Amazing delicious food. Highly recommend the beef wrap and the chicken bao buns. I’ll definitely be back!

The food here was amazing! We went around 4pm and had a regular chicken bowl with the lebanese rice, and it was amazing, super colourful salads, and delicious chicken and hummus! I was served by a women at the till, she greeted us with a smile, was super helpful with the dishes, explaining what she recommended, and was overall a super kind person who made our day! This was our first time trying fattoush and it reached our expectations, will definitely be trying again! Customer service was amazing!:)

I have updated the review. We tried the chicken bowls last time, which were okay, though the portions were small. But today we tried the wraps, chicken and falafel, and both were bland and tasteless.

Such long wait times and burnt food.

For a restaurant called 'Fattoush' I was extremely disappointed with the fattoush salad I was served. I kid you not, my bowl was 1/4 filled. For £6 a very stingy portion size. Not to mention it was very dry and missing it's signature fattoush salad dressing. The only saving grace was the decent shawarma I also ordered. Unfortunately, I won't be visiting again. Such a shame as I was really happy to see a Lebanese restaurant at fosse park.

I have been here a number of times for lunch, and lately have had bad experience after bad experience. Previous time I came, my boa bun wasn’t even cooked it was solid and I nearly broke a tooth, staff was helpful and replaced it, however the second one the filling was undercooked and there for unable to be eaten. I gave up and haven’t return for months, came in today to give them a final chance and will certainly not return again! Ordered two meal deals (wraps, chips and drink” and when I came to collect my order there was only one portion of chips? I reminded the staff I had ordered two meal deals to which I got a rather lazy and unbothered reply. Apparently one of the drinks id chosen wasn’t included in this meal deal (nobody had told me this when ordering” so he had just put all the items on separately which was more expensive?! Staff was very rude even prior to me complaining. They didn’t offer any help or alternative, just said that’s what they had done. Also I asked for no onions on my wrap and surprise there was onions inside! Plus the falafel was burned, I didn’t eat it. The food was bland and unappealing, you can tell it’s just rushed and banged together. Also I went to the toilet after and this made me feel physically sick!! The toilets are revolting, there’s dirt and dust all over the sides and floor, toilet roll tubes thrown all over the floor, dirty sink and the toilet was disgusting! If I had saw the toilet before eating I’d of gotten up and left! However when you take a close look, the whole restaurant is unclean and messy. Very poorly run and very rude staff. Will certainly never return again!

The food outstanding. Freshly cooked and in a timely manner . However it is not a 5 star because of the size of the dips compared to the price its just not right .. .you would expect the dips in the meal deal to be a part of the main but they are seperate . And tiny . Ither than that fantastic food great service . Nice change from Nandos KFC and Mcfatties.

Delicious, nourishing and filling bowls! I went for a regular beef bowl and just loved the taste and texture. Very colourful presentation and food felt really comforting. Staff were helpful, and there are three main seating areas. I think this will be my Fosse Park food court go-to location 😋

Price has gone up, menu has changed and options are more limited. Shame. It used to be so good.

In amongst all the chain/franchise restaurants, fast food and cafes, Fattoush really stands out at the Food Court in Fosse Park. It was our first visit and the staff answered all our questions on what goes with what meal deal etc. We ordered Bar Buns, a Halloumi bowl and a wrap and all three were delicious. Nice seating area upstairs (also some seating downstairs and outside). Order at the counter and collect you food when the beep goes off! Would definitely visit again !

First time here, had one of the bowls and was not impressed, extremely bland and not flavoursome, drinks out of the fridge were not cold. Very rude waitress behind the counter. Would not visit again

Fatoush is a good spot for those seeking fresh and healthy meal options. If you are looking for something tasty and healthy, this is your place. Could it have more options? Yes. But nevertheless, this is good tasty healthy food and I actually found it refreshing to have less choice after a busy day. Seating was a little tight I thought And not the most comfortable when reaching to eat. Overall, If you are looking for great food, friendly service with trustworthy staff (just in case you leave your wallet like I did) - Again, this is your place. Special mention to the manager Imtyas for holding onto my cards and even using his initiative to hunt me down on instagram. If I had’ve been more tech savvy I would have realised this a lot sooner 😆🙈. Good karma coming your way brother 🙏 Great effort guys - see you again soon

Have eaten here several times and we’re always welcomed by friendly, helpful staff. The food is fresh, healthy and very tasty.

Excellent, fresh, yummy food. The venue is more of a quick in and out type of venue. Casual style. Decor could be more pleasent but gets the job done. Would recommend going and having a try. Between the few of us we had the chicken, falafal and halloumi which were all great.

I’ve been to Fattoush a few times now, both eat in and takeaway. We normally order the bowls and have been quite impressed with the freshness and portions previously. Today’s visit was quite the opposite. First of all there was limited ingredients - no rice, We did visit in the evening (7pm) so I understand there may be limited ingredients but they don’t close until 8.30 so would have still expected them to have the basic ingredients available. There was no apology for this and the gentlemen servicing us wasn’t friendly whatsoever. Secondly they seem to have limited the menu somewhat, you can’t choose which mezze to have with the bowls, only hummus. We asked to swap for esme but again they no longer do this apparently. There is no pitta bread included either even though the price has gone up now too! Finally the service, as touched upon earlier, wasn’t great with the person at the till not being very friendly at all which is unlike previous visits.

The halloumi wraps and falafel wraps are well nice. Plus they have sweet potato fries, nice drinks and baklava.

I had the bowl salad with hallumi. It was really tasted . I would have given it 5 stars, but I found tye chickpeas really hard I would have liked them cooked a bit more. And tye portion was too small for me. And it was quite expensive for the portion size you get

Popped in for lunch just to refuel, made the right decision, I had the halloumi bao buns and skin on fries, absolutely delicious, will definitely eat there again on next visit to fosse park, recommended to 2 other people who were viewing the menu as we left and they went in too

The food was excellent. Fresh and delicious. However the biggest let down was the cleanliness of the inside of the restaurant. We found clumps of dust all over the walls and over the cutlery stand. As a result we would prefer not to come back.

Very greasy trays, greasy table, child booster seat full of dust, beef very dry and chewy. Rice smelt like it had been left over a day. Chicken dry as if it’s old and reused. Outside chairs all stained and have never been cleaned. Disgusting.

2 of the most tasteless dishes you could ever wish to taste, I say taste after 1 mouthful I said to my wife I am quite happy to actually leave and not eat anymore...dreadful

Breakfast wasn't very good for the price, over cooked

Came in tonight, the chicken was a little dry for my liking, really good portions but was disappointed when we saw the staff get our chips from KFC. The person at the checkout barely spoke to us and seemed like he really didn't care to serve us. Really glad to have tried it as we always wondered what it was like. I wanted to buy one of the baklava type puddings but there was no price and we felt a bit unwelcome

Highly recommend Fattoush for anyone looking to get a healthy lunch. The food is fresh, the service is great, the atmosphere is clean. This place is truly excellent and I will be back soon!

I waited over 15 minutes for a very unexciting falafel fattoush and it wasnt even that busy. A number of customers were complaining about the wait. The croutons were so hard they nearly broke my tooth and the dressing vinegary and sour. There was a very small amount of lettuce, tomato and cucumber in a very small bowl. As for the falafel, it was hard and not like the falafel I'm used to. It wasn't falafel it was fel-awful. Hence I won't be returning.

Wraps were great, expected fresh pitta though with the falafel. Would come again …

I come here every other day now, definitely my favourite place to dine 😫THE SERVICE THOUGH🥰so kind and lovely employees, they care and want what’s best for you when it comes to decision making in food. The food was subpar, no authentic Lebanese flavor and was bland, quite disappointed :( I got the meal deal (chicken wrap, fries, dip and drink). Also the quantity of the dip was very little.

I always visit fattoush its owned by my family and relatives and love their food menu is popular and food taste amazing i also go for plain bowl with beef and chicken mixed with sweet potato fries lemon , humus zatziki and bread freshly cooked and taste delicious , tasty , succulent , i also tried their vida drink zero sugar , zero calories and zero flavouring best 2nd drink i have had so far i would highly recommend this place to people who love something different something unique as lebanese food

I would suggest for a couple of chicken wrap meals, it’s a little on the expensive side at £21.50.

Was excited to see this restaurant while shopping, ordered the Bao buns and hummus, the chicken was tough, the buns were rock hard though the humus and pita were lovely. I’d try it again just wasn’t the best this time.

Always delicious and fresh, their bowls are spectacular. Is absolutely my go-to when I'm at Fosse and want some food that's healthy and delicious - would recommend to anyone and strongly suggest trying. Nobody I've taken there has been disappointed yet, its great. They didn't have the rice when I was ordering once, but when it had cooked the owner brought some out for me to try on it, excellent customer service.

The dishes at Fattoush are very fresh and fragrant, the bowls are filled to the brim with layers of deliciousness. Well worth the trip and price, service may seem a little slower than most places but once your food arrives you’ll understand why. With so much freshly made components it takes time. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food consistently. Would definitely recommend. If I can suggest one thing, it would be to start "The Fattoush collection vol ##" series of music downloads / CDs/ whatever format, with the music that is playing at the restaurant.

Always a pleasure eating here. A good clean meal. Refreshing and a break from the usual burgers, pizzas and the like. Would thoroughly recommend. Just a caveat at times you can be waiting for a good while before you get your food. That's my only gripe

The food was fantastic and a great first experience of trying Lebanese food. The service was outstanding with very friendly staff who went above and beyond staying open for us after coming close to closing time. Would highly recommend and we're hoping they open one closer to us in the north!

I got the chicken bowl with fries as a base. Everything in the bowl was super delicious and fairly healthy. However spicy ezme sauce isn’t spicy at all!

As a vegetarian and lover of middle eastern cuisine, it was great to find a lovely place with such a friendly owner. I ate the falafel and hummus bowl with Lebanese rice, side of chips, and the milk cake (pictured) for dessert. Everything was delicious, was a pleasure to eat through the bowl, given the varied pops of flavour within. Slightly expensive for what it is, but given location can appreciate the high cost. Highly recommended.

Tried Fattoush for the first time. Ordered the bowl with the chicken, tabouleh, cabbage, pomegranate and chickpeas, which were delicious. Polished off in minutes and didn’t even manage to take a photo :( a very generous portion! For dessert, tried the milk cake with the pistachio and oh my days, if you have a sweet tooth, it’s win! Made fresh daily, worth grabbing a slice if available!

It was just an amazing experience with Fattoush.I highly recommend the beef bowl@Fattoush for the beef lovers with fries and ezme.I didn't expect it will be these much sabor.Must try it everone.I really wanted to try some other bowls for the next time.Also the staff are so friendly and serving the foods with happy faces.

Today I visit fattoush first time, In my opinion, Fattoush is a fantastic dining choice for vegans and anyone who enjoys Lebanese cuisine. The vegan options are flavorful and diverse, with standout dishes like the falafel and hummus. The restaurant's warm ambiance and attentive service further enhance the dining experience.

First time eating here and it's amazing food is fresh and tasty staff are very helpful snd friendly and if you've never had milk cake I would definitely recommend it it's soooo good!

Been dying to come back for the falafel bowl, it was just as good as I remembered! Decided to be adventurous and try the milk cake for the first time. Oh my it was amazing. So light and fluffy and absolutely delicious! The staff are always really helpful and want to make sure you've enjoyed your food. I'll definitely be back!

Disappointing service, disappointing food….stick with the Greggs next door! For context we had the beef bao, chicken wrap and chips. Stale, very bready and clearly the oil hadn’t been changed in a while. Throughly disappointed.
