I was in Garrison's tonight and barman Luke served me he was amazing he could help me enough we had chat about the amazing Guinness he got me a pint ready when I wanted I wish a lot of people was like him around the area people would love it Garrison's amazing bar gat down there. Also I was in the bar at lunch time the bar staff Kieren was behind the bar he was amazing chatting that much I stayed for three more pints, if you not been in this bar it's brilliant empty or full because you will always get great service. I feel that the bar would be good having 0 Guinness I rarely hope they start with a few beers then see how it goes

The sausage was barely battered and the chips were literally scraped from the bottom of the tray! Will not be getting anymore from there! It was all my little cousin wanted all day and this was what he got 🤢 We ended up getting him a lovely chicken nugget wrap from The Lookout! Which I would recommend!

Good pub Just drinks are way too expensive And you get ripped off when they no it's butlins weekends .they put prices up even more A lot of pubs around are doing pints now at £2.50 -£3.50 AT CHEERS with entertainment It's getting ridiculous ripping people off

Went here and spent over 40 pounds on food only to be greeted by a mountain of flavourless chips and a burger with a metric tonne of salad and no cheese. 10.99 for a 6oz burger that doesn’t even come with cheese you have to pay extra for it. On top of all this the service was abysmal and the drinks tasted horrible. I will give credit where it is due the actual patty itself was lovely but wont be going here for food at least ever again.

Absolutely exceptional! Everything was fresh and full of flavour. The staff are super friendly and attentive, very warm welcome with lots of options to choose from. We come to this cafe every year and it’s our favourite place to eat by far.

We were extremely lucky to be able to stay the weekend in one of the new lodges on the fishing lake(which my partner caught his PB in!) The lodges are absolutely stunning. They are fully stocked with everything you could possible need and the space inside and out is immaculate. Being able to fish and relax with the hot tub is another kind of brilliance. From the momment we walked in all the staff were super friendly and attentive, going above and beyond for us. Before leaving, we stayed for a Sunday dinner. Which was lovely fresh homemade food! We met some great people and It was a brilliant weekend. Already planning on returning!

Once again an honest opinion ..food came quickly and looked beaut .. burger meal was enjoyed by my son ..the kids meals where devoured by the little ones .. the gammon meal was OK gammon was a bit tough but rest was OK.. my fish was lovely and a good size the chips a little under cooked but where edible .. I would recommend if you out this way nice spacious place and there is a play area for kids ..sports TV and a pool table

It was empty except for maybe 2 other tables occupied. This is the reason for a low score atmosphere. Ordered 4 meals, 2 x scampi and chips and 2 x loaded fries. I was not impressed with the scampi. It was tasteless and I'm not a fan of chunky chips. The salad was warm and dry as if it had been sat on the plate waiting for hot food to join it. I was told that the loaded fries were very nice. The staff were very nice too.

A lot of game play. Do not trust them or would ever stay there.

Hidden away a little but well worth finding. I can honestly say that this was the best breakfast I have ever eaten in a Café. Eggs cooked perfect, Mushrooms well done, Sausage cooked thoroughly and Bacon as I like it. even threw in a Fried Bread as I don't like Black Pudding! congratulations guys, see you soon.

Called to eat this year to find it is the middle of being demolished, inflatable bar at the rear at present, could not get answer to if it will be rebuilt, it was a spit and sawdust place but the roasts and other food was good, just hope they do put in a new pub with a very similar menu etc, time will tell.
