Ordered food 2 hours ago not ordering off these again my daughter is getting her tea at 21.49 she is in bed now very disappointed with the service they didn't even offer any discount on our tea would not recommend this chip shop .

I was really looking forward to being brought back a portion of chips. What a let down. The chips had barely seen the fryer. But hey how lots more chippies near Giltbrook

Ordered for a family treat. No delivery after 1 1/2 hrs. Phoned twice to be fobbed off. Wouldn’t bother if I was you

Totally messed up our order, but,,,, you know what, it was delicious! Got different size pizzas to what we ordered, was a bit on the cold side but,,, hey,,, whats a microwave for? Absolutely delicious and really really tasty.

Stopped in here for the first time last night. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mixed kebab so will be returning.

A traditional fish and chip shop with a twist. Great pizzas made to order, kebabs etc all fresh, good quality. Offer both collection and delivery. Whilst recently the price of fish has increased, a large one is big enough to share, chip portions are huge, pie and peas to match.

Plenty of chips for family has improved recently used transfats a lot but last couple of times has been quite nice so hence review

Moved to Eastwood 10 years ago and.live this chippy. Fabulous freshly cooked fish. Big portions of chips unlike the one at Hilltop. Tasty kebabs and pies pizzas made to order.

Being spoiled by the great chip shops we have in London, I have been very disapointed with the local chip shops, which seem stuck in the 1980s. Thus I ventured here to try it and it was probably the best in the area. The staff were polite and efficient, except for the disengaged young woman, who was perhaps raised from slumber, or coma,but the male staff plugged the gaps in her customer engagement skills.

Best Fish and Chip shop around, friendly staff and service and they deliver. good value for money too

We have been here lots of times for different things from kebabs and chips to pizzas and everything has been lovely, couldn't fault this place, very clean and staff friendly.

Its good place where we can buy the best doner kebab..the restaurant very clean and easy to get here..many other dishes to select for lunch or dinner..the price also reasonable as their food also fresh and fine..

OMG Been coming to this chip shop for the last 20 years it used to be called Queen's but as of last week the staff have been advised by management to reduce portion size a large chips is now the same size as a small. Ordered 3 x large chips got home and found it was a small portion paid for large (12 miles round trip). Called then to be advised portion sizes have now changed. 👎👎

He de decir que esta es, de lejos, el mejor pescado y patatas fritas que puedes conseguir en la zona. No es un ventilador masivo de su pizza personalmente (no se puede superar paz de pizza para eso) pero sus pinchos son deliciosos. En general una buena relación calidad-precio y el tamaño de las porciones grandes no te quedarás insatisfecho.

Yummy Pizza but not keen on the 'Fish bar' side. Seems expensive for what you get (fish bar & pizza) and not very tasty, they have also forgotten some things in our order a couple of times.

The kebab was thick and rubbery, I wouldn't recommend it at all. The chips were nice but that's about it. Wouldn't eat from there again.

Plenty of choice! Fish and chips, pizzas, kebabs... All to good standard. Never have a long wait either!

Just like mum used to talk about and make. Mushy peas are not the norm in Australian fish and chip shops.

Have a decent selection on offer and we have never had anything bad from here. Much better than the local alternatives. Worth a visit.

Friday's just aren't the same if we haven't had my favourite pizza from Giltbook fish nd chip shop, quite simply the best pizza's around!

I have used this chip shop for years, sometimes dropping in for good and other times getting it delivered, especially with having young children its easier to get it delivered. But over the past couple of months the service is inconsistent, one week they will deliver to my address the following week they won't and so on. Also the portion sizes are inconsistent, a large chips would feed my 3 children and myself but as of late a large chips would hardly feed 2 of my children. The food has always been really nice but again now its touch and go as to if it will be nice or taste like its been warmed it from the day before!! I will stick to somewhere that looks after their customers in future and has consistently nice food. I'm not sure if they have changed owners but it obviously isn't for the better.

We use this chip shop regularly because it is so good. They deliver freshly food which is consistently well cooked and the staff are very friendly. You have to wait a while sometimes but we don't mind as it is freshly cooked and delicious.

This chip shop I've always used cause of the portion sizes and the food nice but I went the other day ordered 2 portion of chips large and a chicken kebab , I drove all the way which is a fair way only to find I had a small portion and only one bag , so did my nephew who ordered the same we paid 12 pound ,after this experience I'll never go back again..

What a fantastic fish and chip shop. Kebabs are totally delicious and the pizzas are the best around.Staff are friendly and familiar. Well recommended.

Visit here a lot. Fish & chips here are always nice and the kebabs are tasty too. Big portion sizes and very good prices as well. Will be back many more times!

Try the 16" ultimate. Absolutely awesome with pretty much any meat you can imagine on it. Also Kebab Meat and chips from there is fantastic.
