Thanks so much once again to Rob for the best customer service and an amazing drink - caramel frappuccino. Always friendly and super welcoming , love coming to have a chat!! Best coffee and best people as always!

I usually pop in for a take-away hot chocolate after a match and service is always fine. It can get very busy however I haven't encountered any issues.

Came into Starbucks after not going out much after the lock down and trying to ease back into society and was greeted with a very friendly hello and was told the rules about the track and trace. Then I was served my nick who was very friendly and made sure everything was correct on the order. Drinks came very fast and were very lovely thank you

Staffed by kids who have no concept of customer service and targeted at kids who dont know any better. Coffee bitter and tasting odd. Why is coffee here more expensive than beer in a bar ? Notice to staff ... clean - not just wipe - clean the tables, clean the floor, then learn to look the customers in the eye and smile. Customers are not just another nuicence to spoil your day the poor long suffering customers are the only reason you get paid.

We decided that we’d pop in to Starbucks for a latte, but I do wish that I had just listened to John and done an about turn! The place was full, mostly students or business people sitting at laptops while nursing a cup! Everywhere was so dirty, any empty tables were covered with dirty dishes and there didn’t look like anyone was clearing up anytime soon. I ordered two lattes and they were on the strong side which is a shame because I was really looking forward to an enjoyable latte. I think I’ll just give Starbucks a wide berth in future!

Called in for a cup of tea and a sandwich. The service was "off hand", the tea was ok, but the bacon and egg sandwich was dry and tasteless. Won't be going back to any Starbucks.

Its one minute from here to tyneside cinema. So an average Starbys ideally placed for the cinema as you get twice as much nice tasting latte than at the venue,

Wanted to enjoy a nice coffee and a catch up with a friend but what started as a lovely catch up was ruined by terrible service from the staff. As soon as we walked in we were met with the most miserable woman on the till - no smile or hello just a quick ‘what do you want?’. This was then followed by a mistake with our order which when asked to rectify we were met with rude gestures as if we’d inconvenienced them massively. Will not be returning.

This place was very busy when we went, but the drinks came quickly enough. Very disappointing to see the name completely misspelled.

Came for a drink, greeted by rude worker (name was Chelsea) asked for my drink as normal, she looked at me as if i was a piece of chewing gum on her shoe. Proceeded to ask again and gave me another look. When she eventually looked at what i wanted, she snatched my money and threw my change at me. I waited for my drink and got straws threw at me again. Disgusting customer service.

Starbucks is the same which ever you go to. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although the prices are very expensive, but worth the money. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back to this specific starbucks as it’s nothing different. The cup sizes are large, even when asked for a small, which is good. There is quite a few tables and chairs. Starbucks is usually quite full, but clean. The hot chocolates are very sweet, but very nice. The bacon sandwich I had was huge, I couldn’t eat it all! But by far the best cake from the few times I’ve been there is the chocolate caramel shortbread! I will return.

Standard stuff for Starbucks, nice coffee and food. The staff were good but the place is let down by the environment. It really needs a face-lift. We sat downstairs and things were a little tatty, plus it didn't have the same warm feeling that some other Starbucks and most Costa Coffee outlets have.

Mild day, sun shining, cool but sat outside. Aside from the nearby smokers, great place to people watch. Large latte and a cinnamon swirl, enjoyable mid-morning snack!

First of all, when I went to this Starbucks I ordered my regular drink, and the man said “it has coffee in and a lot of sugar in you know!” I said I know back, and he just looked me down! Also a large frappocino is something like £3.50 to £5! Extortion prices!

We were welcomed with nothing but kindness, with a queue going out of the door. I was happy to be served when they were ready as I don't enjoy seeing stress, particularly over a cup of coffee; yes, the tables were 'used' but the placed was packed, and there was the university open day, which is why we were there, so we added to the demand. Our tuna melt, granola slice, tea and coffee, was delicious, so no complaints from us! Thank you.

The coffee in this branch is fine - up to the usual Starbucks standards and the usual range of muffins, pastries, toasties etc etc are on sale. It is a busy branch but they really ought to employ more staff to keep the place tidy. On my recent visit I had to clear 7 items (dirty cups, wrappers etc) off the table and wipe it clean before I could use it. Other tables were similarly cluttered with used mugs. It is a shame because this is a good coffee shop but the often messy state of it does it no favours.

Tables were dirty and the staff were miserable and rude. Coffee was cold. This branch could do with a complete overhaul.

Staff were helpful and attentive when taking my order and my drink was prepared quickly. I ordered a cappucino which was a nice flavour but could have been hotter. The cafe had a nice atmosphere but was very busy so there were lots of used cups and dirty tables that needed to be cleaned

Standard Starbucks, Great takeaway coffee, staff are students working hard, not much else to say really!

Starbucks is always a great place to take a break, check your messages and have a relaxing drink. This location has restrooms on the lower level that can be used by the public. Good cakes / pastries as well.

Be nice if they paid full UK tax like other coffee chains. It's a Starbucks. Its does coffee, hot cocolate and the most insipd tea going but it was nearby and I wanted a brew. It's a Starbucks what you see is what you get.

I have visited this branch many times. The staff are very friendly, there are plenty of seats both inside and outside.

Starbucks are definitely living on a fading glory! They are being categorically rinsed by some of the independents in Newcastle and most of the other chains. Please sort out your stinking toilets too....

Always worth a visit for some overpriced beverages but the kids like Starbucks to recharge their batteries after so much time wandering around.

Having very recently had the great pleasure of drinking Starbucks coffee in its founding city of Seattle, I can report that the staff there are second to none in terms of their customer service, they are passionate, enthusiastic, warmly welcoming and knowledgeable. Their skills with customers could knock the very socks right off your feet. So it is with extreme disappointment that I have to say that the same certainly does not apply to this particular branch.

Had coffee and muffins here with my daughter. Far too expensive for what we got, but you so sort of expect that in Starbucks. The tables were dirty and seats are far too close together. We sat outside as inside was hectic and it had all the same issues with space and dirt.

Mediocre bit untidy and bit of a public thoroughfare for non customers going to toilet. If decent weather be nice to sit outside

Call for coffee with family today at 11.00. The service was ok , then female staff came out with feather duster started cleaning the vents for the air conditioning. The filth was going everywhere .then she came out sweeping it up and started continually banging the brush on the dustpan my daughter asked her if she could possibly do it a bit quieter as we could not here each other talking. She went behind the counter ,then a young man called Pardray came out and continued to sweep and bang louder than the girl ,once again he was asked not to keep making the banging noise. He was very rude and snapped at my daughter saying he had to sweep the floor then continued. My son in law told him not to be so rude. He then put the brush down and started slamming the chairs into the tables as loud as he could ,he was trying to provoke my son in law. I think Starbucks should send truculent staff on training courses,

Visited here this morning with 4 other members of my family. We were all drinking our coffee and eating our cakes when one of the young members of staff decided to clean the air vents above the doorway. These vents were truly minging with a lot of dust and the father duster she was using was mearly throwing the dust all over the shop. As if this wasn't bad enough she then had to clean up the big dust balls that had began to find their way all over the shop, so armed with a dustpan and brush she started cleaning up. However instead of just sweeping all the muck to one side then using the dustpan, each molecule of dust was swept straight into the dustpan accompanied by an almighty clashing of brush and pan. Bang bang bang bang does not make for a relaxing environment. I asked her to stop as it was very loud and she obliged. However she went behind the counter and clearly complained so next out was one of her mates, billy big balls who started clattering around us, clearly on purpose. I then asked him if he would kindly stop with the noise as we were trying to have a conversation and was met with "I'm not banging and I have to sweep up" and he kept on sweeping and banging, weirdly enough only around our table and the floor was bloody clean!

I enter the starbucks to have a great taste of their coffee, just to try some of their coffee, I nearly receive a shock due to the price they are charging per cup. Anyway I still buy 1 cup of cappuccino , it was nice and I really like it but am not thinking of going back because of the price they charge.

ちょっと前の日本の高級なイメージを打ち出したころのスタバではなく、木の椅子で良く言えば気軽に入れるお店。天気の良い時には外もお茶のみスペースになっていて、心地よい風に当たりながらの一休みもオッケー。開店時間は、月火水金が７am～７pm, 　木曜は７am～８pm 　土曜は７：３０pm～７pm 日曜は９am～７pm とかなり変則で。すあくまでも今はこの時間ということのようです。

My wife and I visited this establishment for the first and last time last week.We needed a drink after shopping before setting off home.

Visited here as my son likes the nutella cookies and I was flagging and needed a coffee after a lot of walking around shopping. The place seems to have had not a lot of money spent in it. The seats are awful and the view is either some stairs leading to the toilet or looking at a dirty marked wall and chairs rammed up against it. Horrible tiles on floor and just in general I thought very unkempt. The latte was ok at first but when I got half way through it it was just like dish water. Would not visit here again as its not the experience I like when trying to relax and you are paying top dollar for it.

I have called in here for breakfast on numerous occasions and have always found the service to be good and speedy (which is not always the case in shops of this kind). There is ample seating though tables are somewhat crowded and it can be difficult to negotiate your way between them carrying coffee and muffin plate. The shop is ideally situated for the centre of town and the Metro. It opens very early in the morning so ideal for an early start to the day. Coffee is of the usual Starbucks standards and the usual Starbucks range of pastries, cakes and sandwiches are on offer.

My dog was really ill so I was up all night with him, no sleep whatsoever! My friend suggested I come here to get a potion that would wake me. I was sceptical at first. So I went in and to my dismay, the magic water came in so many variations. So long story short, magic water tastes like sugar and make mornings not hurt anymore. A warning to this tale, when the potion wears off, the symptoms of your ailment will return. Heed this, the potion (I believe its called coughfee) wont fix but merely scare off your sleepy demons. Came here this morning with my work friends, it was alright but not the best as my friends liked it but I had the better ones before. Just an average coffee shop.

My daughter bought me a ‘flat white’ which was reminiscent of the Nescafe my granny use to make yeeeeaaaak! I stood in the queue whist the server chatted to her mates with total contempt. The other staff were just plain ignorant to the fact it was busy with paying customers and just carried on doing anything but serve. As usual the toilets were filthy – Starbucks in general have lost it….

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Starbucks in the city centre. The staff were lovely as usually however they were caught off guard by my complex order; but they pulled it off.

This Starbucks is often very busy, and it sometimes takes quite a while to be served. However, the hot chocolate to go is really good especially with cream. However quite calorific so only once a week!

Suspect Starbucks is a bit like marmite - but it's one of my favourites mainly for sentimental reasons.

Went in today to purchase two cups for my niece to take to France, the attitude of all four staff needs looking at , perhaps they had a busy day, but most unhelpful service I have ever had. I will never visit this store again.

Coffee has lost its 'art' and has now been turned into a 'push button' experience. The coffee tastes great but often lacks the creme you will find in a more traditional espresso bar. Not being a fan of coffee cocktails or syrupy 'chai' i prefer the more traditional brews.

Whe have drunk our first cup of cappucino at Starbucks. It was very good. Nice people who served us.

We have been to Starbucks all across the US and Europe and this is one of the friendliest and well run we have been into. The thing that struck us was it is in a small town in the middle of the UK and they still had the Starbucks quality and experience Keep up the good work!

The only things that let this branch of Starbucks down is the outside tables don't seem to cleaned often enough. The ashtrays are quite often full and ash all over the tables. The other thing is the umbrellas outside, or rather umbrella, as one has vanished, are never open, so if like me you like to sit outside to people watch and have a smoke there is a chance you could be soaked in the rain. Also there's one or two of the female members of staff that could do with learning to smile.
