This restaurant has changed ownership and the web site and menu is totally different from that currently found on search. It is now just pie and burgers

It's not open until August so don't know if it was good or not

I live alone & have throat cancer so not only do I have to pay £3 delivery charges inwhich I'm only 1.5 miles away but have to spend other £15 as well, think this is extreme racism as they should be no fixed limit

Domany Cross, A Wetherspoons, pub, Called 4 times over 10 days for afternoon meals. Good food good value, with good selection of beers, again great value, Also Bacons, pork pie shop, very nice. Bought 2 to take back home, Lancashire.

Having ordered a take away for a Friday Night, the food was very disappointing, not only did the pancake roll tasted off, so did the beef curry and chicken balls. But after 10 minutes my wife was violently sick, bringing up the entire meal. Will not be eating here again.

Takeaway. Cash only. (You can cancel payment for rubbish food if credit card used). Crispy shredded beef in sweet chilli sauce. Better description is Cremated beef in rubber coating. Also had Kung Po pork. This time the rubber is on the inside of the tasteless coating. Same sauce for both dishes. I could have saved a journey by simply phoning the order and asking them to bin it for me. Avoid this experience. Buy straight from Morrisons, or similar. Absolute waste of brass.

Did not have anything to eat. The pub is nice. We sat out side. A nice group of people came out side. They was from, Barnsley some X miners. Teased my daughter with snuff They was going to a foot ball match. Very nice people.

After 2 busy days fundraising for Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice,myself ,Stuart and the rest of Sherwoodjaguars group of fundraisers called for Sunday carvery ,well what a fantastic meal we had ,the choice of meats and vegetables were second to none, Chris dished up one of the best carveries we have eaten in a long time everything was spot on couldn't fault anything what a delightful place to visit if you want good home cooked food at its best. Keep up your great work, good luck from Stuart and the team.

Okay food. Nothing to write home about and fairly expensive. No free prawn crackers either! Staff were friendly though.

Popped in for lunch on recommendation from friend. The over 65 £7.50 option looks very good value and food (fish and chips) went down well. Only downside was lack of delivery meant no burgers and no ice cream - alternative choices were very good. Staff very good.

This was so disappointing. Reasonable price of £6.50 for hot drink and cake. Although the coffee was ok the cake (we had a few of the cakes in our group) were not good quality and begrudgingly paid for them. Also the milkshakes were really poor.

We ate there on a Monday evening, which is apparently their quiet night We really enjoyed our meal, Excelent food, excellent staff.

Excellent food and decent rooms

Went there for Sunday lunch , best i have ever had ! service was excellent and friendly , atmosphere was great and just a really nice destination . Family and i will definitely be back .
