Slow slow and slow service you get bored of “sorry for the wait” not matter what time of day. Drive another 5 mins to chilwell maccys for a much better and faster experience

Not about the service but you won't serve people other than drive through. You close before the bars. Don't expect a sit down service but why can't I buy a meal? Tried walking up to the counter and the stasi turned up. Ffs I just want a burger at an open restaurant.

Order wrong twice in a row from the drive through, in the exact same way. The receipt shows it correctly. It wasn't even complicated. Shoddy.

Been here twice now not impressed when compared to other stores. Couple of years on Still not really improved any, its kinda of a lucky dip on whether your order is correct . Gave up complaining to management as it doesn't improve

17/10/24 Last and final time we come here , 8 napkins to remove the black grease from my sausage and egg Weve given this place several attempts , every time I've felt sick after breakfast , i assumed it was the cheese so today I order without cheese , worst mistake ever , I could see how dirty there griddle was because the sausage was black , which made the egg black , and the grease is beyond a joke , the paper was soaking in it . 02/10/24 Once again , wish we hadn't gone , 15 minutes to recieve order , paper dripping in grease , black cheese (grease covered) Sent back order , ....15 mins later still no replacement... walked out .

Coke tastes funny every thing else always hot

Used the drive-thru .... Which took 30min ...not what I'd say was fast food ... Not the first time it's taken that long at this McDonald's ... Staff where polite n pleasant though... Just slow serves... As for food " its McDonald's" its what you get.....!!

Order made at 19:12, rec’d 19:58. Delivery driver was at the restaurant for a good 20-30mins. Chicken Big Mac and chips cold.

Under portions, and incorrect items delivered

This review is for the McDonald's app m delivery service. Ordered on the McDonald's app and items missing from order, I rang the store to be told nothing they can do need to contact Uber eats. I ring Uber eats to get the item delivered they said they can't deliver it but can give refund I didn't want a refund I wanted my food. So took the trip to the store to pick up the 1 missing item again to be refused the 1 missing item and to contact Uber eats. Contacted Uber eats again rest of the food now stone cold to ask for the missing item or the whole order to be replaced and delivered to which they refused and had the phone put down on me twice by them. Absolutely shocking customer service from both companies. But majorly my frustration lies with McDonald's, I ordered through their app NOT Uber eats , my food was prepared by McDonald's, money came out my bank as McDonald's UK ltd NOT Uber eats and was only delivered by Uber eats with the seals intact on the bags! Do not order McDonald's online for delivery neither company want anything to do with any mistakes and blame each other , which is not a healthy partnership.

Order took 50 mins from 2 miles away. It was Mcdonalds so no prep needed and Tuesday isnt a busy day. When the food arrived it was cold and inedible. Went straight in the bin.

Order one meal and they forgot the fries, sauces and the straw for the drink. Can’t get the most basic order right.

Out of a 12 item order, 4 items were missing and everything is cold (chips and veggie dippers taste nasty because they need to be at least fairly warm!)

Our food was stone cold and the McFlurry had barely enough ice cream to cover the bottom of the cup. Absolutely horrible!!!

Order took forever to arrive. When the food finally came it wasn’t presented well and was stone cold. Expected a lot better when it’s cost me £30 to feed two people. Won’t be ordering again.

Worst customer service. I was supposed to pick-up an order on 09 th of September at 2.00 am. I was at the main entrance door and rang the bell. The two lads who worked at that shift totally ignored me though it was not a busy night at all. This was not the first time I experienced the same treatment from this outlet. I was there for twenty minutes and no service was offered. Both of them were just mingle round after seeing me also. What a lousy service.

The worst restaurant I've been to. Experiences include sitting in the drive through for 35 mins. When I complained I was informed it's not a fast food restaurant anymore; sitting in the drive through waiting to order for 5 mins, watching someone else drive in and order before being asked 3 mins later what my order is; long wait times for simple items (a coke) while the staff are focused on everyone ordering on line. I can't actually think of a time I've been here and didn't get annoyed by something that is utterly avoidable!

The Big Mac burger was incorrectly prepared, the buns were not separated between the burgers so I was left with a dry bun which I had to discard

Awful food, it was all cold. Drinks had spilt in the bag, so we only had half full drinks. Then the chips were basically half empty. Awful.

Why is it so hard to put the correct dips in the bag!!!

How did they get so many things so wrong? I was given parts of someone else's order instead of my own, I had to wait for ages for the (incorrect) food I was given, they were out of coffee (how??) and the items i received were incorrectly labelled (although still not matching what i purchased on my receipt). Disappointed.

We had to wait about 10 minutes for some chips to be made

when i received my order, the delivery driver was really loud which woke up my baby sister when I open the bag the chips were freezing cold and in one of the packets of nuggets two nuggets were missing. I am very disappointed.

Dont taste like they use to. Fries had bruising and eyes in. Smaller portions in burgers and fries, price too high for cheap products. Friendly staff but ordering and receiving meal ,long wait.

Got a double quarter pounds with cheese last time I went. It had literally just turned 11am so I thought it would be good quality. Oh how I was wrong! Before unwrapping the burger it already looked like someone had sat on it. When I opened it , it was a mess, it was completely squashed and it looked like someone had deliberately smeared ketchup al over the outside on the bum. The fries were also a a really strange off white colour. Time before that when I went in I had some scruffy looking wied old guy just starrng at my family the whole time we were eating. He hardly blinked we was staring at us so hard, I looked him straight in the eye and he didn't even look away. Made us feel really uncomfortable the whole time we were there. I assume it was because we were sitting in "his spot"

Absolute joke, we have been here several times and I don't understand why we continue to go back. Every time there is an issue with the order in some shape or form whether it be a sauce missing, straws missing, a free item through the points system etc and we usually don't moan. But our latest order included a medium extra value meal FOC due to an issue with a previous order. Low and behold partner gets back with the food for us all to sit down and guess what 1 meal is completely missing. Phones up to be told she will be put on the list for a free meal next visit. That is not good enough considering she's now gone without. I just don't understand how reading a list and packing accordingly isn't possible. Don't understand it and quite frankly find the level of service an absolute joke.

the delivery driver was rude and didn't want to bring it up to my first floor flat and wen I mentioned about it being a delivery to my door he just walked off with no apology

Always a good service at Chilwell retail park and they have a very unique manager for customer service 👍
