Food was actually hot for once when I went for breakfast. Although when I asked for sugar for my coffee I was given barbeque sauce.

By far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to last week I found a worm in my food yes!!!! A WORM I called immediately and ofcorse have not eaten any of the food that came the response I got was email us so I did they replied sorry about that have a free meal on us no refund for my food nothing no sincere apology nothing AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Ordered lunch from McDonald's Long Eaton. Absolutely enjoyed our lunch beautifully prepared and yummy to many thanks to the delivery courier as well thanks for the lovely food. Hope you all have a good week ☺️

Forgot the mayo chicken and a double cheeseburger

Food was cold and 2 of the dips included in the 20 piece chicken nugget share box were missing.

My order was not as requested and cold on arrival but apart from that was ok

they put bbq sauce on the crispy chicken wrap instead of cease mayo they usually use. why ?

From original delivery timeframe of 10.15-10.30, status said preparing order for a good 30 minutes (not stating courier was at restaurant). From ordering to delivery was approx. 1 hour and food was luke warm at best.

Ordered a mcplant meal and yet again missed off order this must be the 3rd time now. To a point when we order it we expect it not to be there with rest of order! And surprise surprise it’s happened again. Very poor!

The delivery driver was brilliant, but the Big Mac burger was shocking. The bread was stale and really not nice.

Was unhappy with this order. You missed 2 items off, no dips,no straws and instead of a hot chocolate I received a third of a cup of cold chocolate coloured water!

17/10/24 Last and final time we come here , 8 napkins to remove the black grease from my sausage and egg Weve given this place several attempts , every time I've felt sick after breakfast , i assumed it was the cheese so today I order without cheese , worst mistake ever , I could see how dirty there griddle was because the sausage was black , which made the egg black , and the grease is beyond a joke , the paper was soaking in it . 02/10/24 Once again , wish we hadn't gone , 15 minutes to recieve order , paper dripping in grease , black cheese (grease covered) Sent back order , ....15 mins later still no replacement... walked out .

Food was cold, the drinks bag was dripping lots and when I opened it half the coffee spilled out of the cup in the bag

2 drinks missing and 2 drinks that were delivered had to go straight in the bin along with the muffin as the drinks were on their side in the bag and was pouring out the bottom

Second order in a row where a chicken sharebox was delivered without any of the dips. Not even like they're an extra item, they're supposed to be included as part of the meal. Who wants to eat plain, dry chicken strips?

I ordered my food which was prepared at 15.43 at my local McDonald's. This was printed on the food label. I never got my order until 16.31 and my food was cold n shrivelled chips. my cappuccino was cold too. I rung the local McDonald's and she said its the couriers that work for Just Eat that don't deliver the food straight away. They sit in their cars or chatting to each other outside while my food is going cold and McDonald's is getting a bad reputation for cold nasty food! I'm not impressed

We ordered customised food and got it after 30 minutes with no changes, yet changes were labled on the packaging so was well aware they needed to be made the way we ordered. Took way too long to get order and saw staff just standing around

absolutely abysmal as usual. Once again I'm left asking myself why do I always forget how awful this branch of McDonald's is. Ordered as a treat dinner for two kids, stated delivery when ordered was 17.40- 18.00. Food arrived at 18.38 and was stone cold, and one kid had gotten fed up with waiting was already in bed. Would have cancelled the order if I was able to.

Just done the drive through at LE the hot chocolate was like dish water no chocolate in the mix. Plus no milk or sugar with the cuppa very poor service.

If I could zero all of these I wouldn't hesitate.. uber also are the most useless company I've ever come across..order at 20.08,,came at 21.32!. Stone cold every single time I order, grease beyond belief and just black from dirty appliances and foul..go into the store and it takes forever even when it ain't busy. Ask the staff and they look at you like you've asked them how to solve some Einstein theory! I'll never eat/order here again..the worst place I have ever been too..embarrassing. should be ashamed of yourselfs.

When this place first opened it was really good. Now it's terrible. Cold good terrible portions of fries.. burgers literally thrown together. Back to using toton I think.

Ordered a grill ie extra pickles & onions, burger was poorly assembled, poorly wrapped and was squashed, had to reassemble said burger.

Instead of selects sent some horrible cheese things and the drink was literally dripping out of the bag when driver handed it over so had no drink. The fries were only things I had and they were soggy and like warm

I ordered breakfast from Mcdelivery. Speed was good and food was hot. The reason for the low rating was the fact that items were missing. I have tried uber support but they are refusing to refund me for the food I didn’t even get. I tried phoning the store and they said they couldn’t do anything on their end either so gave me a number to try for uber and the automated call takes you straight back to the chat service so going round in circles and stolen the money for the food I didn’t even receive. Disgusting.
