Forno Pizza in Broxtowe

Occasionally pick up a pizza from this pizza shop in Beeston. Pizza is fresh and tasty - not greasy or oily like some pizza shops. Pizza cheese is fresh and stringy. Staff are efficient and friendly even when busy. Plenty of pizza options on the board above the counter when you walk in.

Order Lamb Kabab chips salad and sauce 3 nights ago it’s was very good I have gone back tonight to try again and it is still very good staff friendly shop very clean all cooking done in front of you and Price was good for the quality and portion will be back been reading the reviews and some of them can’t be true because it’s a decent takeaway

0 stars. Took over two hours!! Email to say on its way at 740 but food arrived at 835! Called to chase at 8 and was told ovens were broke and they couldn't cook pizzas...why didn't they call us? Why was an email sent. Swapped the pizza for chicken and chips which was cheaper and had to speak to the manager to get the difference back! Will not be using again, food was nice but not worth a two hour wait.

I had a delivery from here and it was delicious. When I placed my order online through the website was easy and then I forgot to ask for an extra sauce pot so rang the store and they was very happy to help me. 5 stars

Ordered and paid online at 7.25, wad advised 9pm delivery. Rang several times to chase after 9pm, got continuously no answer or just b@@lshit responses. 9.55 and still no food so gone elsewhere. Food just turned up at 10, cold pizza wtf. Need to try and get money back somehow 😡😡😡

R.I.P "Fornos" This place used to be hands on heart best takeaway in Beeston 3- 5 years ago when the old owners had it! such a shame cause the old owners built fornos from the ground up low prices and great food and service but now the new owners dont seem to have a clue..... also not a fan of the new pizzas its lost the orginal fornos taste and that taste was why i used to like it so much. the prices has gone up and the quality has gone right down! I wont order from here again . there using cheaper ingrediants.... chesse on the pizza now is gross and greasy and tomatoe base has lost its herby flavour. This place will probley shut down withing the next couple of years if they dont sort it out. shame cause this used to be my favourite takeaway. :( R.I.P Fornos

Ordered and paid at 7.25. Advised 9pm delivery. Half 9 now, called, phone just rings and rings. Very disappointed 9.55 still no food and no way to cancel the order. Have ordered elsewhere - given up on these jokers

Food always takes over 2 hours to arrive!!! Ridiculous. We ordered at 6:15 and called up to ask where it was at 10 to 8 and same reply 'It's on its way', didnt arrive till 5 past 8. It's a Tuesday night, not a weekend. The food is always very good but no food is worth a two hour wait, and they never put enough paprika on our food. We give up, were not ordering from there again. I dont like to be rude but they need to get a better manager to run the shop properlly, and fix the customer service.

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE i got a kebab and a pizza for the kids the food could not be it wasn't fit for human consumption was like eating cardboard. I asked for a dip for the pizza. One guy said it was in the box it wasn't the other guy said I have to pay more and the other guy said I've paid for it already and the other guy threw it at me with anger

Prices have shot up twice in 7-8 days. Donner Kebab was £6 now few days later £7 won't be ordering anymore too expensive.

Been going for Pizza at Forno's ("going for a Porno's") for many years. Great pizza. Just unfortunate that pizza ordered at 4.45pm for a 6pm delivery didn't turn up until 6.45pm. We phoned at 6.20pm, gentleman was clueless. Pick up your game, Fornos. Or you will lose custom to your competitors.

Ordered a delivery, app said it had been delivered, rang shop 25 minutes after this and they said it was leaving in a couple of minutes, 15 minutes later food arrived just warm, not happy after waiting an hour and 35 minutes

We have ordered a lot from this place but recently it isn't the best tonight I have sent my order back due to items missing the excuse from the driver was there busy but surely make sure a person's full order is there before being sent out

I went here to order food for my family that had traveled down from London. We ordered several pizzas, they was delicious my aunt said they was better then dominoes which they order at home. 5*s easy!

I've rated this 5 in the past, but in recent months the quality went down the gutter. The pizza cheese tasted like plastic and it was definitely expired. I've just binned the pizza and my money!

This place used to be the best takeaway in Beeston when the old owners had it, but past experiences with the new owners and especially tonight they are the worst ever. We ordered food at 8pm and was told it would be about an hour which is acceptable on a Friday, but 1 hour 20 mins later I rang and was told it would be another 20 mins . 20 mins past I rang again only to be to told it another 5 mins as the driver was on his way but nothing arrived so phoned again only to get a mouth full saying they told me it would be 10 mins late ,when I asked for money to be knocked off for delay he offered to take off £5 , but food didn't turn up till 2 hours late and never got money back. Will never use these again. Such a shame as the old owners were amazing and these new one's are running it into the ground . I would advise no one to order from here unless your desperate and can get food from nowhere else

Food was shockingly horrid, garlic bread had no taste and pizza was over cooked, would definitely stay away from here

Is Fornos is under new management? food was OK but the order was wrong and the delivery took forever. We didn't really order late, the delivery driver went to the wrong address, not sure how when our address is on the app.

Not ordered from these for a year or 2 and wish I hadn’t I’m now left with a horrible taste in my mouth and I feel so ill never will I be making this mistake again

The food was good but just be warned they take forever to deliver. We waited 2 hours for our food and by the time it came we were no longer wanting it.

Order regular, one of the only takeaways that never lets us down. Great prices, hot fresh tasty food :)

UPDATE:- Well, what a difference 2 years makes!! Today 1/ 06/2023, I ordered an 8" thin base, 'Toscana' with olives, a tub of coleslaw, and a slice of chocolate cake, at 17.58pm. I waited with anticipation for the delivery. When I didn't hear anything for an hour, I called them on the phone only to be told that the food, had been delivered, and was on the small table outside my door. Went to the door , and there it was. The pizza was stone cold, not a very thin base, and the coleslaw , was a small tub, with just loads of cabbage, and no carrot in it. It was also very greasy. The only saving grace was the chocolate cake ,made by some other company. Very disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again, not for total price which was £12...😢😢😢😢. The only thing that I can think has changed is that there are different owners. Would not now, recommend.

It's a shame having to write this.......but honestly.....if you're wanting your food anytime in the next two hours after ordering, don't bother. We've had a break hoping these guys get their acts together but it's awful. It's a Tuesday night, not weekend......ordered at 7.07pm......said it would be here by 8.10pm......its now 8.47pm.....still waiting. Rang them and they just said its left the shop two minutes ago, despite an email coming through half hour ago saying it's out for delivery. The food tastes good but we will NEVER EVER order from them ever again now. JOKE of a place!

Not only could they not get the address right, until tonight I ordered fairly regularly from them, they couldn’t get the order right. Thrown half a cold pizza away and looking for a more reliable service

Travelled over from Spain to visit friends and really wanted a specific meal during my 2 day stay. After a lot of research, Forno's was my chosen establishment and I'd give more than ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could. Incredibly clean venue and open kitchen, very friendly staff, even the quality of the takeaway menu had me wondering if I was allowed to take one. My meal was precisely what I wanted and cooked to absolute perfection. Will certainly return here next time I'm in Beeston.

Fornos has been my go-to takeaway for a long time and never had a problem before. Not ordered in a while, but tonight food was delivered half hour late, after already being 1hr and 30mins for delivery, for one pizza and one kebab wrap. I get that Saturday nights are busy but 2 hours for a pizza and a kebab wrap is a stretch. Then when the food arrived I ordered a meatball pizza and for some reason it arrived with mushrooms on. Not great and won't be ordering again.

We ordered a pizza and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes! They didn’t record our order! We have covid and couldn’t collect ourselves, my little son was waiting for long time and finally got nothing! Terrible delivery system and order collection.

Ordered as were recommended to me. No doubt food is tasty, one of the best take out pizzas we’ve had. However the wait is excruciating. Online I was given an estimated time of an hour after I placed my order. Order was received over 35 minutes after this time. Delivery guy not so friendly. Probably won’t bother ordering again from here which is a shame as I can’t fault the food.

Very polite staff, the quality of the food is fantastic. I’ve tried kebab, donner, And burger and I truly enjoyed the taste and quality. The materials used seemed fresh all the times and the prices are absolutely fair. I wouldn’t miss their meal deals where you can get two 10 inch pizzas and two drinks for 10 pounds!

Forno Pizza is a very busy place on a Saturday night, ordered a large Donor which was serviced reasonably quickly but i was still finishing eating it as i got off the tram, awesome.

The place is really clean and the salad is really clean and fresh, best quality food in Nottingham. It's non greasy and very tasty.

Best doner kebab ive ever had, no fat or gristle, almost like a sunday lamb dinner!! Used twice now as i thought the first time might have been a one off! Nope we both had take out last night and it was fabulous! Hot, generous, very tasty and quick to deliver! Other takeaways need to take heed!!

Fornos is 100% the best for takeaway in the whole of Nottingham. Huge portions. Great staff, great food and never once let me down. My life isn't complete without fornos.

Best takeaway in beeston, always listen to what you want on your order, it arrives before time stated & doesn't give you the squits! Never had a problem, if you want a non greasy takeaway I recommend forno & try the doner wrap!

Delivery took two hours for one kebab and a side of chips. It was only lukewarm when I opened it, and after only eating a few mouthfuls I was poorly all night. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

I went to Forno pizza the day before my sons birthday party, I ordered 12 pizzas to be delivered to the local church hall. The shop was very clean and smelled lovely the gentleman that served me was very nice and made sure he got all the correct details. The next day the pizzas were delivered at the time I asked for all the pizzas were fresh and very tasty everybody loved them. I would happily recommend Forno pizza especially if you're having a party they were very accommodating and lovely

Ordered a BBQ veg pizza from here as somewhere local I've not tried before. Pizza was done in 5-10 mins, nice crusty medium pan base, really good sauce, and plenty of toppings. The 8" pizzas are enough for one - i certainly couldn't eat another!

Ive been going here for years, the kebabs were always amazing, and they still are. The staff are really friendly. Highly recommend!!!
