Volpo Lounge in Blaby

Having recently moved into the area we decided to try the local Chippy as we had heard it was under new management. What a treat. The fish was delicious, chips were thick and chunky and both were freshly cooked while we waited. Will definitely be back for more! There is no phone number for them at the moment but were told this was in hand. No hesitation in recommending. Friendly staff.

Brilliant hosts and a great atmosphere: a proper pub.

Waited to get a table ( place empty) the Waiter sat there on his mobile and ignorant of who walked in. Tables sticky and chairs stained and dirty. Menu had tomato sauce over it. Bananas black and soggy. No decaf tea or coffee available. Awful place

Our first visit to the Red Cow, it will not be our last. First impressions count and this did not disappoint. Brilliant atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, well kept and presented cask ale, and great food. I will now apologise to Sean, who must've thought 'we've got one here' when I asked to speak to the duty manager. I just wanted to say a personal thank you to the person running such a great service.
