Lovely coffee, nice food albeit a little expensive

Came at 6:35 closed earlier again. Same thing a few weeks ago 🤷‍♂️

Pleasant staff, clean and tidy sitting area. Excellent selection of toasties.

Staff are overworked and tired, store needs a refurbishment, service is fast most days but queues are ever so long, more staff is needed or just make it a takeout store. Well done to the staff for constantly keep going.

I personally find Costa a little overpriced for what you get. The coffee is nice, but expensive and not great value for money, in my opinion. I was unimpressed by the selection of cakes and baked goods available to purchase and again thought they were overpriced.

My husband John and I went to Costa Coffee this morning.what a lovely And friendly place the young lady who was serving us was very friendly and help full. There was anorher girl there and she.helped as well We both love going there. It's still nice to go there

Takes 15 minutes to serve one customer at a time, ridiculously understaffed 👎

Quite disappointed with my visit today. Got in at 4.28pm and was denied service flat out. The staff was quite abrupt to say it closes at 4.30pm on a Sunday. However, the info in the Web says it closes at 5pm and the store was full of people enjoying their drinks. I didnt want to make a fuss about the time but a gesture of courtesy would have been appreciated. I visit this store regularly (more than 3 times a week) and the service is normally good.

Busy costa for it's location and can get loud but has lovely staff, great coffee, toastie was nice too even being 50% off 😉

Always a warm and friendly welcome from Costa staff, no matter which branch you go to. The coffee is just the best. Can't beat a ginger spiced latte with loads of cream on top and not forgetting the little ginger bread man decoration!

Friendly staff, shame crazy long queue

Not as clean as i would like. You clear the table yourself and its not wiped. Find this in most of them though, when you ask for them to clean the table they look at you gone out, and usually take their time. Shame they start of okay but go down hill.

Don't usually use big chains for coffee, but this was pretty good, although seating was a little closer together than I would have liked.

Its Costa it puts the others in the shade.

Although you have to go through a next shop to get into it I find the staff are very friendly... Good seating available and they listen to their customers and make a lovely cappuccino 😊 always clean and good selection of sweet treats to eat

At the moment the black forest hot choc and hazelnut praline hot choc are absolutely amazing

Reasonable coffee, not cheap, Aircon always on freezing despite the weather so some tables are off limits except to polar bears or walruses.

Overpriced chain store grade coffee.

I had to wait forever, eventually got on my way to realise my large black Americano was some kind of sugar laden latte. Was already running late by this point so couldn't go back

Coffee was good the thing that let it down was a lady shouting at everyone and staff just left her to carry on

I have never been here at a time when it isn't absolutely busy. The queues here take a long time for staff to deal with and it is a bit tedious. It is pretty much a standard Costa coffee shop on the first floor of next I suppose people go here because you can park and shop in the retail park. You can get more coffee in more coffee shops in Kimberley just up the road (by car) but I guess it's not Costa coffee and you have to because where to park!

Love Costa coffee, you really do get the same tasting coffee everytime...

I really want to love Costa but I can't, think it would work a lot better to order your drink /food at the counter then pay find a table then get your drink/food brought to your table instead of waiting 10 mins at the counter also I think the tables should be cleaned sooner ! I suppose you can't have everything but the coffee is good .

Really good costa to go to you can take away your drink or sit there and people watch!! Friendly staff and a decent place to take your mind off real life and enjoy a really good cup of coffee !

Too busy!!! Had to wait more than 20mins in queue to be served. Plus think it’s needs a bit more ethnic diversity.
