Waited over an hour to receive my order. To make matters worse, my order was given to someone else. I’ve been to a number of Chaiwala franchises and I must say, this was by far the worst experience.

After years of going to this place without and issues whatsoever I was randomly suddenly out of the blue whilst doing nothing wrong man handled out the bar (never been removed from a bar or pub in my life cuz im such a placed person) when asked time and time again why? was given no reason will of lost a lot business from me and my friends I would say there is usually 2 to 5 of us go in at anyone time and we usually go in around 10pm and stay till closing so that quit abit of revenue lost

Make sure you place your order at the drive thru properly or the baristas will talk negatively about you when you get to the window. I actively listened to the barista proceed to speak negatively about me when I got to the window over her headset to another coworker and then try to suck up to me when she realized I had heard her. If you don’t like customer service, don’t work in the field of customer service.

We ordered chicken burger, chips meal was delicious, they take any requests to consideration also order mixed kebab, chips with cheese, delivery was quick and food was hot, we highly recommend top pizza, thankyou :) Top pizza is better than McDonalds even better that's its open late sunday night.

Popped in here for food whilst we had a short getaway and wow, the bar food was amazing. We didn't pre book as we were not sure where we were eating but this place saved the day. It was very busy but got served in a timely manner and ordered from the bar menu. Had a good selection of olives, bread, cheese, and other savoury veg items that were lovely. Would definitely recommend for a quick bite or drink.

Had another great night at the Wonky Table last night. Food was fabulous. Staff are amazing. We are so sad our favorite restaurant is closing. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Randomly visited the place to grab a quick bite. Tried the kebab with fries and it was very fresh, crispy and tasty. Quick and friendly service and the prices are fair. Limited number of seating available.

Shabbir's is a clean and tidy establishment with a welcoming atmosphere. The sitting area is a bit tight, which might feel a little cramped, especially during busy times. However, the customer service is excellent, with staff being attentive and friendly, which adds to the overall positive experience. As for the food, it was fairly average. While not disappointing, it didn't stand out in terms of flavor or presentation. The karak chai, which is often a highlight in places like these, was also underwhelming, lacking the bold, rich taste that one might expect from a traditional cup. One downside is the lack of parking directly outside the restaurant. You'll need to park on the side streets, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially during peak hours. Overall, Shabbir's offers a pleasant environment with good service, but the food and beverages could use some improvement to match the quality of the overall experience

Always a great coffee with excellent service. Whilst it is more of a premium it is good quality coffee with a decent reward scheme. Food is fine but is more of a premium. Would be good if the reward scheme offered more in terms of food offers.

Lovely restaurant in Stuart Hotel. Food is very nice indeed. Of particular positivity was Katie (restaurant staff member) who went above & beyond to enable specific meal requirements and was outstanding in service & manner. Other staff were all so helpful, friendly, and assisting. Outside hotel is basic, not pretty, but the service and standards indoors make up for this in every way. Can't fault how we were looked after, and the onsite restaurant is a real asset, as was the staff member who looked after us so well.
