KFC Ilkeston - Rutland Street in Erewash

Nice but had to wait for 3/4 an hour

Food was cold, chips were burnt like left in the fryer. Just crisp rather than a chip, were not the signature fries as stated, chicken was hard terrible

Food was cold since they decided to place the cold can of pop on top of the food

Food luke warm … delivery time kept changing and when eventually the map came up the driver was in Kirk Hallam !! Should of ordered from Rowell services might of been quicker and warmer

Delivery time kept moving back Chips were cold and the chicken was barely above room temperature

Wrong order delivered went to KFC Ilkeston and they dealt with it straight away. Jake was very helpful and sorted out the issues straight away

I just ordered a party bucket with two large gravy, however who put the food into the bag put the gravy at the bottom of bag. Yes you've guessed it collapsed and has ruined all the chips and chicken . Spentv37 pounds and can't eat it

Apart from delivery time being charged 3 times. The food was hot when it eventually arrived...

I don't know if it's just me, KFC are the worst managed fast food outlet. This sat inside mistake, loud music, kids jumping about to the music. Food ok better than Heanor. Why they don't they clean the rubbish outside . Decided will not visit again

Review revised on the 25th May 2024 We got a family bucket and it was all leg pieces besides 1 thigh. Food tasted horrible too. We won't be ordering from there again unfortunately. ‐----‐-----old review It's ok, got a 10 peace bucket and a 10 peace hot wings meal and it was ok. Nothing to complain about. Service was also very good. It was via drive through.

First time visit to KFC Ilkeston. The place was nice and clean , the staff very pleasant , we got we order . Will use again when in Ilkeston.

I did not get what I ordered!! I ordered a Zinger supercharger meal and I got a regular chicken burger meal. Not happy at all!!

We found a label embedded in the chicken. Phoned the store and the managers exact words were “Oh sometimes they come off when we chuck them in the water and we can’t see them in the flower” It was a bright orange label! DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!

My chicken wings were dry and hard they were not cooked fresh so i threw them in the dustbin as i did not enjoy eating

Ice cold. Dry. And portion of chips was exactly 14 chips, yes I counted because it was ridiculous! Ordered large popcorn chicken got regular.

i use this kfc semi regularly and normally find the staff to be lovely. the food is the same standard as the other venues, i particularly recommend the popcorn chicken. the staff are also very helpful in providing the allergen menu so you can check what's gluten free etc. today, one woman, who i assume was in charge, was rude to her staff the whole time i was in the store. the staff were all incredibly stressed and i heard shouting coming from the kitchen the entire time i was there. i believe her name was lina. i've seen this same woman working before, when she didn't seem to have any care for one of the young staff that was crying. after not seeing her for a while, i thought she had perhaps been fired or demoted for her behaviour, but apparently not. she creates an awful atmosphere to eat in which was a big shame because normally the staff are all very bubbly, having banter between themselves and customers which is very uplifting. it's a shame that the other staff have to deal with an unfriendly team member when they already have to cope with the mistreatment from angry customers.

Food at normal KFC level. We sat in and were virtually the only customers to do so. Everything else was driven through or deliveroo. As a result the seating areas were unclean with a feeling of being in the back of a production line. I won't be going to eat in here again.

Such a shame. I used to be a big kfc fan but this is the last time I'm using ilkeston kfc. No wonder there's never anyone there. Paid £10 for a bucket fotlr 1. Got 2 skinny dried up chicken legs. Why would they put 2 legs in a bucket meal.

We were given Diet Pepsi instead of Pepsi max which we don’t like. The chicken was very dry like it been stood for a very long time. Doubt we will be ordering again if the standard is like this.

Our estimated time of delivery was between 21:20 - 21:45 my meal didn’t arrive until 21:59 and when the map started working I noticed the driver had gone past our house to the other side of Ilkeston, and when our food finally arrived it was freezing cold

Absolute joke. We went in thinking about the Krushem we were going to eat, ordered on the app where the krushem was, only to be told they don’t do them after we had ordered. The man was very rude stating ‘we haven’t done them for about 10 months’ with a lot of attitude. THAT WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE FOR MY DAY TODAY. Do you know what he offered instead? A tango and a cookie. NOT THE SAME
