McDonald's Long Eaton in Erewash

Ordered off there app. When it came the order was missing items and had items which wasn’t part of our order. Chips wer stone cold, quality of the burgers wer terrible. Evan my dog turned his nose up. After this I drove to the store to talk to the manageress who was a nice person an in a position which is unfair to her. It’s not her fault that a memebr of staff can’t put the correct things In the bag?? Asked her about the missing items and was told I had to contact the über side which I was confused as all they done was deliver wht McDonald’s may or may not have put in my bag. Contacted them to then be told I hd to wait 15 days for my refund ??? Anyway long story short, what a terrible fast food place

I ordered a cheese burger meal large and a cheese burger by itself I took one bite into the first burger and it didn't taste right and was stone cold so I binned it Started to eat the second very luke warm cheese burger and had a couple of mouth fulls and tasted bloody awful I have now for the past 7 days been vomiting 🤢 and diarrhoea went to the doctors today as things have not got better only to be told I've had food poisoning 😡😡😤😤🤬🤬 McDonald's you will be hearing from me So please people AVOID

In store service is so painfully slow. Waited 20 mins for a cheese burger and Big Mac at 5pm. Call yourselves a fast food restaurant. Anyone in the drive thru gets served rapid. In store is another story

Long queue at drive through, once you’re in you can’t get out. 11.03 air, no more breakfast. You’re kidding right? I’ve been in the queue 10mins already. Manager has also said no. No I don’t want lunch either. 20 minutes later, still in the drive thru. Imagine the customer experience.

Order food missing again! Very disappointed as just got home and my sons burger is missing

Recently ordered food from here the food was colder than the ice cream. Its definitely not worth the money at all. The good does not taste fresh. Ordering a double is not how it used to be as the actual size of the burgers have become thinner so not value for money when did Macdonalds costing over 25 pounds for one adult and one child

Worse McDonald's ever,very rude staff and incompetent manager.I don't understand how every single time they get your order wrong and when challenged back they get to be so rude.Doesn't need much to sell some burgers,why can't they do it right?Obviously no refund.Disgusting

Slow service, food sometimes cold, Staff can be grumpy especially when busy.

Used the McDonalds MC delivery app, missing items were 20 piece chicken nuggets, sauces and a drink. So one of my 3 children didn't get their meal what made the order worse was one of the big Mack's had a bloody hair in it! Called the long eaton store and it's not the stores fault of course we have to call Uber eats and of course it's not their fault either. This whole MC delivery is a joke and the fact that the store refused to fix this is also beyond belief! This McDonald's is the worst. 100% won't ever use again.

Find that the Uber eats , and just eats are very rude have no personal hygiene and talk and treat your staff horrendously.

Waited 5 minutes at the drive through after getting half my order, went inside and waited another 5 minutes to get the rest. Left the restaurant (???) and drive away and had a quick check to see the order to find it was incorrect. Gone back and they just wanted to change the incorrect items of the food that was 15 minutes cold.

This branch has a tendency to miss items on delivery orders. What's the point of delivery if I'll then have to go in store to pick up the missing items?

Probably the worst McDonald's in Nottingham. It's a miracle if they get your order right and even if they do it will be cold and inedible. Slow service and even slower with sharing the car park with Tesco, queuing gets ridiculous.

Same as always for a fast food mc D. Not over the top and open for all. It's plenty clean and staff do their best. It hallmarks for just a typical place to meet up and be welcomed.

Very inspired to leave a review. Dead of night, fresh 'Big Tasty' just over £5.00 staff very prompt and the item was fully fresh. Enjoyed it in well-lit car park. Shame about the drive - thru window I'm sure it'll get fixed very soon. Thank you for a nice time McDonald's Long Eaton!

In my experience McDonalds vary widely in the quality of food and service. I know they all look the same but they aren’t. This brach is far superior to others local to NG9. Why? Deliveries are always correct, others rarely. The food is still hot when it arrives and the drinks cold. Importantly, food arrives earlier than the estimate, not later. My grandkids are super grateful.

ordered 3 happy meals. only received 1. only offered half the refund. Still didn't solve the problem of a meal missing

My breakfast muffin got delivered like someone’s already had a bite of it and thrown together like whoever’s made it should’ve finished their shift half an hour ago. A bunch of teenagers trying to run the whole McDonald’s and it shows in their attitude and the food.

Ordered a burger without cheese and got a burger with cheese trying to get a refund is like trying to get blood from a stone customer service very rude and unhelpful... From the Uber eats.. the manager at McDonald's very nice but unfortunately could not help because of 'regulations'...

It's always below par. Food never fresh, never put together well. For the price I've started eating out more...it's cheaper service is alot better and ya get a pint or unlimited coffee for less! Some staff can be nice but most have a face on them and a weird attitude.

Always seems an awkward place to be served, like you are disturbing their chatting rather than their work Inside feels very unwelcoming & clinical, definitely designed as a take out rather than eat in!

LE started out as one of the better ones, but sadly standards are starting to slip. As has happened several times now, no free dip with the Happy Meal, dispite me asking and being assured it would be in the bag. As I was driving and alone, it would have been a faff to check, and would have held others up, sadly I made the mistake of taking their word. Result : one unhappy child. Thanks !

I don't know why in UK all McDonalds meals are barely warm. Especially Lomdon is too bad.

Many times now my order has been wrong, after paying for it via the app. Called the restaurant, they say pick up a meal, nothing they can do because its uber. Shocking service. Not one meal accurate yet!

Order was missing missing all of the burgers. Order had been delivered but we rang and offered to pick up the missing items. They refused to make the burgers or provide a refund. The manager was rude and combative. Really disappointing.

Used drive thru. Missing items from order. Was told we should have checked before leaving even though we had only driven 10mtrs to a parking space. They refused to complete the order. Suggest you use chillwell drive through. Never had any issues there.

Order came wrong staff messing about to much to even acknowledge you stood there and it was more like a play ground. Staff just letting bunches of kids to cause kaos.

Ordered via the app from this store. An item in my order was missing. I tried to notify through the app but was referred to uber. I contacted uber via phone, however, nobody answered for half an hour at which point I gave up.

Most mcdonald's are the same inside it was busy But i dont go to long eaton all that much.

Waited almost twenty minutes for my order....only 2 people in front of me.....staff in the kitchen area playing with her long hair, constantly brushing her fingers through it ( wasn't wearing a hair net either....long hair and food don't mix well ....I have worked in the food industry so was shocked to see her long hair dangling everywhere ......over fryers and over food prep area ) then proceeded to poke her fingers in her ears and play on her mobile phone . Informed the manager who just wasn't interested at all . I was surprised that there was no hair in my breakfast as that is all the staff member seemed to be bothered about whilst walking aimlessly around in the kitchen area

A very busy place atm with chillwell being closed for a refurbishment. It can get very busy at dinner time, long waits at the drivethrough and can have abit of a wait for a table if eating in at this time, you can get seated very quickly at quieter times of the day. Its the usual menus for breakfast and dinner. Staff are usually nice and helpful, though i have had to check my order before i leave to make sure everything is right, ive had a lot of wrong orders delivered through the app. You have to use tesco's parking, whitch is timed and if you go over could get a parking ticket in the post. They have s few vegan and vegetarian options on the menu, and kids get the usual happy meal.

Only use the drive through and has never gotten an order right.

Can't comment on atmosphere as I was a drive thru customer. But the service is always polite and speedy.

Staff could clearly see cars going slowly through drive through and not moving up enough, so couldn't order. They cut breakfast menu off and myself and car behind ended up not ordering and just driving through. 2 sales lost and unsatisfied customers. They need to be more helpful, as explained couldn't move up. Not good especially with Chillwell being closed, making them more busy. Annoying thing is recently was handed a hot chocolate and the lid hadn't been put on properly and went all over car when was handed to me. I didn't moan just wiped it up. Shame courtesy doesn't go both ways.

We placed an order that included chips in the meal and were also told we will get free nuggets. The nuggets were missing and we got a side salad, which looked sad. When we called the restaurant, they told us that chips are not available and they included side salad for everyone instead and that we should claim for nuggets. How is that acceptable? Horrible horrible, horrible service. Not ordering from here again, shocking service. Food was also cold and delivery guy was rude. Would give it zero stars if I could. I was looking forward to this treat and it ruined my evening.

Foods always the same. Snack atmosphere, somewhere to sit is all that's needed. Service last time very professional,polite, helpful.

Come here to experience the worst customer service you've ever received. If you enjoy being ignored for 10 minutes at a counter, have the staff choose to serve other people behind you in the queue first and get your order wrong, this is the place for you.

This is the worst McDs in the local area. Your staff need some lessons in people skills. One young lad just plonked the order on the counter called out the order number then promptly went back in the kitchen. Needless the say i ended up waiting for someone to come to the counter just to askfor milk. Pull your finger out.

Maybe waiting time would not be so long if the staff would not prepare their friends' orders first..... Also, I didn't get my dips (paid extra)

The food is McDonalds, a few of the staff are pleasant enoigh, most are either disinterested or rude. Most of the time there will be items missing from take-out orders, so I'd suggest checking before you leave the store. Challenging them on missing items usually is met with rudeness and arrogance.

Yet again our order was delivered with half missing. This is about the only thing McDonald’s Long Eaton are good at. Customer service is non existent and absolutely no help whatsoever over the phone. Avoid at all cost go to Ilkeston or Chillwell instead

This place in Long Eaton has faster service , and hotter food, and a nicer Manager than the McDonalds at Chilwell...... The food was good, and the service was acceptable but not amazing. The order was ready to serve, but any crew jad the intention to deliver to me. The atmosphere was good. The guys looked happy at some point to be happy, and they forgot about serve the customers

it was the first time I had been there on my own, but although I only had a cheeseburger I had to wait ages for it, I think someone had come in just before me with a large order from just eat or somewhere 🤔 when I did get it I sat outside and it was lovely I will definitely treat myself again

Ordered for delivery twice in two weeks and the main burger has been missed both times. Was given a voucher which then couldn’t be used for delivery. And second time round fobbed off and told to contact Uber. How difficult is it to check what is being put into a bag?

Breakfast 08:45 arrival. Inviting clean exterior. Inside clean, good atmosphere, music not too loud. Very helpful staff. On this visit the air conditioning was not at full blast like a lot of other McDonald's 👍

Terrible experience. Stood for 30 mins for an order that apparently didn't go through even though I was told it was being prepared. I had been given an order number on the screen and gave it several times to various staff. Ended up being told I had to go to the desk to order and pay again and wasn't given an apology. The amount of time stood there I would have expected someone to help. Staff were rude and dismissive.

I made an order via the App, it was confirmed by the operator at the speaker and the first window, but when we picked up the order and checked the bag some items were missing. When I questioned this I was told they ran out of those particular items. Why was this not communicated at either the order point or first window? So I asked if I could order a replacement item, I was then told I have to drive around and order again, and that was by a more senior member of staff who came to assist. Poor customer service.

Our local Mcees. Would be five stars if not for the number of times our drive through order has been wrong and had to go around again. Pro tip..check your order before driving out.
