The best restaurants in England

Went here for much today, all four of us enjoyed our meals but I need to particularly mention the lamb shank with cheesy polenta which was superb, highly recommended. The meat was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Would like to come back for an evening meal so it can be accompanied by a nice glass or two of red wine!!

Lovely food, lots of 0% choices and attentive staff lovely impromptu lunch on a sunny day highly recommended .

A very friendly welcome, varied menu, offers and special dishes available. Very reasonable prices. Well kept range of beers and soft drinks. Food was served in good time and was hot. Portions were amazing. Desert did not disappoint either. Will definitely return sooner next time!

An interesting football themed pub, good vibe but better still were the 3 gluten free beers (one a porter) on tap at the bar. I am not local but if IU was I would go again.

Amazing fish and chips shop ..food so delicious ,big portion ,fish out of plate how big was.. staff amazing, feels welcome.. definetely will be back ..thank you very much ♥️

A 'hidden gem' for tasty food, great value for money, friendly service and the BEST Flat white coffee in town! After your first visit...you will definitely want to visit Drakes again and again.

La comida estaba bien, un poco caro para lo que es, cuidado con los cargos adicionales, es decir, pepinillo / chutney. El servicio estaba bien nada especial.

Live in Norwich half a mile from a fish and chip shop but we choose to drive the 5 miles to Jason's. Always pipping hot , delicious and staff lovely. Excellent start to a sunny weekend .

The food is always fresh and tasty! I must point out that the service and food is fantastic even when they are busy. I only dine in a few times a year but they manage remember me.

We had a wonderful meal and witnessed staff generosity in driving us back to our car which we had to park quite far from the restaurant due to renovation of city and my husband’s disabilities. It was very nice of the young lady at the bar to suggest help to us. We will definitely come back. Thank you Amatos!
