I was ACCUSED OF STEALING THE DELIVERY MAN'S MOBILE PHONE. HE SAYS HE PUT HIS MOBILE ONTOP OF MY PIZZA BOX. NICE TRY DELIVERY GUY. TO A LOCAL LOYAL REGULAR CUSTOMER. NO COMPENSATION GIVEN. TRULY THIS IS TRUE . IT HAPPENED WEDNESDAY MIDNIGHT EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. HE DROVE OFF ONCE HE NEW HE WAS WRONG.. WISH MY PIZZA CAME AS FAST AS THE DRIVER ESCAPED.LOL.

The delivery guy was very rude!

This takeaway is horrible needs investigation pizza was burnt cold pepperoni was 4 days old also not enough toppings doe was not cooked was burnt and mouldy also I vomited in the toilet don't order from here horrible food

Ordered at 1am lrg cheese pizza arrived as normally would checked the bottom only to find that the dough was moldy driver agreed that its mold only to be told that its 100 percent not mold by the shop.Do not appriciate my fuzzy green freebie and would prefure if the chiefs dont try and use my food to see if they can make homemade penicillin

absolutely annoying we double checked for a strip burger meal just for them to agree over the phone and then they say they don’t do it because we got a different burger called them and they said they only do a specific burger not strip burger so they just lied and gave us a different burger instead of the one we asked for

We buy very regularly same order everytime and my gosh you gugs was that rude to send 3x portions of chicken wings that were old and then you refried them????Seriously now the past few times we eaten from you its not been great but you insulted my husband with that chicken...my husband is a chicken man and said in jamaican "A WHA DAT THEM SEN MI"So very disappointed in you Top Pizza but think it's time to move on because who ever is cooking and serving that kind of OLD FOOD YOU CLEARY NEED TO GIVE UP ON FAST FOOD

Ah! I ordered doner chicken and kofta kebab. I got some pieces of chicken and uncooked donner meat which was not eatable. The strips of uncooked donner were very very thick. I had bad experience. But the good thing is that delivery was before time. Chicken was tender but it's not enough. The size of kebab was good but all together it's not having worth of money like 15 pound. I made a mistake to order from you. I admitted that. I should be read your reviews before placing order. There are some plus points and some....... You need to improve it. I will definitely avoid you for next time.

Order over an hour late, when called they said that it had been delivered to my house and that I was waiting on the drive for it! At -2 degrees, I think I’d remember. So remade my order which arrived cold and was pretty poor to be honest. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering again.

Two orders from this place, they got the second one wrong on a busy Saturday night but fair play to them, they put it right and made it all ok again so I'm happy. Seem like a good bunch in there and the pizza was really nice.

I would not recommend this place at all! DO NOT eat from here, food poisoning! Staff are rude/abrupt no manners at all. They also own perfect chicken which is one shop away and i cant say they are any better

Had pizza from here a few times and thought it was the best place in derby, but last few times I've ordered I've realised they've started using cheap cheese and smothering the pizza with it. No sauce on the pizza also. Disappointing as they did at one point have a different pizza from all the rest!

Con only does till 11pm then charges a fortune but all the ones next ro them dooffers till close use the othe pizza shops also saw the. M not washing there hands eating in the kitchen and wiping ther noses then eating food. My order never showed, this place is a scam. I called them after waiting 3 hours for my order and they said they would give me a refund but I never got it. No food and I'm out £25. Never order from here, they will not give you your order.

Ive had no problems with delivery orders for several years now and the quality of pizza has by and large been excellent. But of late theyre getting orders wrong or missing stuff off the orders ive made and ive not had a refund or credit. I dont know if its the management thats chamged or something but its making me thi k about going elsewhere.

Appalling. Food was late and when I rang was told 20 mins which it was not, tried to call again but no one answered . When it eventually came, food was soggy and cold and Uber will not refund me . Never going here again

Ordered here a few times. Last time they forgot an idem however they were very kind about it and sent it out straight away. Ordered again and they sent us free garlic bread pizza to apologise for the last time. Really nice people and nice food.

Really good food, wouldn’t order from anywhere else in derby!

I know it was a late night order, but the smell from the bag put me off before I started. I don't know how old the cooking oil is, but it is in dire need of changing. The fries were inedible as were the rubbery chicken nuggets (due to being cooked in very old oil) I ended up taking the burgers out of the oil soaked bun and just ate those with a knife and fork. I only ordered in desperation of not wanting to cook so late at night. I won't make that mistake again, nor will I ever order from here again. After 20 minutes I had to empty my kitchen bin due the smell of the vile food lingering. Edit: Please do not attempt to tell me what is, and is not true. I would be more than happy to get the food back out of the bin and return it to you in order for you to explain its terrible stench and taste then, just let me know and I can easily arrange it.

I have only ever ordered twice from here and both times the drivers have been extremely rude the second time he actually started having ago at me in the street before giving me my food there service is abysmal and they need better staff

Ordered my food and bottle of coke but never received my coke they said that they will deliver it asap , 20 mins later I had to ring them up they said it’s on its way then half an hour late still not got it now the place is closed !

Since the refurb I don’t go anywhere else! Fantastic food the pizza and donner meat are probably the best in derby! My go to for sure! Ps told this to my mate Ryan who ordered last night and when he received his order (that came rapid) not only it was delicious the Staff they left him a personalised message to say thank you for the order. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone who suffers with an allergy. I placed an order and rang the restaurant to tell them I had a nut allergy and they said “you’ve only ordered fries, pizza bread and a mixed kebab”, they had no more knowledge about the ingredients that could’ve been in the kebab or other items, such as peanut oil or even that it may contain nuts. I went ahead with the delivery and just binned it when it arrived because of their lack of knowledge or compassion. All staff should be trained and up to date with the ingredients regardless of whether it’s a takeaway or a restaurant. I just didn’t feel comfortable eating from here when they said “you’ve only ordered fries, pizza bread and a mixed kebab”. A nut allergy is potentially life threatening and more care and consideration should’ve been taken.

Orders my food 2 hours ago….. calling them non stop and no answer I came in here to look at the reviews after and everyone is saying the same the food hasn’t even come yet!! Do not order from here!!!!

I would NOT recommend top pizza at all. Placed an order this evening 4/1/2022 Food took over an hour to arrive and was stone cold. To make matters worse the order was wrong AND WE FOUND A HAIR IN THE CHIPS AND CHEESE AND ON THE PIZZA A 1 star rating is very generous, personally I would strongly suggest avoiding this place

The darling on the phone said he couldn’t do half and half unless was a large pizza but my pizza turned up exactly how I asked my children loved it and was delicious thank you to the nice man that listened to what a customer wanted

Food took over 1 and a half hours to arrive for 3 items. Food was cold, salad was old and brown. Naan undercooked and generally very oily Wouldn't order from here again

The pizza’s are really nice. But the service isn’t great here at all. They’ve stopped delivery via online for Mickleover, meaning you have to phone and they alway try to overcharge (a higher price to online) because of it. There’s usually large waiting times compared to previously and the food isn’t as good as what it used to be a few years ago I.E: chicken wings are bland and chicken strips are over cooked. It’s a shame as I’ve been a customer here since moving to Derby and was alway impressed.

If you like bad customer service then this is the place to call. Waited nearly 2 hours for food...which staggers me as they live less than 1 mile from myself. Called over 20 times for no one to answer when trying to find out where the delivery driver was. Really bad business here. Comments are all saying around about the same thing. Unfortunately Top Pizza is bottom scrubs.

Paid for my order but after reading bad reviews it put me off eating here. So I rang them to ask for a refund and the bloke told me it wouldn’t be a problem but said they were busy at the moment so he’d do it soon. Anyway, after 10 minutes we rang them to confirm they’ve cancelled it and the bloke then said they can’t do refunds even tho 10 minutes before they told me they’d refund me no problem and rudely hung up a few times which made the situation worse. If the foods anything like the service in this place I wouldn’t eat here even if it was free.

If u could give it a zero I would! There delivery driver got lost. Didn't call anyone to find out more info. Said it was my fault because I gave them the wrong number?? Ermm nope autosave sweetheart! Called them multiple times just to find out there driver came back. Would not make fresh food for us and when we has he just confirmed our address

WORST RATED TAKE-AWAY IN MY AREA! Will never rap my head around and understand how Top Pizza is rated 5 and half stars on Just Eat, Top Pizza more like Bland Pizza, I ordered a free choice 5 topping pizza consisting of pepperoni, extra cheese, mushrooms, red onion and tomatoe, and I rate it a disasterious joke of a pizza. It was Bland and had no flavour

Come back from hospital after being with my newborn son and hadn’t eaten for 15 hours .. I then Paid 16 pound for a meat feast pizza witch the chicken tasted like rubbery process chicken and also the pizza tasted sour as if the cheese was mouldy , defo not ordering from these again.....

Such a shame would love to leave a review about the food but can’t as didn’t even get served. Went in and I was the only customer in there, there were five men behind the counter, two were clearly working but the other three were just standing around. They looked at me and saw I was there but after a few minutes of not bothering to come over and take my order or even any acknowledgement I was there (a ‘hi’ or ‘will be with you in a moment’ would’ve sufficed) I gave up and went next door to Let’z Eat where I was greeted immediately with a smile and my order was taken straight away. Also had a nice conversation while the food was being prepared, despite them being busy. Got a very bad vibe from this place - food might be ok but first impressions count and sadly it is a lasting impression as I’ll never go back again.

Always great! The food is alright, it's what you would expect from a take away place. But their chips are always amazing as they add spicies on them and that adds so much flavour. I would suggest getting them plain, no cheese, as that's how they add the spices ;) Their pizzas and wraps are pretty good too, I certainly suggest that you try them out! The stuff is always lovely as well so what more can you ask for?

Ordered a mixed kebab, the person who took my order reconfirmed it to me, when the food came to me, it was just plain chicken on a nan with sauce splattered all over it, constantly rang the shop, no one answered, so I drove down due to them being open until 4am, just for the staff to tell me the reason they didn’t answer the phone is because they’re closed, yet they were still serving customers walking in and had two delivery drivers outside. Rude & disrespectful servant telling me that I placed the wrong order!! Threw the food at them and demanded my money back! Never again! Terrible service
