Visited with friends as part of a birthday celebration. Mimi's serves fresh, authentic Thai food cooked to order. As a seasoned traveller to Thailand, we were delighted to taste dishes that reminded us of our travels; fragrant, fresh and delicious. Thank you Mimi - keep doing what you do as it's amazing!

Lovely relaxing restaurant with top quality food

Fantastic food & Mimi and staff are brilliant. A group of us went for a meal for a friend’s birthday. I have severe allergies so have always avoided Thai food. Mimi could not have taken better care of me, helped me order, made sure everything was prepared separately. And how delicious! Definitely recommending her restaurant far and wide.

Been a few times and it has been fabulous each time.

If you are looking for amazing authentic Thai food then look no further. Mimi’s is a little gem, her delicious food, warm and welcoming atmosphere is the perfect place to enjoy dinner. The portion sizes are impressive and the prices more than reasonable

Food was absolutely delicious, Mimi was rushed off her feet but was still warm and welcoming and chatted to everyone. Cannot believe what a huge amount of food is created to such a high standard in this little place. Amazing.

Food was amazing,no complaints from our table.got a discount due to double booking but these things happen...its a nice friendly place and mimi comes to greet you and to check if everything is ok. We had a lovely meal here! Great authentic restaurant with fresh, tasty food. We’ve been to many Thai restaurants as it’s one of our favourite cuisines, we also honeymooned in Koh saumi so we’ve enjoyed a fair amount of thai food. This restaurant served us some of the nicest food we’ve eaten. The staff are all very nice and Mimi is so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended we can’t wait to come back and try more of the delicious dishes 😋

My husband and I went out on date night on Saturday and went to Mimi kitchen at Eastwood for the first time. I’d seen so many reviews and thought it would be good to give it a whirl. I’m so so glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious. Mimi cooks every dish to order so you may have a short wait however the food comes out hot, full of flavour and such a good sized portion. Mimi came out to say hello and ask if everything was ok. She noted she didn’t recognise us and we’d not been before. She also stopped at other tables too throughout the night to speak to people. Such lovely service and felt really welcome. We can’t wait to visit again. If you’ve not been, give Mimi a try. It’s very small and only has a few tables but its absolutely worth the visit. I had crispy fish to start and King prawn pad Thai for main course. I enjoyed it so so much.

Visited Mimi Kitchen on recommendation and we were not disappointed. Freshly prepared in the open plan kitchen, by Mimi and her team. Mimi is a wonderful host, took the time to talk about each dish and how spicy we wanted our food to be. The best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand - having travelled to Thailand a lot, and having attended cooking school there, I could tell that traditional methods were used to create delicious, fragrant and very tasty dishes. My husband said it was the best Massaman curry he'd had.

Honestly one of the best meals my partner and I have ever had. Everything is cooked fresh and the quality of the food is incredible. The service is amazing and Mimi personally welcomed and attended to us throughout and provided excellent food recommendations on what to try. Whilst the food is slightly expensive it is definitely worth it and we wouldn’t hesitate to go again and will be returning.

My wife and I visited Mimis kitchen last week for our anniversary. The food was amazing, Mimi and staff were very friendly. We had the mango, rice pudding with coconut milk for dessert and it was delicious. Restaurant is a nice intimate setting and we were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning with friends in the future 😀

The portion is just too small and expensive, costing almost 30 per person. The taste definitely not worth the price. Very crowded place, seatings are touching. Very bad experience on the pad Thai, the noodle was a bit solid. Service was ok, staff were friendly. Would recommend other Thai restaurants.

We have eaten both in and takeaway from Mimi’s and the food is 10/10. The only place I’ve had Thai food as good is in Thailand. Mimi is a lovely lady who always gives you the warmest welcome and makes sure you’re happy with everything. Could not recommend the place any more!

1st time visit to Mimi's kitchen, beautiful little dinner, food was very, very flavoursome, staff wonderful, lovely touch that Mimi likes to meet and greet her guests. my only criticism would be that the portion sizes could have been a bit more generous as l was not fully satisfied ( full up ) maybe something to consider Mimi? However, we will visit again. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Amazing place to eat. Food was excellent and staff were lovely. They were very accommodating of one of our group's dietary requirements (dairy free). Food was all freshly made with a cozy atmosphere. Would highly recommend for a great night!

We came out for my friends 21st birthday, to Mimis kitchen for a Thai dinner and we will definitely be returning! All the staff are so attentive, kind and helpful. The food was the best I've had. Never been to Thailand but I reckon that's as close as you can get. The staff were excellent and very welcoming.

Went to this little gem last week and had a fantastic experience. From the very helpful booking throughout the whole meal. All staff were exceptionally good very helpful and gave great advice on the menu. Food was very fresh and full of great flavours. Keep up the good “Wok”.

The loveliest, most authentic Thai food experience this evening. Had a tofu dish which was just fantastic - sweet and sour flavour with delicious vegetables. The egg fried rice and vegetable spring rolls were amazing too! Great customer service, will definitely be back! Make sure to book in to reserve a space, lovely evening!
