Planet Pizza 3 in Broxtowe

Been going here for kebabs and pizzas for years. The portion sizes for a 'small' kebab is very big, especially for the price you pay.

I ordered a 9 inch hot and spicy which came with no beef - v disappointed - a refund would be nice

The donner was horrible. Maybe the pizzas are better.

Terrible. I placed an order through Uber that they delivered themselves, it has been over an hour since my order was supposed to arrive. I called the restaurant and a super ignorant guy didn't explain to me where my order was. Horrible. Lack of respect for the customer, poor service and delay. And they even delivered me the wrong pizza, they sent me garlic bread instead of the pizza.

Used twice now. Pizzas are amazing, if you like Pizza Hut but never have enough cheese you’ll love the stuffed crust ones. Had a planet special kebab and fries two. Fed all us 3. £11 each. Defo recommend. Lovely polite staff too.

Went on site placed order they took payment from my bank then it states its closed after waiting for 35 minutes and have had no food and lost money never order from here again learn a good lesson here people

Ordered 2 pizza from here both came like warm we both have bad stomachs now! Will never order from here again, take your money then send you rubbish!

Was late bringing my food.I rang them and they said delivery driver had been waiting outside although I hadn't had a phone call.Then they put the phone down on me.Very rude. Won't be ordering from there again

Ordered a planet pizza for something to eat and then i found plastic in my kebabs. That place is getting worse.

It takes them more than 1 hour to make 1 pizza. Period.

Always a regular, pizzas are nice but the service is absolutely horrible. 1 hour and half waiting for food with no communication from restaurant, only 1 answer We Are Busy. Really frustrating when waiting for food and already prepaid.

As the tile says incomplete orders. Last two times we have ordered from there we have been short on what we have ordered. First time it was a portion of fries, phone to tell them and they said they would drop some off, three hours they arrived. The last order we had was short again, not bothering to complain, just won't be ordering from them again. Because of the lockdown we are ordering more takeouts but they won't be getting anymore of our business. P.S To the staff, check orders before sending out.

Absolute disgrace. Ordered food at 18.00 and was still waiting after being told 3btikes it was on it's way. Eventually went to shop ask and asked owner and staff kicked off and owner was foul and abusive but was was even more funny he offered to lay me out. DO BOT USE THIS SHOP FOR FOOD RENOUND FOR TAKING YIUR CSSH AND NOT REFUNDING

Had another excellent takeaway from Planet Pizza 3 the other day! Ordered the food through the ‘Just Eat’ app which made it very simple and keeps you informed of when they are out for delivery. I just ordered a mixed Kebab and a small Meatball Pizza (just to get it over the minimum spend) - food arrived quickly and pipping hot. The kebab was just fantastic... no fat in the tray/naan and the chicken element was so tasty. I must admit... when I fancy a kebab I’ll now only use this place because of the consistency of them. Definitely recommend!

I have noticed the prices have crept up they used to be cheap I used to go there for chicken kebabs in a nan bread but the prices are more in line with the rest of takeaways now, So I have stopped going

Ordered another meal here through ‘just eat’ for delivery and once again had an excellent experience. Ordered a ‘meatball pizza’ and a ‘mixed kebab’ like last time. Both dishes were beautiful.... food arrived hot, really tasty and the kebab had no fat at all... and it arrived quicker than expected. Really would recommend this takeaway and certainly be using again.

Part of order was wrong. I rang to explain and the guy I spoke to said he would sort it. A few mins later he rang back and started arguing with me saying I was lying because he prepared my order himself. He then moved the phone away from his head and shouted to other staff what I had complained about and I heard them all proceed to laugh and make a joke about it. First and last time i’ll we’ll be ordering from here.

I just received my order and waited over 1 hour for the food to arrive. When the food arrived the pizza was squashed on one side and was totally disgusting. Avoid placing order here!!! Very disappointed

Just ordered a meal via Just Eat tonight and got to say that I was really impressed by it. Large choice of food available including different types/flavours of pizzas. Ordered a small ‘meatball’ pizza and a small mixed kebab. The kebab was beautiful... no fat dripping off like most takeaways and really tasty. The pizza was equally as good with plenty of toppings. The food came on time and piping hot on delivery. Will certainly be using Planet Pizza 3 again.

Mouldy garlic on my pizza, burnt pepperoni on other, got the salad wrong on kebab. Called to complain about the mouldy garlic and they just laughed at us. Never going there again! We also had to wait nearly an hour and a half for our order. Terrible service, usually I'd top rate this place too.

Very disappointing!! We had ordered before and the pizza was ok, not the best, but it was quite good value for money. Then, we decided to try their kebabs... worst mistake ever! We ordered chicken and sheesh kebab, (which can sometimes be chargrilled) but this was cremated and chewy?! The donner meat was the most tasteless and had shrivelled to basically nothing it was so over cooked. This was literally the worst ever takeaway I have ever had... and I’m not a stranger to a few kebabs! Overall, food was delivered on time and hot, but would not recommend at all!

Good service, but poor tasting. I won’t be ordering a kebab again from Pizza Planet 3 and will go back to Dino’s! chicken and shish was burnt and donor was tasteless. I have also ordered a pizza before which was tasteless and cross contaminated which caused me an allergic due to olives. I have found Pizza Zone are far better and reliable. What are Pizza Planet 3 good at?

Quality of the food was so so. Not bad but not great. There are other takeaways that serve nicer quality food. However price wise this was good value for money

paid 14.70 for 2 pizzas + 1.5 ltr drink+0.33 can. Called takeway literally second after the driver left, i was advised driver will return shortly... 25 minutes later no driver! Pizzas are ok to eat but i ve had better elsewhere. Will i order again? possibly but will not pay until i see what is in the bag!!! Also will report to justeat the fact no drinks or money returned

Horrible experience, food came late, not up to par, I ordered a kebab and a cheesecake. Kebab was subpar and the cheesecake on-existent because the driver simply messed up and gave it to someone else, and then refused to go back and wanted to pay for the cheesecake instead of getting it even though it was only 7 minutes away. Called the restaurant to get my cheesecake sent, staff were extremely rude and agressive, said they were coming back and they never did. Absolutely horrible takeaway DO NOT order from here

Proper banging. Chilli sauce was abit different like but overall everything sound.

Waited 40 minutes for my food, for my kebab not to have the right sauce on it. Phone them up and because their busy they will give me a free one next time, so I pay for my food now and not receive it till I next order.

Food came on time and the service was great, blimey that was some bland pizza though. Hate to leave a bad review and never normally do it but I ordered a Hawaiian and boy was it disappointing. All you could taste was dough and cheese, base was soggy and you couldn't taste any tomato sauce. Sorry to do this fellas but I felt it needed saying.

chicken kebab was ok but had a few poor quality pieces. onion rings slightly undercooked.cheesy garlic bread was excellent though.

Food ordered at 7.20pm but did not arrive until 9pm. Needless to say it was pretty much cold and we needed to microwave it before eating. Delivery driver sheepish and offered no apology. I would have preferred the restaurant to just reject my order rather than take my money and deliver so poorly. Have always rated these guys in the past but will need to look elsewhere now. I’m happy to discuss this further with the restaurant - you have my contact details.

The original estimate was over an hour - it took an hour and a half to get one pizza. Really bad.

Food came earlier than expected, however when I requested different food orders they completely messed up.

they got the order wrong and then they said they would fix it within 15 minutes, an hour later still nothing. rang back up and they refused to fix the order as they were to busy. rubbish and rude restaurant! never ordering again
