Quality breakfast and service can't go wrong I'm now a regular

Never been here before but go passed it all the time. From walking through the door to leaving we were greeted with smiles and laughter. The food was cooked while we waited and it was lush. Highly recommend.

Local,polite and efficient, hard to beat for service ,Carol is cheerful and welcoming

First time here and I will 100% be back here this is a one of a kind cafe this is nothing like other cafes all the food is cooked to order and full flavour 100% might be one of the best cafes I’ve been to and I’m a long distance driver so I go to a few cafes a week and this is by far the best

This was my first visit to Carole's Snack Bar and I wasn't disappointed. Friendly, helpful staff, good deal of choice on the menu. I opted for the 'small' breakfast n a mug of tea. Great choice too! I don't think I could have managed the amount of food served up on the large breakfasts! Staff friendly n helpful. Will definitely be back soon. btw: The cafe is situated on the top exit road to the Ikea retail park, or just through Kimberley turn right at island then left at lights, Carole's Cafe is on right, with car park or on street parking.

Love this cafe! Staff are very friendly, breakfast cobs are to die for, and it’s so convenient, working at the near by retail park. Also very reasonably priced and fills you up for the whole day.

Nice friendly staff .hot drinks are ok .but the hot food not good the bacon is that salty its like it's come out the sea . The other suff is ok though just avoid bacon

Wow! Just popped in to get a couple of bacon cobs….came out with a lot more! Amazing prices and top notch quality food. Stacey’s cobs and real thick tasty bacon. The homemade bread and butter pudding is to die for and the portion sizes are incredible! I also saw the seating area. Wow! I didn’t realise that was even there! Friendly. Great fast service. I will most certainly be back. Go and give it a whirl. A hidden gem and treasure trove! Opens for breakfast and lunch/brunch from 7am- 1.30 ish I think. Wish I’d known how wonderful it is sooner! Popped in this morning after spotting the cafe. Between us we had a Lincolnshire sausage cob and a bacon and egg, a vanilla latte and a latte. Absolutely beautiful !!!! The sausage cob tasted amazing. The best I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend going here. We will be back. Loved the tin can figures for sale too. Super service as well.

Wir sind seit eine Woche schon in UK, aber unser erstes englische Frühstück haben wir hier genossen. Genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Kein Touristen Hotspot! 😁😁 Toller netter Service, super Essen und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre! Schade das es so weit weg ist, würde bestimmt öfters hier her kommen!!!

Really nice place to come across got a great menu with lots of choices, really friendly staff and decent filled sausage cob, also got offered a choice of Lincolnshire sausage or pork sausage, which again is a rarity too be offered a choice, went for the pork and it was lovely

Carol and Laura make you very welcome. Dave cooks a very good breakfast I love the fact I can have scrambled egg on mine as I am not a fan of fried eggs. I get my coffee just the way i like it perfect. Nothing is too much trouble for these lovely ladies. Go ahead and enjoy a good meal of your choice.

Just had a great breakfast here while having a puncture repaired at Eden Tyre's (also 5 stars). The welcome from the 3 staff was very warm and friendly and the cafe is spacious, clean and warm, so highly recommended. Ps the breakfast was spot on too and a smashing cup of tea.

We went in as a party (book beforehand) had a great time thanks Carole.

The staff remembered what tea I drank even tough I had only been there twice before. They are genuinely concerned that you have a good meal. Everything is lovingly done and perfectly adequate. You feel a among friends, and the food is very competitively priced.

Carole is awesome dave top chef but laura is funny as they come well I think her name is Laura

Very good breakfast with toast and washed down with a proper pot of good old fashioned tea. Bar is spotlessly clean, well decorated with tables well laid out and with some outside seating. Service is welcoming, friendly and quick. While I was there most of the customers seemed to be having breakfast takeaway's, there is plenty of parking outside on the road.

Warm friendly people good food nothing too much trouble.

This Cafe is located on the rear road to Giltbrook Retail park near Ikea with adequate parking outside. Carole and her husband (chef) used to own the catering van outside screwfix round the corner but has upgraded to brand new premises and what a find it is!!!. I visited in early May and then took two friends last week for a bumper boys breakfast!. The interior has been tastefully refitted with modern tables and chairs, lovely hand painted murals wall design and is much larger than it looks from the outside. Great care, attention and investment has gone into this new adventure so please support this new local owned business. It does a variety of hot and cold food to eat in and takeaway and is the main food spot for local tradesman.She has recently acquired Thaymar luxury ice cream for the summer so why not treat yourself.The three of us had a full English breakfast with black pudding. It was a brilliant start to the day and 2 out of the three could not finish it all and we are big eaters. Service is fast, friendly, cheap and the premises is immaculately clean. They open very early and normally finish before 3pm. They have a full range of food from sandwiches, cakes, jacket potatoes, crisps, chocolate, kids meals to full english and it won't empty your wallet

We've used Carole's for years and highly recommended the new snack bar. Lovely little cafe and the cream tea is amazing.
