Little pub with a big punch showing most major sporting events. Food is kept to a minimum price and is excellent value. Real ales are plentyful with on average 6 on at any one time. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable 5 stars that are rarely given

Al entrar estábamos sentados enseguida. Después de unos 10 minutos se tomó nuestro pedido de bebidas, pedimos algunas bebidas y una jarra de agua para la mesa. Después de otros 10 / 15 nuestro pedido de comida fue tomado y nuestras bebidas llegaron. Cuando llegó nuestra comida, me di cuenta de que no nos habían dado nuestra jarra de agua, así que pedimos otra ronda de bebidas y nuevamente pedimos una jarra de agua para la mesa. Mi marido tuvo que que quejarse de su comida ya que las gambas que pidió estaban muy secas y al pelarlas no se desprendía carne de las cáscaras. Esperamos unos 20 minutos para la segunda ronda de bebidas, pero estaba ocupado, así que esto lo entendimos. Una vez que mis hijos y yo habíamos terminado nuestra comida, el reemplazo de mi esposo aún no había llegado. Preguntó esto y le dijeron que lo estaban cocinando fresco. No quería comer solo, así que canceló su comida. Fue en ese momento que nos dimos cuenta de que nunca habíamos recibido la jarra de agua que pedimos dos veces. Cuando fuimos a pagar la cuenta, comprobé que la comida de mi esposo no estaba cargada, pero 2 bebidas que no eran nuestras estaban en nuestra factura. Se quitaron después de que lo preguntamos. Normalmente me encanta el Grind, y he estado antes durante un diciembre ocupado. Esta experiencia realmente puso un amortiguador en mi cumpleaños. No hay nada malo, sino tres. Sí, se quitaron la comida que no tuvimos, pero toda la experiencia no estuvo a la altura de los estándares habituales. Pedir agua dos veces y ambas veces no traerla y por un error en la factura después de que nos hayamos quejado de una de las comidas no fue bueno. Normalmente mi marido pedía un trago como disculpa por el error, pero era tan malo que todos queríamos irnos.

Had a lovely experience! The floor staff were incredibly attentive, especially Holly, Brendan, and Fergus. The food was fantastic. Although my first choice, the pork belly, wasn’t available, the ricotta and truffle cannoli recommended by chefs Cornell and Matt was an excellent alternative. Even Ola and Katie at the bar went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I will be definitely going back 🥰

I genuinely cannot fault it. The packaging is amazing food is still piping. Even chucked some free onion bajis after hearing about how a fellow kebab house robbed me £35 same night. Would deffo recommend , the guy on the phone was so polite and genuinely turned our shit night into a great one! Thank you GURU J !!!

Thoroughly impressed by their extensive selection of vegan dishes. It was amazing to have so much choice, something I haven’t had in years. All the food was delicious!

Hands down the best coffee I’ve ever had. Service is perfect, food is delicious and fairly priced, the coffee is a statement in itself. Sometimes the wait can be a little Long but is normally very fast, 100% worth the wait! Highly recommend the Mocha and Hot Chocolate!
