I don’t really understand the negative reviews? I come here most mornings and staff have always been fantastic. My coffee is always made promptly and with care. Thank you for always brightening my early morning starts.

Pedimos una comida para llevar hoy y encontramos un cabello incrustado en la hamburguesa que pedimos. Nos pusimos en contacto con Foodhub a través del chat del sitio web, que se puso en contacto con el restaurante que rechazó rotundamente un reembolso por la hamburguesa, afirmando que la mayoría de su personal es calvo y todo el personal lleva una red de cabeza. Se puede ver en la imagen subida claramente que un pedazo de cabello está incrustado en la comida.

Arrived 2 hours after ordering. Originally came up it had been delivered and then when I questioned it (as it hadn't) a further 45 mins was added! When it arrived food was cold and 2 items where missing. Not a good experience which is a shame.

Great evening as usual, great service from the staff and lovely burgers. I’ve brought a few different friends here and they all love it as much as me!!

Pizza was good and arrived early

Staff here are so warm and friendly I go almost every day of the week before I start work and they know my order off by heart and have even spotted me coming and started making it, now that's service for you ❤️ it was also suggested I have the raspberry and almond bake heated absolute game changer love, love, love it

Very oily, lacked flavour and the meat portion was tiny! Unfortunately will not go back or recommend to anyone

A larger coffee house with plenty of space to meet people

Went in here today at 1045am. Miserable service from the women behind the counter. No hello, no smile. Just took my order. When I picked my order up I smiled and said thank you. No smile back. No thank you. I wonder why you choose a customer facing job if you can’t be nice to people. It’s not difficult. Miserable representation of the company. I wouldn’t go in there again.

Rude staff, particularly one older female with brown hair. I seemed to be an inconvenience to her from the off when ordering. I asked for the vegan kids pasta as my daughter has a cow's milk allergy. The lady's reaction was "what?" with a disgusted look on her face. I repeated and she just didn't answer me. So I asked if they did it as I had seen it on their menu and she again gave me a disgusted look and said no we don't do that. Another staff member overheard and checked the menu and said that actually yes they do vegan kids pasta. Clearly staff have no idea on the allergens in their menu and this isn't the first time at this cafe that I have asked for dairy free kids food and they have told me nothing is dairy free, which is false. Their yoghurts are dairy free and some crisps and biscuits too. I never do reviews but this honestly worries me that someone with a life threatening allergy may go to this cafe and be given something they can't have. Management should train staff better and whether you have had a bad day or not, don't treat customers like dirt on the bottom of your shoe. If you're in that bad of a mood, ask for a break, or simply find a non customer facing job. The only reason this gets a 2 star is because the staff member that was helpful actually helped me to my table with my food as I had a pram.

Ware Coffee Lab is one of quite a few places to get a hot drink in Ware town centre. It was wet and close by so I decided to visit the Coffee Lab. I was standing at the counter but neither of the two staff acknowledged me. Eventually one came over and I gave my order. Unfortunately they do not take cash which is a disappointment as I am one of those people to whom CASH IS KING. My order was soon ready and I had a seat so finished my drink and took advantage of their wifi. It was tidy but it is a shame their staff are not more proactive.

El servicio aquí es horrible. La gente es muy mala y poco profesional. La comida no era fresca en absoluto, y los precios no coincidían con sus bajos estándares y calidad. No recomiendo.

The Ruskin Arms offers good value for the business traveler - rooms are spacious and have good WiFi and the hotel has secure parking.
