Ridiculously late, eta continuously pushed back further and further, no option to cancel order, arrived two hours late and was stone cold and inedible

The delivery time kept changing and by the time we got it the food was nearly cold. We had to reheat

The food was not edible as it was too cold, being at a hotel we didn’t have microwave facilities to warm it up. The gravy was room temperature at best. Really disappointed!

Order was supposed to arrive at 6.00pm and arrived at 7.20pm- 1 hour 20 minutes late.! When food arrived it was bad quality, chips and chicken was soggy and cold. This is unacceptable.

This was, without doubt, the best value and tastiest KFC ever. The delivery guy was polite and friendly, the handover process was smooth and the food was as hot, perfectly cooked and well wrapped. My wife, even though a little bit merry after 6x cocktails totally agreed! Overall a total winner. Thank you Colonel.

The delivery came without the Pepsi max can that was included in the meal

1/2 of the food was cold didn't even reach 30 degrees C on my food thermometer. Contacted the restaurant who tried to blame the delivery driver. I replied no it had to have left the restaurant cold. Finn the manager wasn't interested and said there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend here unless you like cold food.

Very busy, visited on Sunday and barely found a table to sit

don't eat here, missed food off the order. chicken had soggy skin or no skin. cold chips chucked in the bag. absolutely no care taken in the order. called the restaurant for them to say just eat have to deal with it. didn't care that kids food didn't arrive that we ordered and what we did get was shocking. Will never use kfc fosse again!

Really need to start having a regular cleaner there. Food is fab as always. There isn't enough seating. Plus on kids meals you should be able to swap from signature fries to regular non spicy ones

I haven't ordered since October because of constant missing items. I decided to give it another chance and I got everything I ordered including the dips so well done!

Refused to serve us since we turned up at 9:50 despite their closing time was 10:00. Staff first lied that they are closed, then they changed their story to we ran out of everything. Illegal false advertising.

My favourite fast food restaurant in Fosse park. Just a shame there aren’t many seats in the restaurant. Could do with a larger facility.

Was at the other end of my street for 15 minutes and didn’t bother coming to my side or even look for my number so I went to them and they still didn’t give me the food so I had to walk back to mine they they came, I want a refund my food is cold now all because someone didn’t bother looking for my door

Food was right temperature, all boxed up, no squashed items, and nothing missing, this is the nicest KFC I have had when being delivered.

Ordered through Uber Eats. There was food missing from the order and the chicken was very oily and not very tasty. The only redeeming factor was the very quick delivery, but I now realise why; it's because no one eats there.
