I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the behavior of a staff member, Sarah, during my recent visit to this restaurant on 17/03/2025. I witnessed Sarah speaking to a younger member of staff, Robin, in a rude and condescending manner. He appeared to be new and accidentally took the wrong food to a table. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Sarah waved her arms dismissively and seemed to deliberately embarrass him in front of customers. This behavior came across as unprofessional and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Robin was visibly upset, to the point that we felt the need to check if he was okay. As a customer, this interaction was unsettling and negatively impacted my dining experience. I believe all staff members should be treated with respect, particularly those who are still learning.

Maybe I am getting tight in old age but 27 quid for a bit of chicken, rice and broccoli, 2 small cans of beer seemed a bit dear. Seemed busy though!

Came in today at about 1245 absolutely rammed. Which surprised me for a Monday maybe it's always like that the service and food were absolutely exceptional thank you so much best nandos I've been in great work team food was on point 👉

Second time having a Nando’s food was well cooked and tasty a bit pricey for the amount so wouldn’t have it every week was impressed with the staff and the way they checked all our food was present will visit again soon and well recommended

Shocking service. All the focus is on takeout orders and there are people here who have been waiting over an hour for food. Tensions are rising right now. You need to sort it out, focus on the people actually in the restaurant and cut back on takeaways and deliveries if you can’t handle the pressure.

The service was too slow... the food was good (as usual), but by the time it got to our table, it was almost cold.

Ok service , friendly reasonably fast, although do have to get up from table and stand in line to order. Fries and coleslaw good tasting, chicken of good quality but source on it nothing special. A but pricy I thought for what it is.

My first ever Nandos. I know it a chicken restaurant... but not much choice say, if one or your party of 4 isn't keen, so went for the salad. I don't like spice and so chose lemon and herb. Just a hint of spice. I have alerygy and they were great about that. Staff very polite and happy. Reasonably priced. Do take away too so that's handy to know

We went during a quiet time (5pm weekday) so we didn’t have to wait very long for food. Tasted great and friendly service :)

The service was great! Food as good. Brocoli was 2 old chunks that couldn't be cut or chewed but was immediately exchanged by staff 😀

Ordered food at 8 pm got my food at 8:40 I saw it sat under the heat for about 20 mins awful service chips were cold and stale would not recommend worse dinner ever would have preferred to put slow cooker on ( never coming here again ) also don’t sit on table 12 u never get ur food

Food was cooked to perfection, came out very quickly, staff friendly and not overbearing and atmosphere was relaxing and positive.

Extremely disappointed. Arrived at 8 knowing full on well there was going to be a wait for a table which was absolutely fine with us, managed to sit down about 8:10 and ordered our food before 8:30. about 15 minutes later after we had already ordered 3 other tables had been seated and processed to order their food when the other 3 tables had already got there food before us we started to wonder.. at this point it was 9:30 and we could see the store was busy.. I decided at that point just to go up and ask to see if there’s a rough time and explain our situation. We was just told its next to make?? By nearly 10pm our food arrived we was bored waiting and not even feeling that hungry anymore but the food came with not even a sorry for the wait. Cut open my chicken and it was completely raw made me feel physically sick and that put me off completely . I went over with my plate and showed my food was asked if I wanted it re made. Who would want it re made after not only waiting nearly an hour and half for the food but raw too? Disappointed

45 min wait to be seated. Once seated we ordered via the app. Drinks arrived quickly, but then another 40 mins for meals to arrive, chips were cold, no staff came to see if everything was okay once meal arrived, which every other Nandos has done. I appreciate they may have been busy but maybe employ more staff.

Really quick service and great food during a busy back holiday Monday. Credit to the staff order was 100% accurate first time.

We visited on a Saturday evening with the kids and it was very busy (as expected). We waited 40mins for a table, but we were able to go to the shops during this time as they took our number and let us know when the table was ready so was no problem. Food was great, service was quick.

Food was OK took a long time to come, staff did apologies for wait. My blue light card was declined by waitress as I didn't have NHS photo ID which I wasn't happy about. Very average for the price wouldn't hurry back

I tried to buy a take away pizza, the whole place had about 6 customers in there altogether. About 6 members of staff. No-one was interested to serve me, stood about looking at their phones. Eventually I asked the chef, he didn't understand English very well, he tried to get someone stood on their phones but still no service. After more time waiting a woman came over, she said 20 mins for the pizza to cook plus they didn't do a meat feast pizza only separate meats. Her attitude also was not helpful. I decided the lack of service and general attitude was so bad I just turned and left. Awful. Staff need training on customer service.

Decent food. Pretty much what you expect from a chain. Had only quite a short wait even though we turned up at Friday tea time without a booking.

Not really a fan of this chain but was very pleasantly surprised at the Giltbrook restaurant. Lovely warm welcome and seated promptly by the young guy at the door. Food was quickly delivered, really enjoyable, thank you, I will return. Other locations have a lot to learn from this one!!

Its a place where budget and quality meets. Its a budget friendly food for family, couples or single. Quality is where the food is fantastic and every bite is lovely. Highly recommended.

First time going . Unfortunately, it wasn't for me. Family enjoyed it. Staff were great. Service good. I'd advise anybody going to book ahead. 40-minute wait if walking in. Just because I didn't enjoy it. Doesn't mean others won't. It was packed

Where running 1 hr behind they knew this the should not have taken the booking.

Absolutely ridiculous, pre ordered for pick up at 5pm still waiting 5:45. Staff rude 😒 except for Tishawn. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. Shocking

Great food as always. Its getting way too expensive now for a lunch meal....I mean £16.75 for burger and 2 sides is too much. Should at least include the drink.

Quite poor service all round. One of the staff called Nathan was genuinely appalling and it came more to shock when we learnt from other staff he was a ‘supervisor’. Firstly he waltz’s around as if he owns the restaurant and has no respect towards staff and customers and has genuinely left our family displeased with the service, from our experience he walked around alot creating conversation with staff and avoiding us as a table until we had to get another member to serve us. A lot of the time he was seen trying to avoid serving people and creating pointless jobs. Me and my family was finally satisfied with the food at last however our night was ruined by Nathan, although the rest of the staff was amazing and provided excellent service and our kids enjoyed the colouring books !

Great food, mine was cold though and I had to send it back but it was replaced no problem and really quickly. It was a bit noisy with loads of kids running round, but the servers were really helpful and the food was nice.

We visited tonight for my daughter’s 14th birthday, couldn’t book a table for 7 of us, but my mum and dad arrived early and ellie made sure we had a table to seat all of us! Food was amazing as always! All the staff work tirelessly to make sure you have a good experience there but I’d like to say a special Thankyou to ellie for going the extra mile, getting us seated, not rushing us, having a chat with us, checking we where ok and bringing my daughters birthday cake out. She just added that little bit of special to our visit! Thankyou Ellie! You are brilliant! ❤️

First time visiting a nandos and it won't be the last good service and the food was excellent I would highly recommend the new fully loaded chips.

Nandos is always nice. My daughter loves it so was a treat for her. Expensive though for a bit of chicken and rice. Staff always nice and friendly.

Fantastic food, best chocolate cake and gelato! Service was awesome. Delivered with a smile! I went with my 2 young kids who enjoyed the mash and corn on the cob. Priced perfectly as usual. They had some awesome Halloween activities too..with haribos and chocolate rewards on completion We went as an after - birthday treat ☺️

Not the best, made the most of the atmosphere by launching a piece of my corn on the cob at the bloke sitting on the table behind me. That was as fun as this experience got!

Nando’s is one of my favourite places but this experience was ridiculous and one of the staffs excuses was actually quite funny. I had ordered a chicken butterfly meal which contains 2 chicken breasts as stated on the menu. I have had this meal many times so I know how they are presented. However when my meal came out I only had one lonely chicken breast, this wouldn’t have bothered me but I did in fact PAY for the 2 so I had to say something. As I asked a member of staff, their reply had me in shock and actually made me giggle. They stated that “here at Nando’s the chickens we receive are all fed differently which can lead to some chickens being underdeveloped and only having 1 chicken breast” Long story short I didn’t get my second chicken breast even though it was paid for and it did annoy me. If only one chicken breast is going to be served from an “underdeveloped” chicken then only one chicken breast should be paid for!

Good food, but frequently very busy with long waits.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a table. This was explained to us and no problem. Our food then took nearly 40 minutes. I could see people who came in after us receive their food and leave before we got ours. Spoke with the manager who explained it was because we ordered chicken thighs. Well silly us choosing a restaurant that only cooks chicken. Won't be going back.

Lovely staff, even though it was busy we got a text to say when our table was ready which I thought was good. Ordering on the app is so much easier then going up to the tills and the food was lovely.

We arrived at 12.15 ish, plenty of tables available. We were a group of 7. It started to get busy just after we'd ordered. Food came out close together which is great as we'd all ordered separately. Food was delicious and hot. Lovely friendly team members.

We arrived at a busy time but were seated within a few minutes. The chap on the ‘meet and greet’ was very welcoming. We ordered via the app and food arrived in a timely fashion. It was delicious! We alway enjoy a Nando’s. The waiting staff were very friendly and attentive. I really felt welcomed into the restaurant and even on leaving the ‘meet and greet’ chap made a point of saying bye to us. Top class service. Thank you.

Love coming to this nandos always great service. We come here as a family of 10 and come at 9.30 pm. service is always fantastic. Food is always warm.

Dreadful. Will never return. My first Nando’s experience and hopefully my last and only one. Awful awful restaurant - completely DIY from bussing your own tables, to getting your own drinks, condiments, cutlery. A canteen experience not reflected in the inflated price, minuscule portions and dreadful flavoured, poorly cooked, food.

This was a good all round experience, more than happy to return here!

Really good atmosphere. My husband and I came here on a Sunday morning and it was really nice! The food was delicious and the service was super fast! They were all so kind there and I would definitely recommend having lunch here!

Food was nice. Staff were friendly. The only thing is, after I'd paid I saw a sign offering nhs discount. Unfortunately the sign was in the toilets. Would have been helpful to know this before I'd paid

Really quick service at lunchtime. Only given 4 stars as the ladies toilet was out of order.

Exactly the same as every other Nando's in the country. Painfully slow service, waited well over 45 minutes for food to arrive. Staff friendly and polite. No background music and people being very loud.
