the food was nice but I waited almost 1hour and a half it came after 10pm and it was too late we couldn't have dinner at that time so had to eat it the next day. the salad had just lettuce ,some onion and 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of cucumber. I would have liked a bit more taste in the salad. the food was good but wouldn't order again because of the delay. it was too late

Well below the usual standard, everything was cold and had to reheat. Very disappointing.

Sad to say but it’s gone downhill. From the delivery driver who didn’t make eye contact or come off his phone to the very greasy lamb wrap and tasteless pollo pasta - chicken was hard - very disappointing. Will try again in 12 months maybe, but it’s not the place it was.

Delicious food as always but a mistake with the delivery time…hour and half early and husband still at work so had to be reheated which wasn’t ideal…maybe free delivery next time to make up for this….but like I said delicious food….

Absolutely amazing service! The staff was friendly and efficient. The grill was cooked to perfection, and the pasta was rich and flavorful. One of the best takeaway experiences I’ve had in a long time! Will definitely be ordering again.

The guys at the counter were confused like they didn't expect costumers, also I asked for no sauces on my burger and they put it anyway, food seems cheap with the expensive tag and I as a takeaway it didn't give me no tissues or spon or fork i had to go back to take it😵 I'would put 0 if I could, don't let the nice smell distract you is a bad place🫡

The halloumi wrap is delicious and the meal deal worth every penny.

Do not order donner nachos. You get 10 aged chewy crisps with a strip of donner meat over the top for £7! Apart from that the pastas are brilliant!

Excellent family run business. Very large menu. Excellent customer service that makes you feel very welcome. I had the halloumi wrap and it was amazing - best tasting halloumi I've had. Big portion! I will be back and would recommend to those that like wraps, skewers, pastas and other dishes. Felt very healthy, excellent salad options and sauces!

Wasn't acknowledged at all. Guy behind the till took a phone order then carried on ignoring me. Then a lady walked in for a collection order which he greeted and served. When she left he went back to making other orders. Its a shame because the food is nice but the staff are ignorant!!!

The food was soggy, chips weren’t cooked. When we arrived to collect the staff were ignorant and unapologetic considering the food was 15 minutes late. The quality of Olive Tree has gone seriously downhill and I won’t be spending my money there again. Way too overpriced for a soggy wrap, which not sure you’d even call meat and chips that tasted like plastic.

The mixed grill was delicious.

kebab meat is great and so is kofta although lots of garlic x loved the wrap (Greek pitta ) salad was fresh.Only things I would personally not order again would be mint sauce cos it was mint mayonnaise and I don't like creamy sauces so maybe call it mint mayo ? and the hot chillie sauce tastes great but very thin so it ended up all over the place. Will order everything else again thankyou x

The food from here is by far the most delicious 😋 I have ever experienced from a takeaway , the flavours are phenomenal, delivery was early and piping hot . Definitely a fantastic place to eat , if you haven’t tried this place please do it’s awesome! 5 ⭐️ the pasta is amazing and the kebabs are delicious!

The sauce in both dishes was quite watery and so difficult to eat. The tomato pasta was lovely and spicy but aside from that no real flavour.

We’ve been regulars here for a few years. Tonight the order took 1 hour 50 minutes to come. The carbonara tasted completely different & wasn’t creamy in the slightest, different ham quality and chicken. Driver couldn’t find house so 1hr 50 mins later had to walk to meet him. Never had these issues before so it’s a shame. £42 for a takeaway isn’t cheap. May re think from now on.

Don’t order from here if you are hungry!! What an expensive disappointment, the food was average but the portion size beyond ridiculous. Chicken skewer consisted of 4 small pieces of chicken, 3 spoons of not so special rice and half a box of salad. First and last time ordering from here.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the best experience we’ve had from here. Generally they are on form but got our order slightly wrong with requesting not to have a certain item as part of the starter (messaged in advance) and also, the wrong sauce on my kebab making it too hot and spicy! Not sure if it’s because we ordered late but unfortunately we won’t be eating from here for a while I would assume.

Wow. First order from here and definitely the last. Kebab meat as tough as shoe leather and too spicy to be edible. Chips soggy. Ditto the minuscule bits of garlic bread, because both were buried under the meat. Had to bin the whole thing. Carbonara so bland that it followed the kebab into the bin, and if there was a single tiny sliced button mushroom in there id be surprised. Whatever cheap diced meat is in there is also utterly without taste. Expensive too. Never again, sorry.

Very disappointed, food was not good at all. Cheap calamari that you could buy in the freezer section at any supermarket. Ordered Greek salad but it was the same as every other bit of salad but with a bit of feta and olives. The worst part was the lamb it was very, very tough. Over priced and I've had better kebabs! Won't order from here again!

What a dump! Don't know what has gone wrong but food was luke warm and bland. Staff were young and seemed really disinterested and resentful of the customers. They dropped part of our wrap on the floor and looked round to see if we had noticed, thank god we were watching so they had to redo it. Best avoided.

All the food tasted old. The oil on the chips tasted old, the houmous in the wrap tasted really old and the caramel pudding was almost off. Very disappointed as we’ve ordered from you guys several times 🤢

We had 3 wraps that were really nice. We also had a penne picanto pasta This was like a bowl of soup very poorly made. No taste Shame had things from them in the past and was lovely but feel let down this time
