Absolutely shocking...we've always used this place as they can cater for the families allergies. But this evening...they messed up the order then refuse to recook our order leaving us with half an order!! We never change our order due to the allergies. So to be told that the chef is declining to cook again because they are too busy and a driver short is not acceptable. Shocking!!!!!

I'm order sweet and sour pork honking style ... I got sweet and sour pork balls... Okay does matters...but this pork be that disgusting like I never not eat like this 🤢🤢🤢

Owner Lied to me said food was 20 mins away, called after 2 hours to find food hasn’t been started and the guy couldn’t be bothered to cook, then lied about refunding the money. Scan artist place that employ under age children.

Fantastic food and nice friendly people

Food came luke warm, chips still rock hard and undercooked they ask you to order through the website rather than justeat as they don't make enough. then deliver substandard food that you cant complain or get a refund for. Time to find a new Chinese I think

We ordered twice over the Christmas period as our usual Chinese take away place had closed. The first time food was fine (nothing special but okay), and delivered within 45 minutes. Decided to order again on Christmas Eve (as we always did in the past with our previous place with no issues or delays in delivery), and had a confirmation it would be delivered roughly 50 minutes later. After an hour and 40 minutes, we called and it took a long time to get through. When we finally did, they struggled to find our order and when they finally did we were told it would take another 30 minutes (albeit with some form of apology). 40 minutes later we called again as it still hadn't been delivered and we were told it was going out soon so another 15-20 minutes, this time with more exasperation and no apology. We finally got the food 2 hours and 40 minutes after we'd ordered and one of the dishes was wrong! Of course we ate it because we were so hungry and again the food was fine but not worth waiting for. We understand it could be a busier night but we were told there was a lack of delivery drivers which contributed to th delay so that could have easily been avoided, they surely know it would be a busy night?! Therefore cannot recommend and we wouldn't order there again, some form of compensation should have been offered, bad service.

Told the order would take an hour, after an hour and a half rang up and they lied and said it was on its way. Rang up another 30 minutes later and still no sign of it, even they didn't know how much longer it would be. After having no reassurances we cancelled the order. 2 hours is unacceptable, but the lack of an apology or any kind of customer service means they deserve zero stars 8f I could. Will not be going back.

Ordered a delivery said it would arrive 6.55 at 7.40 my food still hadn't been delivered tried phoning and when they did eventually answer the they put the phone down so decided to drive round to see where my food was. Walked in bloke on the counter was on the phone just ignored me a bloke came out the kitchen I explained everything to him shown him my order number went back into the kitchen with my order said he was waiting for a driver so my food had been sat on the side for 45 minutes I got it home and everything was cold mine went in the bin and my family ate theirs only due to the fact they were so hungry. Absolutely appalling service

Ordered online was told 50mins. Over a hour later NO food. So called the takeaway to have a young child answer the phone and tell me it will be another 30mins and if I don't like it then cancel my order!! Over a hour and half later the food came. Was cold and really not enjoyable. Will rethink when wanting a Chinese. Won't be using again...

Didn't receive all my order missing chip's unable to contact. Finally Just got though food finished but sending chips .it will be around 15 minutes they said 35 minutes still waiting.

Always great food and service. Been ordering for years and never had an issue. Always friendly and welcoming.

I have been ordering take away from New garden for nearly 2 years now and I can honestly say that the food is superb and so is the customer service . The food arrives on time and is always piping hot, I had a wrong order delivered once , I was refunded and given a big discount on my next order. I also overpaid in cash on another occasion by 20 pounds ( I would not have known until the next day that I had lost the money) the driver called us and dropped our money back , he wanted to charge us for dropping the money back but after a brief call to the owner of new garden all was sorted and we were not charged . Beautiful food and Great Customer Service !

This was my go to Chinese takeaway until I moved out of the area but haven't found anywhere better. Food is great, staff excellent. Delivery service available if in catchment area.

Chicken fried rice completely lacked any flavour at all.

Great food highly recommend the satay sauce dishes. They always get my complicated orders right never any issues with communication either And the food.... Again... is Delish!

Order a delivery 1.5 hrs ago. Called them to check the progress and was told it’s not even been cooked yet. Last time my order was 2.5hours late and even delivery driver looked at the receipt and said that’s late isn’t it and laughed. Not his fault but I will not be ordering it from here again.

When my partner orders they never have a problem when he says 'not hot'. I ordered and despite repeatedly saying 'not hot' and 'no, not a lot of chili' when 'a lot of chili' is repeated back to you I felt as though I was having the mick taken out of me. We ended up with two meals where one couldn't eat it and the other barely managed it. The food is usually good but the customer service really let it down this time.

We have been using new garden for years as the food is really nice, customer service is fine but the last few orders have been messed up and despite getting the order read back to me,on numerous occasions there is prawn crackers/curry sauce missing from delivery. Complacent.

this actually ridiculous, food has not arrived, the mobile number on just eat does not work and no one is competent enough to answer the landline, i used to swear by the resturant but the last four time we have order this bs has happened, I WILL NEVER order here again actually useless i will go wans house

I have been going here for a few years now and found the food to be very good. If we have wanted to change any dishes to suit us they are more than willing to do so. I would definitely recommend you give them a try.

Ordered Mixed Vegetables with cashew nuts which had very little flavor and was very unappetizing and greasy..

Well its a take away . Great food very quick delivery . And they do know what gluten free means . Very good choose . But all the same as other take aways

Food is always great and they are kind enough to alter food to suit my dietary requirements. Friendly staff and the 2 young boys who are sometimes there are a laugh too bless them.
