As usual we had a nice night here. However were rather disappointed with both our food and some of the waiting staff. We always have the Haddock but the portion was so small for £17.95 we did get a huge portion of chips which we couldn't finish. The balance was not right. SOME of the female waiting staff were not at all friendly. We got the impression that they would rather be elsewhere rather than serving us. A bit of charm would help.

This was the worst Chinese takeaway we've ever had. The food wasn't fresh, the chicken was all dried up and hard. It must have been reheated from the day before. All of the food was very greasy. Definitely wasn't worth the money, very disappointed.

Firstly I'd like to say that I am typically a Sushi Daily fan and it's often a go to choice when I travel for work so I visit many different branches. I used the online order service for the first time for this one as I needed a swift collection and to ensure what I desired was available. I arrived presented my code and the server said that I had no order, I showed them my receipt and proof of payment and they were just shrugging it off. After a struggle they attempted to call their supervisor who would not answer. The guy serving me was nice enough but just kept showing me his screen saying no order. At this point I was already running late by 10mins and eventually he said he would prepare my order as I could prove everything about purchase and we concluded it was his connection or device that was faulty. I had to wait 25mins for the food to be prepared and finally was able to collect and go. This is not typically a reflection of Sushi Daily as their hygiene and freshness is normally top notch but that same night I was also hugging the toilet and very unwell hours after eating it, and had eaten nothing else since mid-day which raises questions. Really bad experience this time ☹️

Tan decepcionado que he crecido con Dunkin en los Estados Unidos y aunque aprecio que esto sea el Reino Unido fue una experiencia muy decepcionante. El café estaba bien, pero compré un croissant que era de mala calidad y luego gasté £ 9 en mini rosquillas para que mis hijos lo dieran en una bolsa de papel marrón sin caja. El personal era miserable casi no hablaba lo que espero de la marca Dunkin. Dejaré mi experiencia Dunkin para mi próximo viaje a los EE.UU.

The manager took the orders , I asked for 1 mild and 1 medium spicey chicken burger and a wrap for my mum then asked to change the medium to hot. Food came and both were medium to which was not good for my daughter and both were cold and mums was totally wrong. I did tell a lady that obviously told the manager as he avoided us all the time we were there. Pretty poor to be fair, the rest of the staff seemed nice and cheerful. Wouldn't go back though unfortunately.

Comida encantadora, servicio al cliente encantador. Entregado a tiempo. Tuvimos un problema pensando que una comida no había sido incluida en nuestra entrega. El restaurante accedió a suministrar una comida de reemplazo a pesar de que sabían que lo habíamos tenido. ¡Encontramos la bolsa en el suelo! Teléfonos para disculparse y eran encantadores. Gracias x
