Recently had a large group booking at Aspendos for 24 people, restaurant was great, service was slick and friendly and the food was really great. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something that will cater well for a big group.

My partner and I had the Sunday roast, she had the Pork and I had the Beef, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals, the atmosphere of the old pub was amazing. The staff were great 10/10

Everything is Top Quality from this long established Local Bakery. I'm not a regular customer as l don't live nearby but when I do get the chance to call in I'm never disappointed. Here's to my next visit!

Did a charity fundraising skittles tournament here. Planning a large event the staff team went above and beyond to make our time easy and fun, providing a good selection of food really reasonably priced. The pub donated a bottle to our raffle showing support for the community. I heard many glowing comments from our group about the food, setting, and staff here. Would recommend for a party, meal out, or cheeky pint.

Busy lunchtime sandwich venue, also with a hot food menu. Cheap, tasty and cheerful, in a lovely canalside location.

Although I meet friends here regularly, I only ate properly the other day as I didn’t have any food in and some friends ordered. Had a king prawn linguine (starter size) as I’m a sucker for seafood. Beautifully presented and really tasty.

Great food , i tried medium spicy soup and it was worth it . Amazing wagyu , japanese sausages and lamb . Sea food was fresh
