Cinta in Huntingdonshire

Last time I used these guys it was for a takeaway, I like to try different dishes and they never disappoint, I have also dined here a few times in the past and always enjoy the food and service

Feel like vomiting? Then this is the place for you! My bf and I have been sick ever since eating here. Also, the name is seriously misleading, there's nothing Malaysian about this place, it's just your regular mediocre Chinese. I ordered the nasi goreng (Malaysian specialty) and it looked and tasted NOTHING like a nasi goreng should. In fact, it was the worst rice I've ever had in my life and my god I didn't know you could make rice taste that bad.

Love this place so much. Staff are the most polite and attentive. Food is just superb. We've been going for decades (since it was the Chinese Bridge) and remains our go-to. Couldn't recommend it more highly. The tea smoked chicken is to die for 🥰

Had a takeaway noodle, ribs and prawn toast this evening. The noodle sauce smelt and tasted strange, the beef in it also smelt strange so after a few mouthfuls left the rest, ribs and prawn toast were ok. Very friendly staff and fast for food but result was waste of money, sorry I won’t be trying cinta again.

Of all the Asian food establishments I have eaten at throughout Europe and the USA (and I have eaten at hundreds of them), this one is the absolute BEST. The decor, cleanliness, service, quality of food, presentation, and taste was Over the Top. The Smoked Tea Chicken and Deep Fried Prawns with Lemon Sauce were Excellent. The portion sizes could have been more, but Hands down, the dining experience is Second to None. My party and I will definitely be returning. I will recommend them to everyone I know looking for a quality dining experience from start to finish. Thank you, Cinta. Wishing you blessings and continued success. Best Chinese food for miles! Always fresh and flavourful. It's a shame they don't deliver but still worth the 20 min drive each way.

This was our first takeaway from Cinta and it was amazing. I had a warm welcome at collection, the place looked very tasteful and we'll certainly be going for a sit down meal asap. The food was so fresh and not full of grease like some Chinese takeaways. I can't recommend Cinta enough.

Food is tasty as expected. Service is kind and helpful. Atmosphere is cozy. Suitable for small family gathering. Coming back again next month. 30-40£ for 2 people. Variety in menu is satisfying.

The Staff are really friendly and offer fantastic service. The food is fairly priced and tastes great. It is in a great location and for those who live further a field the restaurant is located next to a free public car park.

This has been my go to Chinese for years but after recent experiences I will start looking elsewhere. The quality of the food has really dropped. In my last takeaway, the crispy duck was fried to within an inch of its life which made it impossible to shred (ourselves!). The satay chicken was unbearably salty. A lot of the dishes are too sugary or oily. It’s so disappointing.

Another lovely meal at Cinta, we've been several times and never had a bad meal. It's small and well packed in but still accessible for those with trouble walking on a stick. The food is always superb and the service is friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Cinta for a nice meal out.

We had chips. Spot on. Crispy and fluffy. Chicken curry, beef in black bean sauce & crispy duck was all absolutely delicious

A little pricey but you can tell ingredients are fresh/quality. Also really great that bill didn't include a service charge, so an old fashioned tip could be given. Nice people, clean environment, big menu.

Collected a take away on New year's Eve. Very very busy and take aways were late (half an hour or so) to what was requested. We had the fusion feast set menu which was fantastic.

It’s says Cinta Malaysian restaurant but its really not. It’s 100% chinese food… sure we have Chinese Malaysian but they don’t do this dishes over there…. As a Malaysian. Quite disappointed

The dishes were delicious, but having just spent almost £300 there for a group of us, we have come away peckish. Portion sizes small. Only instant coffee available rather than filter.

We went for an early dinner. We had starters which were delicious, the legendary tea smoked chicken was great as always. We had sweet and sour prawns, chilli shredded beef and mushrooms and cashew nuts in yellow bean sauce to share for our main and it was so good. House White wine is good and the beers are great. I realised I have been eating there for 28 years and I have never had anything but great food and service. Thank you Cinta.

Stopped in for lunch on a wifey whim. Fried egg rice, beef satay skewers(little heavy on the oil), veg spring rolls, Singapore noodles and beef Malaysian curry were all excellent. Staff was attentive and were patient with my kids. Restrooms in the back were clean.

This is a small restaurant, but very popular. The food was good and the service was too. It's not the cheapest, but it's worth a visit. We tried one of their set meals and thoroughly enjoyed it. Recommended.

We tried to get a table but it was fully booked so we thought that was a good sign. So we opted to get a takeaway, was told it will be ready in 20mins so we gave it another 10mins and drove there 30mins after the order was placed. When we got there we were told another 20min wait so we walked back to the car and waited, after 20 minutes we went in and we were made to wait another 10 minutes, so a total of 1 hour for the food. By this time we were starving and we were expecting authentic Asian food, judging from the staff and the reviews. What a let down, the only thing they got right was the crispy seaweed, and the prawn crackers, (you can't go wrong with these because anyone can make it) other things we ordered, prawn sambal, mussels in black bean sauce, chicken stir fry, seafood starters, had no distinct flavour and you couldn't tell the difference between all of them because it tasted all the same, even MSG couldn't save it. The only reason the restaurant was packed was because there were no other restaurants in town. You would at least expect they would do a better job if they want people to come back. From an Asian perspective, it is as bland as plain boiled rice.

Best food in the area, would never go anywhere else for Asian food

5* for food & waitresses. The ladies made my experience 5* so caring, thoughtful & attentive. I took my 4 month old baby and they were so helpful which made the whole experience excellent. (A lot of restaurants are not happy when you bring a baby, but Cinta made me feel so comfortable) The food was amazing/fast, lots of choices! 100% be going back soon.

Absolutely heavenly food. We drive over an hour for take away and it's so worth it.

This place is always absolutely phenomenal, whether we eat in or take out. I would run across broken glass in bare feet for an order of the tea smoked chicken, definitely give it a try!

Went for a family meal tonight and was very disappointed with the food and service. Heating was not on and was freezing we all had to eat with our coats on. All customers where in the same situation. Definitely would not be returning.

Sadly not the best 😰. Beef chow mien tastes burnt, crispy beef is too hard, enough to break your teeth with little sauce, special friend rice is basic and not too flavoursome 😳. Would I order again ? Probably not sadly 😰

This place is great and the pepper and chilli ribs are the best I've ever had. However the rest of the order let it down. The beef was flavourless and the meat itself was fatty. The egg fried rice needed more in the way of soy sauce. But would definitely order from there again as it could have been an off day. The staff were awesome and the place is very inviting.

My first time trying Cinta for a birthday meal, we had a fantastic time. The food was great and excellent service, I recommend the tea smoked chicken. I look forward to coming back again.

My new favorite Chinese restaurant!

Disappointing given the other reviews. One dish I couldn't eat-pak choi and it was just a head cut into quarters with the hard root still attached and all the leaves together. Other dishes had meat that resembled the stuff you get in pot noodles. Notably not a 5 star hygiene rating.

Service was good, unfortunately the food was not noodles tasted of char (maybe a burnt pan no cleaned) fish was overcooked and tough spring rolls tasted of nothing but 5 spice. Came with a couple of Chinese nationals and was very embarrassed - maybe it was just a bad night but I'm not going back to find out

Amazing Service, Amazing Food. Staff was Very Helpful And Kind, Poured more drinks in your cup when they saw you were done. High quality Food, A bit too much but was Amazing. Toilets are clean a little small but that's okay. Overall Best Restaurant I have been too in Cambridge shire I recommend other Families to go there.

Lovely food and wonderful service. A real gem.

A very extensive menu and the food is very good. However its popularity spoils the dining in experience if you're seated at the front by the door constantly opening and closing with the footfall from their take away section.

We ordered a take away recently and I can honestly say that we were shocked that they would actually allow us to collect, let alone charge us for, burnt food. I appreciate it may have been a busy time for them but the dish was not edible and we ended up throwing it away which was a shame as we were stuck at home unwell and wanted to take some pressure off the task of cooking for ourselves which we were unable to do. The only reason it isn't one star is because we have ordered in the past and it hasn't been terribly bad but it certainly isn't that good.

Standard on take away on Saturday evening very disappointed I’m sure the massive popularity off this wonderful restaurant is affected by the number off takeaways orders couldn’t book a table when told it would be an 1hr 40 minute and yet when arrived for collection there was plenty available. Won’t order again on a Saturday

Quite possibly the best Chinese/Malaysian restaurant I have ever been to. Ordered the Cinta feast for 3 and it did not disappoint. Massive portions and delicious. Would highly recommend. There is also a small car park adjacent that is free to park. Service was outstanding, no complaints here.
