Hidden away a little but well worth finding. I can honestly say that this was the best breakfast I have ever eaten in a Café. Eggs cooked perfect, Mushrooms well done, Sausage cooked thoroughly and Bacon as I like it. even threw in a Fried Bread as I don't like Black Pudding! congratulations guys, see you soon.

it is by far the best little café going, the breakfast is 100% with the food presented perfectly. cant believe iv missed it before. its well worth trip.

This cafe has now changed its name to seashells cafe, and wow the new owners have bought some real quality to the business, we ate here last year and were disappointed but having seen it was under new management thought we would give it another try and so happy we did ate there 2 days on the bounce highly recommend the full English

Visited here a couple of times last week. Easy to miss the place amongst the colours of the nearby shops, fast food and amusements. As you go in this is one of the those good old cafes that do good food and dirt cheap prices, unlike some of the old cafes this one has kept pace with changing tastes and has a large varied menu. The rainbow breakfast pictured is only £ 5.50, now why there it sent a queue a mile long for this alone is a mystery, I can only think that they either consider it expensive ( unlikely), they don't know it's there,( possibly) or the amusements and pub take up all there money! This is a must visit location especially for breakfast.

The staff in this cafe are ridiculously rude, it gets to the point in fact that you want to leave without paying, cafe unclean and staff have fag breaks whilst making your food, avoid this rubbish cafe.

We visited this cafe on our two week holiday to Skegness, it looked good as it was very busy, first impressions when walking inside was a good atmosphere. My partner her took a seat and I went to order, in order to get the staffs attention they tell you to ring a bell which I did not have to do as a lady came to serve me. She took my order of a small breakfast, she then handed over to another lady and oh boy this is where the trouble started.... The new lady serving me just looked up at me no “hello how are you” or “what can I get you”. I continued on with my order of a medium breakfast, bottle of water, orange juice, toast and Jam and a cup of tea. She had a rude tone, huffed and puffed when speaking to me about me about a certain item they did not stock that was on a board outside she stated “we don’t do that here it’s a completely different company” I was fine with this. She Presented me a bottle of water and asked my where I was sitting, she was about to walk off when I had to say “do you bring the orange juice over” to which she replied“yes” The food was bought over nice gentleman who actually had customer service skills, we still had to wait for the jam on toast and cup of tea, again which was perfectly fine but when bought over was launched onto our table by the rude lady who just said “jam on toast” and “cup of tea” no extra milk, no sugar, no can I get you anything else or how’s your food, no nothing.... there is a little condiments area where you help yourself to knives, forks and milk. Upon looking around the establishment we noticed vulgar and intrusive signs demanding customers to “clean up after themselves and to put their dirty plates in a pot” and “because you don’t want to cook for yourself our staff will be working in heat so please be kind and patient” these signs are fine but they are put in a very rude manner overall it’s not very nice to be sitting around the table with these signs looming over you. It wasn’t only us who noticed the lady’s terrible customer service as other table were making faces at her and when one customer asked if they could have a cloth to clean their own table miss rude comes over with wet wipes with a fed up look on her face and wipes the table, she just throws your food items on the table and doesn’t even say “thank you” as if we’re not paying her wages. A smile goes a long way and manners cost nothing. She zooms around in pink slippers being rude to everyone and really shouldn’t work there or should be retaught how to speak to customers. Noticing another trip advisor review the management replied to the review and was rude on there, arguing with them it seems like bad customer service is a must with this place. As we walked past again they were all outside having a ciggie looking at you as you walk past thinking their the bees knees. We both work in food environments with customers and know what a good standard of customer service is. This place was not. IF the management looks at this review the rude lady had pink slippers and not very nice teeth. Re teach her customer service skills please. For the overall price you pay for the food not the customer service for the extra money go to a place where you can enjoy your food. P.s next time I will be going to maccies for better food, better customer service, better everything.

If you just need a quick bite and a cuppa, this is a great little cafe serving a wide verity of food at very reasonable prices. worth a visit!.

STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID THE PLACE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN Absolutely appalling customer service the woman behind the counter is very rude left without ordering due to her being very rude and abrupt in front of mine and my friends kids no wonder the owners are trying to sell if they didn’t have her they might actually be making money will not recommend

Nice little place for a breakfast, everything you want out of a café at the seaside, no frills does the job

Whenever i'm holidaying at the coast this is one of the places to eat . Normally its the special"rainbow" breakfast but on this occassion as it was nearer lunchtime i opted for the special canadian steak sandwich together with the optional fresh salad. All nicely prepared and quickly served. My next visit is in a week's time and will be the giant yorkie..

Cafe under new ownership and they have made a right mess of it, no toilets ( I thought it was illegal to not have a toilet in a cafe with tables), staff very unfriendly, cafe was dirty and tables were filthy and also food weren't great and finally Thier were a cocky attitude on the chalkboards around the cafe, I will never be going in this cafe again absolute rubbish, The worst cafe I have ever been in.

Our first time here. Cafe looks fresh and clean with good access. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Served hot and plentiful. Dogs were allowed in but were well behaved. Staff friendly and welcoming. Tables outside too.

We own a caravan in ingoldmells so we come here often,The food is always excellent. staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble.The cafe is also dog friendly, we wouldnt eat anywhere else

Food always good quality. We are regulars and as such they know our order for breakfast without asking. Staff always happy and polite We recommend to everyone especially for value for money breakfast.

Went to this cafe to meet some friends as we where on holiday with went to get a can of pop. And got igroned by a member of staff who stood there for five or ten minutes then walk away when I wanted to be severed one member of staff looked through a window and didn't realize I was there I finally got served and had to pay £1:10 for a can of pop! My husband went to get the same only to get abuse from one of the staff a lady who doesn't have any customer service at said "your not at your home turf now your at skegness" extremely rude my husband has special needs and needs a carer he was very upset will NOT BE visiting again!

we visited here 3 out of the 5 days we were there and everytime service and food amazing. great choice and can add and takeaway from main options to create what you like. great customer service and produce. Will be back again next year. everyone should try you won't be disappointed.

13 girls turned up unannounced for breakfast. They were quick friendly and food was fab. Dog friendly. And wide selection of food.

Good food, friendly staff and good prices. We dined here four times last week sat outside with our brother and sister in law and border collie dog. Would have dined here every day had weather been better. Liver and onions were superb!😷

Visited several times with family. Breakfast was excellent on every visit with large portions at low prices. The staff are also happy to cook to order if asked. I recommend this place 100%. Forgot to mention they are dog friendly.

went in for breakfast one morning and it was freshly cooked and tasted delicious and at £2 for the small which was plenty for me its a bargain. was busy but the staff managed to clean the tables and serve the food very efficiently

Just a nice little quiet place to eat - nothing overly fancy, but the food's all good and at a reasonable price. Friendly staff too! Not necessarily a place I'd actively seek out, but definitely worth stopping into if you're passing by.

Me and my mom called in for a bite to eat the roast pork sandwiches was amazing staff was very friendly and had smiles on their faces and they dogs was aloud in too definitely will be back

Every year we have breakfast here on the last day of our holiday, the staff, service and food is always on point and the cafe is always busy. Would definatley recommend to anybody.

The rainbow cafe was a pleasant find for us. We enjoyed the rainbow breakfast. This place offers Allday Brekky as well. it is very worth the money you pay to eat here. And the servers were very friendly.

After walking around for 20 minutes we finally found this place open for breakfast. Order was taken quickly however was very expensive. Initially I thought this would be a nice welcoming place since they accepted dogs.... they bought previous customers order out and it was wrong! They then argued with the customer about error not taking responsibility for it. Then along came my families food. When ordering our meal certain requests were made and we believed they were fully reasonable and these would be accommodated. This was a total mess up. When sending food back we could hear them arguing about our order very loudly (through a closed door!) After saying this would be rectified they came into dining area to argue with me about how I ordered food, I explained this order and it was agreed I ordered food correctly and they made the mistake. Whilst still arguing they bought more food out which was again incorrect. It took 3 attempts to get the order right, as you can imagine my family and I were not happy but were hungry. So regardless of what was not right we would eat it. So we ate the food, when a family walked in I indicated that it wouldn't have been the best place to eat however I did not verbally communicate with these people.... I like to think someone would let me know if I was walking into an establishment that wasn't meeting expectations! After those customers left I was confronted by the staff members in the front of thier store saying I have no right to share my opinion.

Went for breakfast, ordered 2 breakfasts with 1 item removed from each breakfast. They brought out 1 with everything and 1 with 2 items removed. When we reported it, they argued about it in the back for 5 minutes before trying to argue it with my other half even though they had clearly written the right order but not delivered. When they redid one of the breakfasts it came out wrong again at this point i had lost all hope of getting what i had paid for a just ate my breakfast. My other half was then abused because a family came in and went out and we accused of scaring them off. Worst thing for me is we had our 5 year old with us. Customer service is non existant here

Just arrived back from skeegy. On the last few days of our hold we thought we would walk down to old ingomells AND SO GLAD WE DID..After venturing the shops and arcade there was a large amount of places to eat , the cafe we chose was called Rainbow Cafe device excellent , staff welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door. We chose to try the very large breakfast for my husband who likes his food , but my god he struggled to eat this. My mom wanted a toastie and she loved it they even explained how to make them back home lol. We enjoyed this cafe even the banter we decided to go back the next day before going home to have the same delicious food. They even gave mom a China mug before leaving because she wouldn't shut up about it lol. Again can I just say fantastic atmosphere , excellent food , very down to earth staff so well done Sam, Pete , Emma and Sammy keep up the good work and will see you all next year oh thank for lollies because we ate all our food x x x x

Love the cafe, love the staff. Love the fact we could take our dog in and we were all made so welcome. Didn't have to wait long for food....which was delicious and worth every penny. The staff work really hard. Can't wait to visit again. X

Came here with my family during our break just to get some lunch, staff didn't acknowledge we were even there took 15 mins for our order to be taken. First course came out Luke warm then we asked for our desserts to be told it won't be long. In the meantime all the staff members went outside for a fag break and catch up, they stayed out there over 15 minutes by the time we'd got our desserts we were that fed up we just left. Staff ignorant, and not one of them washed their hands on returning from fag break. Won't visit again!!

A lovely dog friendly cafe, very welcoming and warm. The food was fresh and really hot and excellent value for money couldn't have made it any cheaper and better myself

Had breakfast here twice now fantastic value for money staff are child friendly and more then happy to help food is spot on and after trying a few places a would come back here every time would recommend this cafe to anyone not just for breakfast the menu has plenty to offer overall would say fantastic place to eat and drink

they sit outside smoking and give you filthy looks as you walk by, They about as friendly as. Their staff are very rude and ignorant. Whisper in each others and look directly at you sniggering so its obvious they talking about you. Heard the word "fat" as they looked at me. I dont know who these people think they are looking down there nose at people they dont know.

Best breakfast in and around Ingoldmells. Can't wait to try there dinners next time I am down. Only prob they need more tables as they were very busy and had to wait for a table...But the wait was worth it....
