Clean rooms, good bed and good shower. I need no more. Good value food and drink.

A very nice pub/restaurant. Kirsty was awesome. 10 meals done on her own didn't even look flustered. The meals were amazing.

Ellie behind the bar was very helpful and polite. Food came out well presented and exceeded expectation. Would definitely recommend. We had a walk around the lake after, very well presented and tidy site.

We loved it at the kings head, it was our first time going to the kings head,it atmosphere was lovely, staff was very friendly & we enjoyed our food, we will definitely be going back .

The third time we have eaten in here. Sunday dinner is fantastic. Staff are friendly and very curtious. We will be using it regularly this season.

Visited to have a carvery on a recommendation. You are asked what you'd like on your plate, rather than dishing it out yourself, but that's fine. I'm not too bothered about food, as long as it's edible and hot, but my wife told me that the meal seemed processed rather than fresh. If that was correct, the price paid was quite high, as other establishments serve fresh vegetables for the same, or cheaper price. All in all it was acceptable, but we probably won't go back.

We stop in our caravan local to here and we popped in for our dinner to be told dinner was ready in 20 mins to be served just over a hour late. I will not return

What can I say. Fantastic food. Great surroundings and superb staff. Saturday evenings karaoke is not to be missed. Will certainly be returning. Thank you all.

Stayed here several times, food is awesome and the staff are like family! Having looked at the other reviewer before me it seems they have never been satisfied with anywhere where they have stayed, maybe they should just stay home!....Karaoke Saturday nights is always worth a laugh with friends :)

Great food but you can be waiting for food to be served.good portions sizes home cooked food.

Only visited once but would never go there again. Some of the clientele were a bit choice but not as grumpy as the barmaid with a bark like a bulldog. The toilets were manky too. I've seen four in a bed since and the pair on the show were made for this place.

Never seen hotel owners looking so so dirty and scruffy. I can honestly say they're the ugliest, dirtiest pair I've ever seen on that show. Repulsive. Nothing but a pair of nasty chavs.

Just thoroughly enjoyed Sunday lunch here. Very large portions, very tasty and hot, served by friendly staff. All 4 of us loved it. Thank you

1st time we had Sunday lunch at King's head wow it was absolutely amazing beautiful cooked tasty plenty of it a good choice of meat veg every thing wont bother going anywhere else now 😋

Came for the night as a spontaneous night away. Was absolutely amazing! Great fun and an amazing atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back Tom and Georgina!
