They refused to take the order for some reason and canceled the order when they were open now I have to wait for my money to come back

Horrible!!! Not worth the money and came appalling, cold, with hardly no topping

Thought we'd try this place whilst visiting the area. Absolutely gorgeous sundaes!! The Kinder Bueno and chocolate fudge ones were amazing! Extremely good value for money as well! Highly recommend. The lady who served us was nice and friendly. They deserve to be busier in store.

Really good prices and friendly service. I would highly recommend the lotus biscoff milk cake and the milk chocolate cookie dough. Perfect study snack.

Good taste and peaceful atmosphere. Great placing of the restaurant as it is right behind the bus stop. Prices are slightly different on the menu but well worth it.

I ordered one of the biscoff cookie doughs, the biscoff cream that they’d put on had melted and had gone through the box which made a complete mess of my living room! I called to make a complaint and was told they would send another out to me but didn’t ask which order or address it was and they ended the phone. I called back and someone else answered who was very rude and said that they’d refund me for the cookie dough instead, I asked how I could get the refund and they said to contact foodhub but couldn’t give me any contact details for them which I believed to be quite unprofessional. Foodhub said that this isn’t something they sort and they’d get dessert haven to call me back which they have never done. Definitely would not recommend, rude and unhelpful staff.

Food was old tasting and the cream smelt and tasted off, also off putting and Loud atmosphere, been a few times and they've played incredibly loud music the whole time even though it's late, also servers were rude and didn't treat customers nicely, wouldn't recommend

Ordered two lots of double cookie dough on just eat at 20:00 to receive a phone call 40 minutes later to say that they have ran out of double chocolate dough, man on the phone did not sound bothered and never apologized. Now we have to wait to get our refund from just eat.

Massively gone down hill since we used to order. False advertisement. ‘Buy one get one free’ but all you’ve done is half what usually comes in the box & split it over 2 boxes! Pancakes & waffles tasted sour as if off ingredients have been used. Completely inedible. Waste of money & unable to sort through Uber as reviews are turned off.

Amazing service, the order came exactly as ordered and was incredibly quick. They were willing to create a special waffle for me using ingredients from other menu items. Staff were so friendly. Overall amazing place and would come again.

Ordered crepes to takeaway and the lady who served us was so friendly and welcoming. The portions were big and extremely filling so worth the money in my opinion. My strawberry and nutella crepes were really tasty so I was happy with the service I received. :)

I had the Lotus Biscoff cheesecake which came with a scoop of vanilla gelato. Loved it! Will try the milk cake next time. Staff are really friendly and waiting time is low. Would definitely recommend Dessert Haven to anyone looking for dessert in Beeston. :)

Wonderful experience. Food was cooked delectably and the flavours were divine - a real gastronomical paradise! Staff were incredibly friendly and excellent service. Will come again.

Order on deliveroo from here very often - it’s our go-to desert place. We get the desert selection box. Lovely girl that works there (I think her name was sadika) threw in a free rainbow cake slice as we were celebrating a birthday… great choice for desert sharing between 3-4 people! Very happy :)

Great customer service I felt very welcomed & my milkshake was so so so good

Gutted, my order took an 1 hour 25 minutes to arrive & then it was wrong!! My banoffee sundae didn’t arrive instead it came as a waffle with strawberries and banana, a cold/rubbery waffle with the thinnest cut strawberries I’ve ever seen. I put it in the bin and won’t order from here ever again.

I always order from Dessert Haven, their deliveries are quick, accurate and all their food is delicious! Phenomenal milkshakes, great quality, great prices, highly recommend! 👌

Great vegan waffles, vegan pancakes and vegan ice cream. The portions were massive and the woman running is was so sweet.

Had to give the 1 star to leave a review. Absolutly disgusting, Cornflake tart stale and custard had black bits in.

The staff was very rude tried talking down to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about Hygiene in the shop was disgusting Manu on counter pagers where stuck together the lady behind the counter picked my food up with her hands no gloves made me feel sick that’s no way to run a food Establishment If I could give 0 ⭐️ I would Feel like my £9.50 went down the toilet

Ice cream was nasty and artificial tasting. Use waaaaay too much single use plastics.

Went there with my friends and cousins to celebrate my birthday. Once they got to know that it was my birthday, they surprised me with a huge rainbow cake on the house! Absolutely loved the hospitality! Surely coming back again!

Ordered brownie milkshake and a strawberry delight smoothie, it was incredible. The owner of the shop and staff are really friendly. Highly recommend it. Will definitely order again.

Dirty and sticky with a side of awful service. Bloke didn’t even acknowledge when stood at the counter. Milkshake came tasteless and runny. Don’t waste your time, go maccies

my favourite dessert place of all time- i always order the american waffle with milk chocolate and its so delicious. the staff is really friendly and prompt as well. huge vanilla ice cream portion comes with the american waffle too. have come here 3 times a month for the past 5 months because its so good. gonna miss this place when i leave england!

It is only two stars because they have a gluten and dairy free option and that's my diet but It tasted bad. The waffle itself tasted like cardboard and it was cold. Also, it takes less than 5 minutes to get done. No effort put in at all. Plus the place they do the food and the fridge and everything was dirty. They don't care about having a good hygiene standard. And they don't listen properly, and seem unfriendly. Not good service.

I love the desserts and milkshake and USED TO order via direct delivery service 3-4 times a week....HOWEVER ...loyalty points are added after each and every order....what they dont tell u is that apparently they can 'disable the loyalty point system ' on a temporary basis WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT. I only found this out after the 10th message I had sent showing my frustration, prior to this I got the same response telling me I have to order directly through the site and online. This is highly frustrating, as a customer I order purely for the purpose of collecting the loyalty points, just for the option to use them just vanishes from your basket. I will not be ordering again until I've had my 1200 points worth of food.

Absolute shiite service! Order comes 30 minutes late, I ring the place and they don't know what day it is and so rude! Ordering on beeston eats is no good either can't even complain for a refund!

They have the audacity to call the cheapest tesco-brand ice cream gelato. It's literally Ms Mollys and they don't even try to hide it. The advertised flavour is just overpowered by cheap vanilla ice cream taste and could possibly be the worst ice cream I've ever had. Save yourself a headache and some money and just buy a 2L tub of Ms Mollys from Tesco for like 99p. It literally tastes the same. l + ratio

Poor experience. Desserts poor. Tubs of mollys ice cream are in the freezer (cheap brand of ice cream). Waffles were cold. Jam roly poly was a Swiss roll from a local supermarket. Staff didn't ask once how the dessert was. They seemed more interested in charging their phones and eating take away at another table. The girls behind the till preparing stuff were busy munching on chocs also. Decor very bad. No atmosphere. The place needs a face lift and new staff. Probably a whole new menu also. Avoid!!!!!

Great place, bossman is actually a G, was very friendly and when you eat in he always tries to make you sure everything you're given is nice. Definitely would recommend, if not to buy anything just to say hi to the guy.

I ordered through just eat from this place serval times. Everything the order has come 10 mins later minimum. Cookie dough comes cold or under cooked and greasy, milkshakes are runny. And the customer service and care team are poor. Today they said my order was delivered and 5 mins later it turned up. I reported this to just eat as well as sent my security camera footage over. I won't be eatting their and would highly avoid going there and to day I only live 8 mins drive away from that place as well. Will be looking for a new dessert place as they no longer have my business.

Used them lots it the past won’t be using them again though. 3 lumps of ice cream, old strawberries, bit of cream. It was supposed to be a sundae no sauce. Terrible feel robbed for £5.95. Also had a chocolate sundae as well that was a little better but not any good. Used to be good now terrible

The food was 50 Minutes late. Therefore the food was stone cold, floppy, melted ice cream and shakes. When i rang the person who answered didnt care and blamed it being 50 minutes late on the rain. Wouldnt even give them 1 star but thats the lowest it goes. What a waste of money never again i would not recommend this place at all!!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, had the phone put down on me twice and "the manager" could not even help deal with my query. Just disgusted by the whole experience, will never be ordering from here again. The whole teams needs to do some sort of course in customer service skills. Utterly rude and very unhelpful! I could go on but I think u get the jist. Hope this helps alot of u, don't be scammed!!

Food and service excellent place could do with a smarting up

You'd expect the guy serving would get up and of his phone to welcome you in the shop even though it was empty. It was like talking to a potato. Went in with my sons today, and just walked out.

Ordered a full Belgian Haven Special waffle and a 50/50 cookie dough both with vanilla gelato and they were super scrummy. I loved my waffle and devoured it in minutes

Took 2 hours to get order and when order got here it was cold not happy at all

Very good experience with them, quick prep time and delivery, fresh ingredients, large portions and their stuff is very tasty. Prices aren't so bad either.

The food was nice and cheap, however it took ages and there was a hair in it, which obviously belonged to the member of staff on duty.

Nice when it eventually arrives. However crazily late, chase up resulted in no apology and advising it was going to be 3 mins, which ended up being 15 and no apology. Better service and customer service needed.

I booked my daughters birthday here a week ago and it was wonderful!!! The manager made a real effort with decorations and balloons The food was perfect The staff were very helpful and polite when speaking to kids that were not on their best behaviour The prices are also very reasonable Would definitely recommend!!!!

The prices on the menu aren’t correct, so I don’t understand why they don’t update these? £5.95 for a sundae but then when paying, they want a few pounds more and insist that that is the price. Staff very rude. Doubt this place will stay open for long. Very blatant about ripping people off.

Always overcharge by a couple of pounds and are quite blatant about it. Don’t trust the sticky menu price!

The worse crepes and waffle we ever had! My supreme crepe Ferrero rocher nutella was disgusting! That wasn't nutella! Same with the waffle. For £6.95 I'm expecting to get a very good crepe not a cheap one with a fake taste of chocolate. To not talk about the strawberries which were tasting horrible, sour and old. Shame that we live in Long Eston and didn't wanted to drive all the way back to complain..

I have had a waffle that is supposed to have caramel sauce and maple syrup but there is Hadley any on. I also ordered strawberry cheesecake paid 4.50 for a tiny peice and the strawberry topping had come off. Looked like it had been shook in the box. Not happy as I have once a month as a treat

Ordered a 50/50 white and milk chocolate cookie dough and it was that overcooked, I could have used it as a frisbee, the only difference being that this frisbee would cause severe injuries if it was to hit you!!! Also, they said it would take 20 minutes to prepare, but took well over 40 minutes despite me going to collect it. Rated 2 stars only because the Kinder Bueno was actually nice. ...But overall wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely brilliant! I had a haven special waffle. It's basically a waffle with fresh strawberries, bananas, raspberries, Belgian chocolate sauce with chocolate curls. It was havenly! I didn't care about the calories since I was on vacation, but every bite was worth it. Would highly recommend!
