Central Co-op Food - Stapleford in Broxtowe

Not sure what's happening with this store, really grubby from the outside windows cash machine even the sign, rubbish everywhere. Wont be back

My local Co-op offers a wide range of all domestic food goods and drinks. There is a cash point outside as you enter. The co-op shares a car park with the parade of shops and can get busy/full at peak times. Staff are friendly and never had an issue finding an item. There are 2 automated self service tills if you don’t want to queue.

Very high prices, particularly if you don't have a dividend card. After becoming a member using the app, I am unable to log in to the app due to 'technical issues' (no suprise with an app rated a poor 2.7 stars), so very disappointed in a a combination of high prices and inaccessibility of membership. Perhaps this issue can be raised.

Outstanding service from Mel today in store. Had a problem with a Yodel label on a package I wanted to return, Mel’s customer service was amazing couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried. Massive thanks Mel you are a credit to coop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This shop assistant kept shouting at the queue saying if you wanted to pay by card you had to use the self service till. I hate using them with a passion

Friendly staff, shelves are mostly full with items you need and a nice selection of groceries

This store is always busy, generally we'll stocked, and the staff are helpful, outside there is a cashpoint and a large carpark...

Great service from the staff this evening. Callum helped me out with a collect+ parcel which was really helpful, so thanks to him and the young lady on the tills. Nice to be able to have a friendly service where nothing is too much trouble.

I shop here all the time always loved the staff but since the new staff have been taken on they're nothing but miserable like they looking down on me etc next week I'll be taking my custom elsewhere I'm not standing at the till feeling like I'm being judged I think shops just employ anyone these days

Small Co-op, but well stocked for the local community with all the usual household requirements. The staff I find are nice and friendly

Staff are pretty much all ignorant, no hello, bye, thankyou, few of the older male staff and young Asian lad need sacking for being so rude. 50% of the women staff are ok. Only use place as last resort.

Great little local store, well stocked with all the essentials, easy parking, friendly helpful staff, not your weekly shop kind of place but it's not pretending to be that, it's a very handy convenience store and it does the job perfectly....

Used to be the Jaguar Pub, now a CO-OP with an ATM on site as well as cash bacc offered at the till. Prices are fair and sum good items can be found.... Watch date on milk as there has been problems with the milk lately.

Local, convenient. Has special offers. But can be expensive on some items.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, not a huge selection of different foods but still has it's own little bakery.
