Food arrived eventually as the time was increasing each time I looked whilst tracking. However, when food did arrive it was cold.

I placed my order around 6:30pm and it arrived close to 9pm. I was originally told that my order would be with me in 30 mins. The food was lukewarm and not up to the standard I was expecting. Overall I was hugely disappointed as I had to deal with an upset and hungry child too, as a result of my food order being delayed.

Waited 2hrs for our order and the food was cold , definitely won't order again .

Bought a chicken strip meal as a take out. Walked 2 mins to my car to find chicken was cold and chips were cold. Luckily the gravy was hot..!! Won't be returning there in a rush - that's a fact.

Small chicken pieces, overcooked fillet in burger, burnt hash brown, cold gravy. Would have preffered longer delivery time for better food

My order was over over an hour late and was stone cold chased up order with the restaurant they said was collected as order was no longer in the restaurant however the app told us the driver was at the restaurant collecting the order!

1hr 20mins to be delivered and was cold when it finally got here

unfortunately we were missing one of our drinks, other than that it was okay

Monday 5pm - I don’t normally review KFCs but having had back to back meals at the Rotherham motorway welcome break then Leicester Fosse park I felt obliged due to the striking distance in what I experienced. Unfortunately in Leicester every empty table was dirty so we sat outside (yes even these tables were dirty but atleast it feels more open) the layout inside is too cramped. Service was quick. My double down was not as good as the one I’d had the day before (cheese not melted) but this is a small critique.. I just wasn’t impressed with the state of the place it wasn’t clean enough full stop.

Took like half an hour for like 2 things and chips food weren’t cold though

way to salty and bucket bottoms fell out when picked up from grease

The burgers were burnt really bad. And only got one order of fries

The bag soaked in grease and forgot to bring the wings🫣

The amount of chicken strips you received in store is different to home delivery, I was discussted with the chicken I received in my home delivery

the quality of the food was very bad, it was not edible. the chicken was almost burnt and the taste was bitter. it is the first time this has happened to me and I was disappointed by KFC. I practically threw over 30 pounds in the trash. I hope you improve your services

I am so disappointed that this service has allowed a delivery driver to not deliver food and not to the address to me the customer and have driver pressed delivered ! I didn't give no code or number !! despicable and how difficult to get help after I have lost £26 and no food to show for it and now go with out and can't speak to anyone, and the stress to try find how to get through its ridiculous

The pieces of chicken were awful, usually the wing bit so hardly any chicken and 1 leg. Was cold on arrival so musn’t of been freshest.

Self service tills have hardly any space between them, back to back with stranger's literally and they cause queues. Whilst staff stand behind the counter just watching people with a sign saying they will help you only if you are paying cash? Not enough seating, tables for 4 are locked to the floor and so small that only 2 people sit at them. Lots of people standing around waiting for some place to sit and tables outside are dirty. One person cleaning, must be such a crap job, place and tables were filthy. Cleaned my own table before and after eating. Overall eating area is too small and clostraphobic. To be honest I think KFC should shut up shop and get a larger venue space on a better location. Seems to me like Fosse Park Have made a hash of the whole place.

Terrible. Horribly packed. Not got items I ordered. It was cold and wet. This happens all the time when I order from Fosse Park. Do not order from this KFC, you are better off ordering from others.

whilst the food was hot, and correct., the overall flavour was strong black pepper. This was obviously very unpleasant.

I ordered for my dad, so obviously I paid through the app ? When the food turned up my dad gave the delivery driver £25 for the food and he actually took it ? I think that is so bad and you can argue he thought it was a tip but who’s going to give a £25 tip when the bucket is only £23

First time I’ve KFC in years and it was the best chicken I’ve ever eaten!! Cooked to perfection & crispy plus got 2 boxes of popcorn chicken free! Perfect thanks guys! 🫡

I think we were the 1st people to go into KFC today 4/12/24, I had hot wings.... I just made it home before I was sick, pretty sure they weren't cooked properly, I feel so ill.

ordered last night. spent nearly 20 pounds on a cheeky meal for my boy. My boy said "let's give a 3 pound tip for the driver as its nearly Christmas." so even after the tip, the driver did not check the order and my boy lost out on a can of Pepsi, which he was really looking forward to as it was a treat. So, that's 1.99 + 3.00 nearly a 5er. which = 25% or there abouts of the order which was a waste of money. Probably I'll stick to uber next time? 😞

Food was stone cold, soggy and took nearly 2 hours to arrive! We could tell from the app that the food was ready within 20 mins of ordering but there wasn’t a delivery driver available for nearly and hour so our food was clearly just sat on the counter! I realise there are busy times but this is far too long to wait! I will not be using Just eat ever again.

Latest original time was 6.20-6.40, it arrived at 7.02. I rang the restaurant at 6.42 to see if they knew where the order was and they said the driver was “nearby” at 6.27 so clearly just waited rather than going to the restaurant. The food was also cold. For these reasons, I believe I should get a refund

didn't get the gravy that was ordered and the chicken had so much grease that the bottom the bucket came off when moving it, sadly few of the greasy chicken went on the table and had to be cleaned up.

Ordered at 6, for some reason only arrived at 7:30 (probably not the driver's fault) but something went wrong somewhere along the way cause it shouldn't take an hour and a half when its usually 30 minutes max
