We had a terrible visit to IKEA Nottingham today After seeing mouldy fruit in the fruit bowls we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt as our kids were hungry. We picked up glasses by the check outs that were filthy so didn’t get a drink. After paying for our food we sat down, about a third of the cafe was full but there was not one clean table. The final straw was when we went to get a spoon for my son and picked up a very obviously used spoon from the clean cutlery. At this point I was so upset and concerned about the lack of hygiene we left to wash our hands in the nearby MandS, leaving our un eaten food and trolley behind. I honestly think this is unacceptable and was genuinely disgusted by the lack of hygiene that the cafe has I feel duty bound to let you know this information Katie Davey

Didn’t get the right order, very slow service. Not happy at all😡

Went for a coffee at 6:45 pm, although they don’t close until 8pm, sandwich cabinet had shutter down, no pastries or cakes, when asked if there where any on offer was flatly told there was non left, although you could easily see behind they where packed away in see through containers. Won’t go again no customer care at all, I understand you have to tidy and clean, but that’s ridiculous. Won’t be going again.

Good pint,fair priced but not cheap

Second time having a Nando’s food was well cooked and tasty a bit pricey for the amount so wouldn’t have it every week was impressed with the staff and the way they checked all our food was present will visit again soon and well recommended

Lovely staff. And great food ,, I had a steak knife and didn’t realise I was using the wrong side of the blade ,,, it was that tender , mixed grill fantastic, but go when your really hungry there’s loads

Ordered food 2 hours ago not ordering off these again my daughter is getting her tea at 21.49 she is in bed now very disappointed with the service they didn't even offer any discount on our tea would not recommend this chip shop .
