Top class drinks at a great price. Very friendly atmosphere make it my pub of choice in Hinckley.

What a great find. I was working nearby and needed somewhere to stay. The room was lovely, everything i needed. Couldn't get the tv to work at first, i asked and they came up amd replaced the tv, fantastic service. I had a great sleep and a lovely shower in the morning. 100% recommended..

Lovely little pub. Very warm and welcoming. The staff are full of joy and banter. Food is solid 10. Always get served quick irregardless of how busy they are.

The best Restaurant!! Amazing staff and amazing food. Garlic prawns, peri peri chicken and home-made chips were the star of the shows. And to finish off the biscuit cake, absolutely wowww!! Lovely and welcoming staff. Definitely highly recommended restaurant.

Nice friendly country pub with good choice of cask ales. Reupholstered seating area near large TV in Aug 2024 so much more comfortable and stylish

Great food, good flavour and well presented without being pretentious. Great service and atmosphere. It's not the biggest place thought, but easy to book a table online.

Always a good stop off if your walking to Newstead Abbey from the Village side, good variety of drinks and welcoming staff, very dog friendly.

As good a breakfast as you'll get, try the eggs benidict

Good selection of beers. Very pricey. Not somewhere to take your mates but ok for a quiet pint

was exhibiting at Burghley horse trials and was recommended this pub . turned up about 8pm on Wednesday with no booking and it was mobbed . asked for a table thinking we had no chance . fitted us in after having a drink. food and service was fantastic . returned again for the next 2 nights . a big thank you to Joe, Ollie and Amy for your great service and making us very welcome . also a big thank you to all the locals who were so welcoming and have a good time for the 3 nights we visited . will return back next year .

A lovely cosy micropub. Always a warm and friendly welcome from the staff and regulars. Really well kept extensive selection of beer. Best Jaipur around. Always worth a pop in.

Booked a meal for 7 of us, 5 adults & 2 kids! As we are on holiday near by for a week! Food was absolutely amazing, & the staff couldn’t do enough for you! Very reasonable priced & what a lovely warm welcoming good old traditional pub with real ales couldn’t ask for more! Would definitely recommend & will be returning! Thank you all 👌👌👌👌👌
