Este restaurante siempre entrega - ubicación increíble literalmente en el borde de la playa, pero es informal y relajado sin aires ni gracias. Grandes mariscos, parrillas y pizzas - la mayoría de los pescados procedentes de la calle Bahía de Austell. Aparca en el aparcamiento colina arriba y disfruta de un paseo por la playa antes y después. Hemos estado yendo durante 15 años y ha sido maravilloso todas y cada una de las veces.

Fabulous place, food was amazing, best steak 😋 ever . Staff were very helpful and Fabulous service. Would highly recommend it. Will most certainly be back . Made our stay in Liverpool perfect.

We had our office Christmas meal here and it was fabulous. Food was amazing and highly recommend a visit. Beautifully decorated room upstairs and the service was excellent. Had seabass for main & the Christmas pudding waffle for dessert. I can honestly say the gingerbread ice-cream was the best thing ever. The whole meal was delicious and we had a lovely festive evening 🎄 thank you 😊

Muntha was our waiter and he made sure we were very well looked after. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was great for a weekday catch up; ie, on the quiet side.

Very busy but lovely atmosphere. Food absolutely delicious. We ordered 3 plates each. Was far too much and didn't eat it all. Staff are friendly and very helpful. If you like tapes this is the place to go.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food. This is one of my favourite restaurents though my last visit was about 6 months ago. I had their specials of the day 3 tapas . The pulled pork with caramelised onion was bland , onions sauted rather than caramelised and the arugula ( rocket ) was dry and curled up. The goat cheese stuffed mushrooms were bland and hardly any cheese and the salad was not dressed not even a little olive oil and was dry. The garlic prawns were nice though nothing special . The cream Catalina was was dry and tasteless . The only thing I enjoyed was the sherry, even the espresso was just ok . I paid the service charge because the staff were so nice. They kept asking if the food was good and because they were so nice I didn’t want to tell them the truth .

BAD EXPERIENCE - do NOT recommend. *UPDATE at the bottom* - As EVERYWHERE we go, I ask to change the type of pasta in the KIDS MENU for something more simple (Spagetti) Bolognese instead of penny or any other. It was NEVER a problem anywhere, until we got charged the total of an extra SIX (£6) at La Fontana!!!!!!! A total RIP OFF!!! The worst was the waiter trying to explain in so many different ways the reason for this absurd , he said first: "oh everywhere in Blackpool is like this" - LIER! we tried 2 different Italian restaurants and we were never charged any extra for something so silly! THEN He also said: "it was suppose to be only £1 extra", but AGAIN we were presented the bill and forced to pay the total of £6 (SIX)!! SO VERY CONTRADICTORY!! I mean, come on....we did NOT ask for any extra weight/portion, nor a special type of pasta but just a SIMPLE spagetti Instead of penny!!!!! I find it very inconsiderate and greedy way of making money. Really rip off! Never again la fontana - I rather bring business to a restaurant that is more understanding and considerate with their customers! I do not recommend and IF you want to take the risk, BE VERY CAREFUL not to be a victim too! **** UPDATE: I am really disgusted to see that even in their response they STILL LYING!!! LYING LYING AND LYING!!! We didn't even argued at all, as we had to leave and get kids to bed as it was already late!!!! Instead of lying, being dishonest and inconsiderate, you should spend some time learning how to run the business in a honest way and be considerate to customers!! We were forced to pay and left, so that I could make sure I report this opportunists here by leaving a honest review!!! Disgusting LIERS, DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!!!

The food is outstanding, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the cocktails are perfectly crafted. The atmosphere is truly unique, making every visit to this restaurant an absolute pleasure.

Lovely meal shame one of the staff so rude got to say the rest of staff lovely . Hope it's a one off. Been several times with friend who loves the place as do I so will put it down as a one off
