Always a pleasant meal. Good range of food options.

The food quality was excellent. However, the service was rushed initially, then became slow after the order was placed. Near the end of the meal, the music volume was abruptly increased to upbeat Indian music, which was disruptive. We were left to finish our meal without drink refills or any check-in regarding our satisfaction. The overall service was unsatisfactory; this was my first negative experience at this establishment. Shame as always had excellent experiences here.

Being told this is acceptable, as it’s a mattress protector that’s been professionally cleaned (when it was we are unsure), and not the actual sheets and our body that is not in direct contact with it. The shower floods the bathroom, so don’t keep anything on the bathroom floor. So after sleeping in the hotel reception over night because there was no spare rooms, And unwilling to sleep on a bed so heavily soiled. Pat the security guy as lovely as he was, He was unable to help. No breakfast available on the weekend. No sympathy or Empathy and a terrible experience. So if you’re checking in, check your mattress protectors.

Fast service very reasonable prices, called for breakfast on our way home from Heathrow airport. Really enjoyed the breakfast apart from the sausage. But I'm very fussy with sausage.

This was our first visit to Ebenezers in a very long time, before lockdown. We were very happy with our meal and we were made to feel very welcome by the landlord. We were lucky to get a table. I would recommend booking in advance.

Lovely gardens and imformative despite only one volunteer. Shame about the parking and that the house is almost never open.

would give 0 stars due to the below…. made a booking on the 21st Dec for 3rd jan. lady who took my call had some issues making the booking for the next year - 2 weeks hence, but assured me the booking was definitely made. my friends arrived before me and were told there was no booking and they were full so we went elsewhere! if they cannot take bookings staff really shouldn’t be answering the phone! no apology or explanation offered. will not bother again 😡 place had been recommended to us by friends, certainly will be warning my friends against it.

Cancelled my order after waiting 30 minutes for it in Deliveroo. Would not recommend using this takeaway-I assumed they wanted to pack up or go home early hence why they cancelled

Living locally we quite often order take away from this restaurant. On this occasion we decided (as a treat) to eat in. Upon arrival we were asked if we had booked, replying no we were directed to possibly the worst table in the restaurant, it was dark and concealed from the other diners by a large cutlery and storage cupboard. I asked if it was busy as disappointed by the table we had been given, the response was ‘’yes, always’ We arrived at 8pm and stayed for just over an hour or so. Only one other table was allocated to other diners during this time, the restaurant had numerous other tables available. The food was adequate, the service thereafter was also adequate. We left feeling dissatisfied and decided we won’t be frequenting this establishment any time soon.
