McDonald's Long Eaton in Erewash

It's McDonalds not alot to say, it is what it is. Burgers are getting smaller. A cheese burger from the saver menu is really only 2 bits big now

Had to wait at Drive through not good

Much prefer this branch than the Chilwell There's never a long wait, whereas there's always "could you please park up whilst we bring your order out to you" at Chilwell Staff are helpful

Avoid at all costs. The amount of times my order has been wrong or I've had to go in after the drive through to complain is unreal. Drive a mile further and pop. To chillwell. Good is always fresher and on point.

Can someone fix the map. Not the delivery drivers fault, but they always struggle to find my house.

We drive by and order our food, some times we are waiting 5 to 10 minutes, for some one to ask us for the order, and some time they get it completely wrong, some one else's order. We double check from now on.

my food was cold why haven't I had a reply back !?

Everything was cold, even the coffee (maybe not putting in the same bag as the desert would have helped) delivery time was fine, but cold chips and burgers not good.

Didn’t have the toys that were meant to come with the meals and have a very upset son.

The staff here have a lot to put up with. Long Eaton is full of people who don't know how to treat anyone with dignity. They leave it a total mess. Even the toilets. Thieves come in and steal anything they can. The staff are 100%.

Initial Delivery time kept being pushed back

Very disappointed with the meals the burgers we cold and messy, and the chips came were not cooked just strips of cold potato with no salt on! Also ordered sauces and no sauces came why charge if not going to send the products? Very disappointed with the meal will not be going to long Eaton McDonald’s again

Was missing Minecraft toys in all meals

food is absolutely freezing and half the things didn’t turn up

My first order from a different McDonald's was cancelled 30 minutes after ordering, so ordered from a closer mcdonalds and had 50 minute wait, burger cold fries cold, food was cook long before the courier got to the store

Went through the drive thru to get breakfast and it was quick and easy. The staff here are so friendly, it's nice to have a chat with them while they are taking payment. Doesn't just feel like it's just a faceless transaction.

We didn’t receive anything in a meal. All items were separate when we’d ordered three meals and no fries were included.

Advertisers 10-20 minute wait it took 45 minutes

The Delivery person could not work out how to get into were we live even though it is not complicated, the food was just warm, I would order again but opt for collection as I have a thermal insulated bag, it might be an idea if the delivery people used thermal insulated bags for deliverys to ensure food is delivered hot instead of barely warm.

was very disappointed that the 2 kids happy meals ordered was not in our order.only brang 2 fruit bags.The kids had been waiting for it and their toys. I bought it as a treat as we all hadn't been well.i suggest they check their orders b4 packing and sending them out. The gentleman on the phone was nice very apologetic.

Slow af, 25 mins for drive through

Absolutely horrid experience. I don’t know what’s so difficult about checking an order to see if it’s complete, but yesterday was the third time our order came with not one but two missing items, AGAIN. But it’s my mistake for trusting that they have the very basic ability to make something as simple as making sure an order is complete because I’ve never had this issue in other branches, right? And the store’s way to fixing it is that *I* have to go back so they can fix it instead of sending an uber eats or anything like that, so I would either have to wait for my family to eat while I starved or go back to this dreadful hole, get the itemS (again, plural), and come back so they can enjoy a cold meal ☺️ seriously, well done. By the way, if you’re lucky enough to get your order you’ll be even luckier if you get a sandwich with the items BETWEEN the buns and not scattered around the box. And no, it’s not the delivery that’s causing it, you can clearly see how it was put together and it was very poorly. Some of you clearly lacked the pre-school experience of stacking blocks or putting objects through shapes. I couldn’t recommend this place less, and if you read this whole thing I recommend you go to Burger King.

Driver delivered on time but failed to give us the correct items and didn’t care to rectify it or even check he had the right order in the first place. Very disappointing.

Wrong items, missing items, couldn't even be bothered to put drinks lids on properly, they spilt in the bag and on the icecreams. 1 straw for 4 drinks. Everything was stone cold even though tracking said the order came straight to us.Over £50 order!

Food ordered ahead of time for 12pm delivery arrived at 12.40pm and it was stone cold, not enjoyable in the slightest!

Food cold and rubbery. Order wrong - ordered and paid extra for 2 milkshakes in meal deals but was sent Coke. - asked for no onion in burger due to allergies and sent onion so couldn’t be eaten. - requested dips with meals but no dips sent.

Sick of missing items when ordering. Milkshake machine never on and they try to sneak replacement items in to smooth it over. Sending a WATER instead of a Milkshake is ridiculous! Done with these now, will try Chilwell instead

Not happy at all had a save8 code for 8pound off. Went on my order i went to previous screen to put driver note on continued with payment and it removed my 8pound code saying voucher used when it wasnt

Pancake without syrup? how can I possibly to eat pancake without syrup, what the heck, you're missing the syrup every time, I just went to Chilwell one than. They never miss a syrup.

I ordered just before 12, so around 11:55 and I didn’t get the food till 1.10, so it took over an hour to get to me, and then it was cold

Food was actually hot for once when I went for breakfast. Although when I asked for sugar for my coffee I was given barbeque sauce.
