Went in around 14.30 with my partner. Sat right away, service was fantastic from all involved. Nuno was our server, lovely and friendly and a good sense of humour on him. Will definitely be returning again

From the minute we walked in was made to feel very welcome, Nuno waited our table and was very friendly and full of laughter and jokes. More people on the world should be like nuno, heck maybe the world would be a happier place. Definitely recommend coming back here. Thank you Nuno, you are a credit to Frankie and bennys.

One of the meals - parmigiana- chicken was overcooked, burnt in places and spaghetti was undercooked. Meal very substanded compared to usual quality from Frankie & Bennys. Will think twice before ordering again, complete waste of money - overpriced

If you love good service I couldn’t recommend it enough! Fantastic happy waiting staff. The food whilst not being amazing is very much okay no complaints at all. You get what you pay for.

had the double bacon cheeseburger and the wife had carbonara. the food was really poor the carbonara was bine dry and bland, the burger tastes like it had no seasoning at all and got about 10 fries. whoever cooked it does not take pride in their work.

Who's idea was that?!...place lost its heritage & soul...all the memory cards gone from the walls also music all atmosphere has gone. Updated menu it's awful and won't fit on table. Food taste gone other route too🫣 along with the round corner table that is replaced with fork & rubbish stand. Place was special/different... now looks cold & cheap. We used to celebrate all important events there...now it's time to look for some place else. It's sad 😔

Lovely waiters and very helpful. Food was a standard at a push. Burger meal just consisted of a burger and a few fries which fries were very pale burger had the tiniest dash of mayonnaise and next to no salad. Had to order slaw and onion rings to go with it coating and extra £9 . Bigger kid portions small burger and slice of garlic bread nearly £9 . Bigger kids meatballs and pasta consisted of 3 big meatballs when taken out bowl a few pieces of pasta and slice of garlic bread again £9. All in all cost £74 won’t be returning hungry horse orders more for less .

Jaymie who was our server did an amzing job! She made sure the table was always clear, checking to see if everything was fine for us. She was extremely friendly and really went above and beyond. Jaymie definitely deserves a raise or higher position. She was so organised and I even overheard other tables commenting on how kind she is. The food was lovely and came really quickly. Atmosphere was great also. The credit is all Jaymies!

Visited 20/02/25 Both had lasagne and garlic bread best we,ve had in a long time food was hot and generous portion sizes staff friendly and welcoming couldnt fault a thing will definitely ve visiting again

Food is terrible and expensive, service is good but the place is let down by the food unfortunately then to top it all off they add a service charge to your bill which I find disgusting.

Sophie our server was brilliant, no faults at all for her attentiveness or smile / approachability. The food / drinks came out quick which is good and there was plenty of room / tables available. Not sure why it's £4 for a Coke Zero though! The starter was nice but at a cost of £20 for a sharer I would expect it to be. The hamburger at £15 with no cheese is an interesting one - it was nice enough. Fries were awful, dry and chewy. Brisket was quoted as being tasteless and expected better. Expected better is probably the best way to summarise here, it's a shame because I can remember it being like 'the' place to go back in the day. It's clear the staff care but a bit more support from upper management might be an idea. For £51 at lunchtime I thought that it would be a little better! Would probably go again to try breakfast though. As always these things are a matter of opinion & for what it's worth, that's mine.

Awful food! Avoid at all costs! Ordered the chicken parm stack and the breadcrumb chicken it was completely burned to the point you could break your teeth on it. The avocado was actually black because it was so old. Shocked they sent it to us.

Starter came out withing 10 minutes so no complains there taste good and food was nice and hot, our main was delayed as they lost our tickets and we said that's fine as stuff like this happens. 5 minutes later the food arrives I had peperoni pizza that was undercooked and a pure pile of oil not eatable so I had 2 slices and left it, also got skin on fries that came out cold not even warm.. hoe you mess up this much

Frankie and Benny's used to be trendy and fun about 11 + years ago. Those times are long gone. Thought we'd try it on the off-chance it might have changed. Table was a bit grubby. Didn't find the staff friendly. Server was rather annoying, calling people terms of endearment but only to certain men...her manner was a bit off. Food not great. Won't bother again.

Nuuo is excellent a credit to your restaurant engages well with customers and is great with kids he is very funny. Thank you for a lovely evening with fantastic food

Nuno was our waiter and he was lovely. Very friendly, polite, helpful. Kept checking to make sure everything was okay. When the restaurant was a little quiet he turned the music up and encouraged everybody to have a good time. Plus I got a scratchcard that I won a free main course on which topped the night even more. I was full all evening from the quality food. Would recommend

Five star service but abysmal food. Tasteless spaghetti bolognaise and Mac n cheese very bland. Cheesy garlic sharing pizza was black underneath but undercooked and greasy. Gf pizza was “ok”. Definitely needs some improvement

Very disappointing. Won't be back. Went last Year October (2023). It was their usual brilliant standard. Same aesthetic, same food. It was brilliant. Today however was so far from the many good meals I've had here. I can understand now why in recent years there's only a handful of restaurants left. Which I was surprised about. But I just don't think they have been on trend for a long time. So they've gone for a total modern rebrand. Painted all the lovely oak wood in grey tones. Re upholstered the booths. Modern lighting. Painted brick work. New tiles in bathroom. Blinds on the windows showing New York scenes. Brand new menu and dishes. With their added Frankie and Benny's classics. I booked a table but didn't need to as they weren't even half full. We waited ages to be seated. I'm disabled use a crutch and can't stand for ages. A server was just casually having a conversation at the bar with a customer. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. My friend has the chicken piccante. A coke zero and a Fanta. And they're classic garlic pizza bread with cheese. I ate the spaghetti and left the meatballs. They didn't taste fresh, tasted like maybe they was brought pre-made and frozen, or left over from the day or the night before. Garlic pizza bread wasn't great either. Swimming in oil and just no substance to the dough. Chicken piccante wasn't quite edible either. Told the waitress and their manager took the charge off for the meatballs. Really wouldn't recommend going. I won't be going again. No blaring cliff Richard "congratulations". I don't think they do it any more. It doesn't fit with their rebrand. For me they need to get back to their roots. Back then you used to wait hours for tables and have the little buzzer things. These places used to be packed out. Same music. You used to be able to buy CDs and condiments. Which they haven't done for a very long time.

Came in today for my daughter's birthday, we was welcomed.... staff friendly... seated very quickly, had a lovely time. Thankyou, 4 stars for food was because of the puddings, my kids don't like food touching each other 🤣, but easily sorted. I work in this industry and I was happy overall xx

No matter how busy it is, we always get a table and are greeted by the friendliest and happiest of staff who always deliver the best service. Also, thank you to the cooks who do the BEST food - 100% recommend the the BBQ Brisket Loaded Fries!!

Today my best friend was served by Mark who clearly did not understand the customer service part of his job as rather explaining politely how the menu works when you have a gluten free version of a plate he decided to use snarky remarks to answer her questions. Hopefully when we go next time any questions will be answered with a helpful manner and not a snarky one. Could have been so different if he could have just answered politely instead of making it seem like the question she was asking was stupid and ghastly!

always come in to the restaurant and it’s beautiful! but this is the 3rd takeaway we’ve had and it was awful ! meatballs burnt , tiny portions, garlic bread was like cardboard! won’t be ordering online again!

Myself and my partner came here for a nice little date night out. Honestly we can't recommend this place enough the food is absolutely amazing and the quality of service is top notch. We had Nuno as our server and I have to say he went above and beyond to ensure our meal experience was amazing, such an asset to the team.

I paid £16 for a lasagne that wouldn't fill up a toddler ! Food was nice however , service lovely too and fast. They also dont do the wraps anymore which is the reason franky and bennys was my fav place. Only down fall is i paid £16 ish for a microwave lasagne that was about 4 mouthfuls that i could have got for £4 at asda. i left still hungry and craving a franky n bennys wrap. Thank god the frankys fruit punch is still on the menu.

We called in for a meal after a bit of shopping. We were seated straight away and read the menu as always I chose the half rack of ribs but they have cut the meal down even further by not adding the sweetcorn now. When it arrived it did look a small portion for the price you pay not sure if I'd go back. But the dessert was lovely apple crumble would highly recommend it.

Nuno was fabulous. He gave Great service, smiles and jokes. Was quick to provide ice water and always on hand with napkins and anything we needed. He is a great host. I'd go back, just for his service. Fantastic. Highly recommended. Food was good mostly. Mac and cheese a bit dry but besides that all was fab. We had starters, main and puddings. Great service. Quick and hot.

Haven’t been to Frankies and Bennys in years but it was such a good experience . Service was really good and had a warm welcoming at the door, a good atmosphere and the food was lovely as well. We will definitely be coming back.

Visited Frankie & Bennys Saturday evening with my wife and a few family friends. The service we received was faultless. My wife is lactose intolerant, we were asked on arrival by the manager if any of us had any dietary requirements, and she was looked after from start to finish. We had a lovely evening and although the food was tasty, nothing could top the service from Managers and Staff. They are attentive, friendly and exactly what hospitality should be.

popped in for a quick bite to eat when in the area visited a few of the other branches of the chain but this one was a brilliant visit . Nice food and great service
