The food that I ordered for my family wasn’t what we expected we ordered gammon it was dry chips and peas fried egg came with salad didn’t ask for the salad no egg the cottage pie came out look like a child meal and it look like a microwave meal not home made as it say on the menu bar staff was nice enough with servicing drinks the atmosphere was ok the music was nice and not to loud

Great bar. Service and food. Can't fault it. Atmosphere OK. Not busy owing to the time and out of season.. though I know in season this is very busy.

Customer service was dreadful, staff were rude and unwelcoming, seemed an inconvenience for us to be ordering food? Massively overpriced and quality was shocking

Great place for entertainment, food.

We stopped here for a coffee to shelter from the rain, it’s huge inside and plenty of space outside if you should be lucky with nice weather. Staff helpful and coffee very good.

Do not play bingo here if you are sat far away from the woman!! I won and even got to her before someone else had won and because she “didn’t hear me shout” I was refused my win Absolute SCAM! in future I suggest you do not take money off of people who are at the top end of the pub as it is huge in there! Bingo is bingo and if you’re a winner you’re a winner end of story.

Pleasant environment eith comfy seating. We ate a sandwich which we did not enjoy. The seeded roll was not seeded it was average. Chips were not nice.

It's totally unacceptable to scoop ice out with a glass from a bucket on the bar. Under no circumstance should that be done. Glass and Ice are indistinguishable, it's just plain dangerous. Happened numerous times by different staff.

Not eaten the oasis but I have been there several times great location right next door to fish and chips plus other eateries five minute walk too fantasy island and two minutes up the hill too the beach. Also have bingo night, go have fun.

Fantastic Sunday dinner. It only cost £9.99. All home cooked no ping and ding.

Absolutely disgusting place my sister and I came in to use the toilet but we was refused the man shouted oi what you doing and we said we’re using the toilet and he said no you can’t unless you have ordered food and I said my sisters 8months pregnant and he said this is a place for customers only you can’t refuse if someone’s pregnant!!

Great food, nice chilled atmosphere without the music being crazy loud unlike most pubs and bars in the area. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

A large but quiet pub, I feel like so much more could be done with it... located right against the beach in Ingoldmells but is always quiet. Entertainment starts late in the evening, but I can not complain about the food or drink. It's always 10 outta 10 for a decent pint.

Superb Sunday lunch sat outside with friends highly recommended in the middle of all the tourist arcades great find nice atmosphere and range of activities inside for the kids

£5 a pint expensive aint the word. Only £3.50 at most other bars nearby. Not going to make that mistake again.

Horrendous food had the cold chicken stuffing wrap with fries the chicken was like cheap sandwich filler not roasted chicken. Wouldn't eat her again

Great pub, food choice was excellent and there was a feindly atmosphere. The decor was excellent and very well kept clean and tidy.

It was very quiet when we went and it a bit expensive.But nothing cbeap these days.

Arrived at the busy looking pub for Sunday lunch. We was not expecting Michelin star quality food however…. Chicken was so dry I ended up ordering it a glass of water! Canned vegetables in a restaurant? Yorkshire puddings tasted strange and were like rubber. Roast potatoes soggy and unappetising. Staff were friendly but the food dreadful and price for the quality.

It's warmer than the last one. Had to wear coat in toilet, it's freezing. Walked in toilet with 2 inches, came out with 1 inch. Its warmer outside than in the toilet. Ended up leaving with some stuffing balls and vegetarian gravy. Overall, warmer than last one.

Its OK, hygiene is an issue, tables n chairs are sticky!..No toilet checks! needs a revamp really... staff set in their ways, but friendly enough.. no management structure is to blame, the owners are absent and seem to me be "recipient investors" instead of hands on!.

We have been quite a bit over the last few years and you do get your good and bad days. This year we have had a lovely year. The bartenders are great, they do try to engage you if your friendly (any one that has worked in hospitality or retail like myself knows if customers are friendly you do try with them, if they are rude you give them the bare minimum). I got the chicken ceasar salad, it was amazing loads of chicken which I didn't expect, good amount of cheese, plenty of lettuce and croutons. My relative got a beef baguette with chips and couldn't finish it all, they said the beef was the best they had had out in a while as we normally just have roast beef at home. Deffo recommend this place for 2023 holidays

We love it in there but was disappointed with bingo this year if someone wins and there ticket number isn't showing it was in play they should not win the money and surprise the calling payed out especially when the person who won works with them when season gets busy

Massively gone down hill this place has. Come every year because we have a caravan close by but won't come in here again. Nice for a drink but don't bother with anything cooked off the menu. Sandwiches are fine. We ordered a crispy chicken which came out plain, we took it back and got told it's a miss print on the menu! So.....why not mention that when we ordered? And you've just had new menu's printed....with a miss print?! And my burger was still moo'ing I think. £11 for 2 pattys in a cob with no sides. Took the whole lot back. Get some decent chefs and get your menu right.

Good beer at a reasonable price, been in twice now and made to feel welcome, they also let you bring your dogs in as long as they are on a lead and, not on the seating. Would recommend to all.

Brilliant friendly staff with massive shout out to Tracy & Poppy! We were very lucky to find this place, as a family of 4 with a child with various additional needs including autism and one without we really struggle to find somewhere where both boys are happy. Well, we didn’t intend to stay here all afternoon but we have because the staff, the soft play & the reasonable prices have kept us here. Tracy & Poppy upstairs in soft play especially have been fantastic-friendly & helpful. We will definitely visit again :)

Fantastic bingo Monday and Wednesday

We visited for a quick bite to eat. The food was nice and service quick although didn't understand why we had to wait in a specific queue for food when there were several members of staff behind the bar doing nothing, but hey! It's close to the beach and Fantasy Island.

We popped in here for a quick bite to eat and wasn't disappointed. A great choice of food for both adults and children, even my picky family found something they liked! Great value for money with a friendly service what more could you want. I recommend a visit. (Inside is a little amusement area which also had a pool table to keep the children busy whilst we finished our meals which was a bonus.)

Be going to this place for over 25 years and always loved it , but this year found beer prices very high with no entertainment so a little disappointed.

Was in on 20/09/2021 with my wife and granddauaters had a pint of John Smith s at 4.25 it disgusting, 2 vodka+cokes + half of Carling £18-90,what a rip off.

Some of the worst tasting food I have ever eaten. Ordered the veg Penang curry and it came out as a congealed slop with a bit of frozen veg inside. It tasted like vinegar- I’m guessing it’s been sat in a freezer for a very long time. Would not recommend for food

Pricie but loved it enjoyed the bingo friendly staff and helpful.

Been returning here year after year for the bingo nights (Mondays and Wednesdays) each week. The drinks can be a little pricey but if I’m honest it’s not the only venue in the area that charges a little more than average. You can buy a discount card which takes 10% off which helps a bit. When we came last year the staff did an amazing job spacing the tables out and ensuring people weren’t shouting for the house and instead tapping the table to call. This year everything is obviously a lot more relaxed but sanitiser is available and sneeze screens up at the bar still. Only ate here once during Eat Out to Help Out and the food was delicious however that was last year so not sure what it’s like this year. Bingo nights get extremely busy so I recommend coming at around 6:30pm to get a table especially if you have a bigger group. Bingo starts at around 8pm so prepare to have a little wait. However turning up just before you will be left disappointed having no table to sit at. We made that mistake once and learnt from it. All in all a great place to visit when you’re up here and also a free cash machine is inside the main seating area and toilets are very clean.

Went to have anniversary meal here with my partner and her brother and sister. Firstly they said they were not taking orders until 4pm, so we just had a drink. Asked about pre-ordering, and they said that was not possible either. When 4 pm came we tried to order again, only to be told they were not taking any more orders, as the kitchen was full. However this was only just past 4. Not sure how they can have a full kitchen of orders in about 4 minutes without any pre ordering available. Not impressed with the service and treatment and obviously being lied to when we first went in. Terrible. Only gave a star, as no option for none.

Average pub drink prices extortionate £10.60 for 2pints of carling, no drink menu or prices displayed anywhere same drink £1.30 cheaper in ever other pub around it

No queue to enter, usual code to scan at door Tables well distanced from each other so we could sit anywhere that was free Food and drink ordered at bar, arrived quickly, decent portions and all piping hot. Not the best Sunday lunch I've ever had nor the cheapest but three empty plates told their own story

Asked for 3 pints and got 2 tendered my discount card and it wasn't swiped then the manager more or less called me a liar when I told her I gave the barman a fiver and five pound coins stating there were none in the till. Staff not trained right at all and I was given a choice of buying the 3rd pint which I didn't have a problem with or leave. What an obnoxious woman.

me and my Partner went in here for something to eat we ordered two ham rolls the ham was too salty my partner told them no onions and they put onions on side of plate the salad on the side of the plate its not what we were expecting no tomato or cucumber my partner put her j 2 0 on table moved chair away to sit on the chair hit table her drink went flying she told the member of staff who bought the plates of food to us somebody would clean it up but this never happened while we were sitting i went to the bar the man wasnt happy to replace her drink we wont be coming back to eat here

Covid as killed it but they can only do what they are allowed

Its hard to give a review with this virus problem but we were treated ok.

On Saturday visiting ingoldmels we arrived at the oasis bar looking to have a pint and perhaps some lunch.the covid precautions mean you need to wait to be seated. The place was far from full so we waited and waited then I decided to ask "do we wait or find a table" was snapped at "just wait there" staff were passing right past us and ignored us completely.we waited ten minutes then just walked away. Normally me and a few friends are down golfing a few times a year and spend a lot of time in there,next year I will pass by to the pub nextdoor.

We had a good experience in here. . The food was ready in such a short time and really tasty. The staff followed all the covid19 rules. We recommend for families with kids.
