I recieved burnt bacon and sausages that you couldnt even get your teeth through.. Never had a problem when It was food 2 you. Deffinatley wont be returning as this is happening every time now.

They were rude when I was talking to the boss on the phone, the prices were different to those online they told us it was more when it was less...

Usually not the friendliest service but ordered two breakfast cobs this morning and couldn't fault them, the lovely lady serving was super friendly and very helpful!

the best cajan chicken and cheese panini there is... lovely friendly staff delivery was fast and friendly ordered from here a few times and food is always amazing.

At my previous workplace we used to order from this place regularly. Paninis, breakfasts, cobs, burgers, chips - all really good! Sometimes took a while to deliver but I suppose our orders were quite large. I suppose from their perspective a bit of a backlog on orders are the price they pay for success with regards to the quality of their food. Nice people too, keep up the good work 👌

Right I have order from here three times and all three came with problems. The first was food being forgotten, 2nd food came burnt and the 3rd was delivered over half an hour late which wasn't the main problem, it was the attitude of the so called manager, blaming her staff for the wrong address and giving a very bad attitude when I was asking simple question, and then to top it off her last reply was go to McDonald's then. So my advice would be to find somewhere where the attitude is a lot better.

Been sat waiting 2 hours for food, no explanation,not even taking a phone call. No apology, no contact, nothing. Do not order food from these ammatures.

Will not order from here again. Order was made payment was taken and after an hour and a half waiting rang to find out what was going on to be told there was an issue with the site and that we are now closed and there was nothing that could be done. Rude staff very unprofessional.

This place has got to be one of the worst places for food and Customer Service in Long Eaton. I Ordered food for breakfast, and they ended up delivering the food after 2-3 hours. My Coffee was lumpy and the food itself was abysmal. Phoning them is absolutely useless as they are very rude and from their customer service seem to not care how your food is, or even that it is 3 hours late, they seem to have no quality control let alone care for the food that they put out the door 2-3 hours after ordering the food for breakfast. This was my first order from both MealBuddy and Food 2 U, and I do not believe that I will be using either the MealBuddy service or this 'restaurant' again.

Poor communication, ordered an item through Meal Buddy and they didn't have the item, so instead of calling us, we then had to call them to chase the food, at which time they told us that they didn't have the item. Another item was ordered, and they said it would be 30 minutes for delivery. After waiting 30 minutes, we called and chased again. This time we were told they were busy. This is not good enough when you have a set lunch break time and have to eat within a certain period. Will not be ordering from here again. Very rude.

Staff are always polite, and always contact us if the delivery of the food is going to be longer than expected! The delivery drivers are all friendly! Would 100% recommend Food 2 U to my friends and family. Don't let any negative reviews sway your opinion on this business!

I Ordered at 10.19 am, my food came at 12.40. There was less than one spoon full of beans and tomato, my chips were so undercooked that they were physically inedible. If i could give less stars i would. I Should have listened to the bad reviews ive heard off people and not Ordered, definatly will not be ordering again!!

Ordered on Wednesday! And Ordered today! I absolutely loved the food, staff were so polite and delivery was early. Delivery driver was the same lady both times and she was great. I even gave her a tip! The lady on the phone explained that deliveries were taking a bit longer due to high demand, I appreciated her telling me this so I wasn’t sat around waiting. The delivery didn’t take as long as the lady said it would which was amazing! Food was hot on arrival and still at its best quality, also delicious! The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. The prices are great! Keep doing what you’re doing 👌🏼🙌🏼

Can’t rate this place enough, been twice now one was to order for a walk to the train station and second today for delivery and I’ve not been disappointed! Me and my partner have both enjoyed it each time. The customer service was amazing and today a delivery was half an hour early to what they said. The food was also amazing both times. Defiantly ordering here more often! Hats off to you girls! Keep up the good work :)

Absolutely terrible never again I will order from these I placed my order at 9:55 it’s now 12:45 it’s still not here the wait is ridiculous I phoned them to see what they can do about me waiting so long they didn’t even give me an apology absolutely discusting wouldn’t bother wasteing my time on this place

Nice food but takes a while to come and costumer service is not great.

Food is always lovely and a wide menu of choice. The girls are always great, even when we order 10tonne of brie on our panninis. Food usually take around 40minutes to be delivered to us but everything is cooked fresh from scratch and we are a 10minute drive from then so times seem spot on to me. Keep it up.

Ordered the new Yorkie Wrap that food 2 u long eaton are trialling and it was absolutely delicious!! better than expected and would 100% recommend

ordered my food at 10:21 am for me and my fiancée who had work at 12:00 we ordered rolls and drinks the drinks we ordered was a bottle of water and a normal coke we got our order around 11:50 so my fiancée could not eat her food and the drinks we got was diet coke instead of normal coke which my fiancée doesn't like she only likes normal coke so she went to work with out eating or drinking also when we ordered the person on the phone was very rude we will never and I mean never use them again the food isn't great either. and we still had to pay when the service was horrendous!

Tengo una tienda cerca de la comida 2 U (0.8miles). Yo no vivo en esta zona, así que buscó cafés que entregar y éste llegó en el top; todas las críticas y en línea pidiendo buena ventaja! Puse mi orden Y esperé media hora, pero no he recibido mi correo de confirmación, que es Estados Unidos en los términos y condiciones sería enviado a confirmar mi pedido. Llamé a la tienda y confirmado mi pedido había pasado. La señora dijo que estaba siendo escrito y sería de alrededor de una hora en la entrega. Mi pedido no llegó hasta dos horas después de que pedí. El conductor de la entrega se disculpó y dijo que habían sido ocupados y había mucho tráfico. La tienda que ofrece comida caliente y ejecutar como cualquier sábado por la mañana hemos estado ocupados. Igualmente Pero donde nuestros pedidos entregados en promedio en 26 minutos y no había denuncias de tráfico de los conductores. Mi caliente era cálido pero no caluroso. Me siento defraudado por el servicio que recibí hoy y no pedir de nuevo.

i chose to have a breakfast delivered to my home. the food arrived within 30 minutes which is pretty good. the food was just standard and simple. i didn't feel it was special and it didnt taste nice ( i didn't finish mine, partner did) i just wish i could have felt a little passion in the food rather then just another customer

Proper tasty food and amazing prices

Fui en una particular mañana notando que esta tienda había abierto ya que yo estaba en mi camino a la olla de aceite y pensé que le daría una oportunidad. Pedí la comida para mí y otros 3 para llevar conmigo. La comida estaba perfectamente preparada y parecía estar fresca, espero demasiado teniendo en cuenta que se puede ver cómo se preparan su comida :). También me gustaría añadir que los precios son muy razonables, pueden decir que la comida 2 u se reemplazar el aceite para mi mañana pot ahora. Así que sí, definitivamente recomendaría este lugar también hay una pequeña zona de estar para los que quieran comer en el interior o en el ir. Fantástica y que mostrará a medida demasiado pronto, poco después de la apertura. (Mejor curar la resaca también).
