What a wonderful little gem. The service was absolutely lovely, food very tasty and we even got some boxes to take the bits we didn’t manage to finish up. We will definitely be back.

Pizza was drowning in oil and dough was undercooked so base of pizza was floppy and soaking in oil. Ingredients were delicious though.

Absolutely delicious pizzas. We have also visited the restaurant in person but it is a little bit far away. So glad the pizzas were still piping hot when they arrived. Highly recommended!

We went here for Valentine’s day which was the first time out for V day in 10 years . We had such a great time and my wife and i were looked after very well by the lovely Ciarra ( no window seat!!) as well as a young chap whose name i dont know, sorry . We have booked in again for a a few weeks time and can thoroughly recommend their lovely food!!

We booked here and visited on a Sunday afternoon. The staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The menu had great variety as did the drinks menu. All very tasty and probably the freshest pizza I’ve ever had. I would definitely come back here, great atmosphere and style to the place and also a good size. It’s a nice touch that the larger tables are separated from the smaller ones in two different areas as it means you can still enjoy conversation without bigger tables dominating the room. Overall great place to visit, great value and options and also looked like they were able to cater to children well too

Absolutely love this restaurant. The food is exceptional, the staff attentive and will always go that extra mile and the atmosphere is great. It is a real gem in Bexley village. The fact the pizzas are cooked from fresh in the pizza oven sets it apart from others. We can’t wait to go back!

Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t advise using them for delivery; cold pizza was sent to me (sat around in the restaurant for at least 20, if not 30, minutes before the driver picked it up). When I called them to resolve the problem, they refused to acknowledge any fault or provide a solution. Even if the issue was caused by Deliveroo, common sense would tell you to cook a new pizza rather than sending out a cold one. The manager pretended not to have any control over this and blamed the driver, even though you can track what’s happening at each stage on Deliveroo. I can’t say what their service is like when eating in but I wouldn’t recommend it, given the hostility I received on the phone when reporting the cold food (despite being a repeat customer prior to this incident).

Now our go-to destination for pizza, whether we want to eat out or get a takeaway. A cozy little place with a lovely atmosphere, the pizzas are made to order, so always fresh, and you can watch them cook as the oven faces into the restaurant. The staff are so friendly, this pizzas are very flavourful, with delicious traditional toppings. Definitely a must-visit place for dinner.

Amazing food, truly authentic Italian pizza’s made from a wood fire oven in front of your eyes… staff are so friendly and really went the extra mile to make our dining experience special… The house rose is so good and the garlic bread is the best!! A real gem, if you haven’t yet tried their pizzas, please go!! They also do bottomless brunches and special events, keep an eye on their socials for these not to be missed events!! Thank you once again Greystone for a lovely meal… a firm favourite with the kids too!! We will be back soon

I really wanted this place to be good but it was disappointing. Nice staff, service was o.k. but pizzas were very heavy and doughy. Soggy in the middle and didn't feel light like neopolitan pizza! Overpriced for the quality. They also started playing loud disco music that kept cutting out, it was a bit of a strange atmosphere! I wish them well for the future but sadly a disappointing experience.

I’ve been to Greystone a couple of times and it never disappoints. We went last night with a group of friends for their first time and they could not believe how great the pizzas are. Staff are always so friendly and attentive, would highly recommend!!

Service was awful!!!! Waited 50 mins for a jug of water and olives and then an additional 50 mins for two pizzas. Table next to us the same problem. Food was amazing but the wait for food was ridiculous and it’s not cheap by any means. The atmosphere wasn’t great (music kept cutting off) and the waiting staff are clearly inexperienced.

Excellent food, havent had italian made this well for too long. Service from all staff was 100% and cannot fault them at all. Atmospere is very relaxed and just felt magical. Truly will be a place we go to often now. Thank you for a wonderfuk evening

Seriously can't understand the great reviews. Have been here twice and have been disappointed both times. The first time they got my starter wrong and the pizza was mediocre at best. Tried it again last night and it was the same (soggy in the middle). Also, my mate had to send her pizza back twice because the sausage wasn't cooked. They did take the cost of her meal and drinks off the bill, but tbh we're weren't looking for a discount we were after a nice dinning experience all round. Won't be back, which is a shame as it's a really nice spot.

Went there for lunch today, the pizzas were fresh and delicious with a generous amount of toppings. The staff were friendly and the toilets were nice and clean(!) We took the B12 bus from Bexleyheath - very speedy trip. Highly recommended - will definitely be back again in the future.

This is not your usual pizzeria! It's fabulous 😍 We had a family meal here one evening recently, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The menu was varied and exciting. The ingredients are fresh. The presentation is excellent. The staff really looked after us and we had a great evening. This all reflects in the price, of course, which isn't that of your usual pizzeria either and worth every penny. Please bring a lot of time and relax - you're in very good hands. These people really know what they're doing. Highly recommend.

The pizza is amazing with a wide selection of pizzas, starters and desserts to choose from. The waitresses are very kind and it is a nice place to have a meal they also make breakfasts which are amazing. I frequently visit Graystones as it is always a treat to have.

Not the cheapest pizza in the area but by far the best - a real, authentic Napoli pizza experience in the heart of Bexley. The barometer for good pizza is salsiccia e friarielli and I don’t think I’ve had better in a pizzeria in the U.K. Assolutamente buonissimo 👌

Food was freezing cold, a 3 minute drive how can this be?

A fantastic new pizzeria in Bexley village that I recommend all to try. The owner fitted us in last minute after a poor decision to frequent at the Tanyard. Food was very good and recommend a pizza. The calzone needed more flavour and spice. Service was extraordinary and efficient. A service with a smile goes a long way. The owner equally was magnificent. Food and atmosphere was fantastic and it reminds you of the taste of Italy and thin crust pizzas. Would dine here again.

Pizza and bruschetta both very soggy, basically soaked in oil. Good toppings but disappointing dough. Not the greatest experience.

The best pizza I ever had in the UK!! We've recently moved further into Kent but don't mind an hour drive just to get pizza from Greystone. The best pizza base, quality ingredients, it's just the best!
