Brilliant service. Excellent delivery service too

Clean, fast, easy and good value.

All extra items paid for missing. Only half of the items on breakfast send and 1.5 pancakes with 5 blueberries

Really disappointed. 3 items missing. Ordered a all day breakfast and they missed the beans. Missed a portion of chips and a bacon sandwich. Essentially half my order missing. Considering this is a national cafe, it’s very very disappointing and more so having to wait in suspense whether I’m getting refunded. Not good enough.

Had the breakfast this morning with sourdough toast and coffee. It was very busy and there was a bit of a queue to order, but the guy behind the counter was friendly and apologetic for the wait, and the food was excellent for the price paid.

Didn't get my drinks and breakfast was poor quality. Paid extra for black pudding and it looks like it's been sat out for a week.

Excellent food and drinks and excellent service The staff were perfect I just sat down after ordering food and drinks and the food came as I sat down the staff were perfect at customer service and very good prices for the Quality of food and drinks thanks to the staff that works in the Cafe they could do with an 110% pay rise especially for going an extra mile to deliver an excellent service

If you want a warm welcome and courteous service this is the place. The two girls serving were so helpful and smiled at each customer. Ellie and Jen were on when I visited.

Had a lovely full english and my hubby a bacon sarnie 2 coffees.everything tasty and cooked nice.bacon thick and tasty not overcooked.2 friendly staff serving well impressed for the price we payed.cant wait come again soon !

Come here alot but had a breakfast in the afternoon sausage was like rubber the pooched egg was what I can only explain like a haribo jelly sweet I think the cooks (chefs) need to learn how to make a poached egg

Ordered poached eggs with toast the eggs were raw for both me and my partner. Returned them and cook said 'my bad'. Got fried and scrambled to mke it easier but it was not edible. It was the worst eggs and toast ice ever had the bread was barely toasted!

Came in for a coffee while shopping, girl serving was friendly enough, decent large coffee, was pretty quiet, however it was a shame about the environment, many dirty tables with chairs pulled out all over and the floor had chunks of food on it, could do with more staff to keep on top of it 🤨

Food was cold when it arrived,egg under cooked

Bit pricey & food was barely warm but really tasty, probably won't order again but purely because of price point.

The staff where so nasty and rude to us because where young 25s was standing there for 10 minutes until she make a drink then she said can I help I ordered food never said where to go or ask if where takeing out Sitting on the table wondering if are foods coming head too go and get my number with the milkshake siting there at the desk never said anything about a number was just handed a receipt that’s it the milkshake was made so poorly. then 15 minutes later chips and gravy came with no forks or knifes had to find them and all the stuff where eyeing us make us feel so comfortable Nasty thing to do when me and my girlfriend have a learning disability iv been 3 times and never again 1st and 2nd was bad with takeout but this time was awful sitting in. Chips and gravy was fine Lovley thanks too the cook.

Spot on as usual. Quality all day breakfast. The only thing I would say is being charged £1 for one mushroom is a tad expensive

Bacon was fatty and delivery driver was ignorant

Called into the cafe for breakfast, the sausage and bacon sandwich arrived from the hot counter all 5 steps away cold, taken back to counter and asked for a hot sandwich as ordered. The sandwich was freshly cooked placed on the hot counter and the server decided to open the sandwich and rifle through the contents with her ungloved fingers in full view of the cafe customers. When we complained the manager hid in the kitchen behind the scenes. Complaint made in store, online to customer services and as dealt with typically by management it is brushed to one side, if this happens in front of the general public....WHAT HAPPENS BEHIND THE SCENES ask yourself that. Yes I have all the emails to back this statement up.

Asked for black pudding in my sandwich but none in. Have been charged £1.15 for it.

Ordered a full English breakfast and large latte from the cafe today, first breakfast arrived burnt this got sent back the second breakfast came which wasn't much better I complained to staff with little help off them back overall waste of money.

Popped in for a bite to eat & a coffee before the weekly shop on 26/04/22, ordered a Toastie with goats cheese & a coffee highly disappointed, the toastie had no cheese whatsoever all it was a toasted bit of bread & it was lukewarm …I really should of complained there & then but the staff was messing around making themselves coffees so thought they are not going to be bothered as they looked like they didn’t want to be there themselves, just wouldn’t go back to give my custom to , latte was adequate but the food I wouldn’t go as far to rate half a star whoever made that needs some lessons on early basics eg how to make a toastie as it’s not exactly cheap £10 for a piece of bread , would not recommend get alot more for money in Mc Donald’s .

Got a toastie goats cheese n onion chutney... Paid extra for chips... Also a latte... Coffee was nice toastie had 0 filling no goats cheese to be seen or tasted.. dry bread with a bit chutney and the handful of chips were dry and tasteless.... The cost was just under £10...

What a good idea to provide a different coloured saucer with a coffee to denote its milk type etc

Food arrived cold had to reheat and on delivery drinks leaked through bag so bag ripped and got no drinks

Toast tasted stale. They also forget the sauce packet.

I asked for eggs Wel done no tomatoes and toast separately it came with egg York all over it and toast cover in it to and tomatoes on so they hv been put in bin very disappointed as it’s a waste of money will not be ordering from yous again and I would like a refund

I payed for extra bacon which was £2.20 with 2 of the breakfast orders but it never came with it. I have tried to refund it but I couldn’t.

went to tesco gateshead, it wasn't what i expected, first time eating here as I was very hunger, the breakfast was so small for the price and mostly bread and one egg, the coffee had too much water and no flavor, i wont be back there again

There were no hash browns on either breakfast. The driver didn’t even knock on the door to let us know the food was here , they just left it on the door step.

Terrible, understaffed, food was awful ..cafe dirty, tumble weed grass was blowing through, pot of tea's cold, coffee's like warm hubby had all day breakfast, I had chorizo breakfast, it was just thrown together with fried eggs, instead of poached, no sourdough bread, avacardo wasn't mashed & Heaps of chorizo,...no passion in this cafe...young lass trying to clear tables & serve meal boys had fish & chips & left most as fish over cooked....feel sorry for the staff cafe was dismal & depressing cost £ 30 quid...could of gone a mile up rd & had a Toby carvery for an extra £10...pull your dog up Tesco....

Food arrived on time but my breakfast was missing half of the items. Even the ones I've paid extra for. Some stuff was hot some cold. I've asked just eat for a refund of the breakfast. Mango smoothy was nice just a bit too much sugar for me.

Hi, the service and delivery was absolutely perfect but the quality and size of the food was very poor, one sausage and one bit of bacon and half a slice of bread is poor for £5.50 When you get 2 sausage on kids meal. And quality of food was poor

Terrible food, we ordered tuna panini, it was luke warm, no side salad and very unappetizing. No cutlery or napkin, had to go and ask girls who were serving who gave us them from behind counter. Staff ok Never again !!

Really tasty and well prepared food, however the driver arrived with zero manners! Banging on the door 3 times in the 30 seconds it took me to apologise on the work call I was on and get to the door! As I apologised to the driver for the apparent inconvenience, he was already headed back to his car and didn’t even a knowledge that I’d spoken. No need to be so rude!

I ordered the vegan breakfast. It was nice, the tomatoes and spinach, in particular,were cooked really well this time. The new containers they're using work much better than the ones they used in the past. The sauce packet I ordered was forgotten about (this seems to happen every time I order) and did effect the enjoyment of the meal a little bit. The delivery driver was super friendly, polite and cheerful. Overall a good experience.

All day breakfast was cold went in the bin l ordered somewhere else.

Breakfast was cooked really well. No grease at all, food was also delivered hot which is always a bonus. Overall good value for money.

I have been pleased with three previous orders from here. However I ordered my usual vegan breakfast with extras today amounting to over ten pounds but it's normally really good so worth it. Instead I received a squashed white bap with two friend eggs, a manky piece of bacon that I gave to the dog and 2and a half smashed up dry vegetarian sausages in, and a flat mushroom.. I ran to the delivery man and tried to get his attention as soon as I saw the bap. I don't even eat white bread hence ordering the vegan breakfast. I was charged the same an on my order it says VEGAN BAP but I was not aware or vegan baps nor would I order one, shame as I really liked the vegan breakfasts here. The end cost was the same but the food was awful and inedible I did not make a mistake in my order. I ordered a Vegan breakfast with extras. I don't think I would risk ordering again which is a shame.

Second time ordering and still disappointed. One bacon sandwich was missing, and the breakfast had the hash browns missing, the lid was open and the whole thing was cold. Poor value, poor experience. Won’t order again.

Ordered extra bacon with the sandwich and didn’t come with. No butter in the toast with the beans on toast. Bit of a let down for a Saturday morning breakfast order.

Ordered from here before and last time it was spot on. However this time the toast was off; the bread tasted completely stale. I had to throw it out which impacted the breakfast significantly as it's not a massive portion to begin with. They also didn't include the sauce I requested. I'm hoping this is just a one off and I would try ordering once more as there's not many places you can get a vegan friendly and healthier version of a breakfast delivered.

Went for a hot drink on friday 21st august about 2.30 pm. One young girl serving/taking orders and payment at the counter , it was slow and she looked stressed out. Once we got our only,only a tea abd a coffee we struggled to find a clean table. Again one young girl wondering about clearing and cleaning randomly,lots of dirty tables with leaves blowing in all over the floor as door wideopen. Both drinks were not very good either,very dissapointing in respect to the store in general. As a contrast we used the Morrisons restaurant on 24th which was well organised and all tables religously cleaned between occupants. Very dissapointing experience for a tesco store

After reading the reviews do t you think it’s obvious there are people working there with no passion for their job let alone the presentation skills for the food I’ve always walked passed as I feel stored never get it right except for Morrison’s in West Denton. Service is tops my daughter and her neighbour go there after the school run most days and have breakfast. I’ve had a few time and the carrot cake is to die for I like to shop at Tesco always have my fave cranberry and walnut loaf my Boschendal Red Wines and a great Holland Barrat. Overall a great shop but let down by the Cafe. I owned few restaurants and coffee shop in South Africa very sucesful at that maybe you need someone there who can rise to the occasion to make Tesco Cafe Tops. It’s all about being Personal. Hope it comes right

We just went as it was convenientto have a quick lunch. The soup was proper home made soup. Service was very quick and the food red hot and very good. The coffee and chocolate brownie was also excellent. It was also very good value for money.

Decided to call in to The Cafe for a coffee before we went shopping in Tesco as we had never been before. We ordered a fruit scone ( I asked if I could have it warmed, I was told there was a microwave so I could do it myself ), ham n cheese toastie and a latte. We were given a number to put on our table so they could find us. I proceeded to warm my scone when I realised I had no butter. I went back to the side counter and asked for butter and whether I had to pay for it. The waitress said no and would I like some jam too, which I did. A very happy chap brought the toastie over and I asked for my latte, he informed me it would be at the counter at the side of the till. We had been sitting for about 10 minutes by this time, luckily it was still hot. I feel the staff who are serving at the till need to have improved Customer service, as I was not offered butter or jam and was not informed I would get my latte from the other side of the counter. Disappointing visit

This is the first time in years that I had been to Tesco Kingston Park having worked here from 2000 to 2005. The cafe used to be at the front of the building, then the back on the first floor and now at the front but to the left as you approach. The payment point is at the front so you can order before you sit down though it helps if there is somewhere to sit. There are ample places to sit, with customer toilets (including accessible ones) at the back which also lead to the shop floor. We didn't have to wait long for our orders and when they arrived they were brought by a very cheerful chap who also asked if we wanted sauces (there were condiments scattered around the tables). Mam's eggs benedict was rated 9 out of 10 - they had used ham instead of bacon. My meal, dubbed "The Breakfast" under the heading of all-day breakfasts was also good - the only disappointment was the unremarkable sausage. We go back albeit for a larger breakfast or something else completely.

We visit Tesco Kingston park every Thursday morning and always go for our breakfast in the cafe where all the staff are fantastic it’s great value for money and has a nice enough interior but the last 2 weeks we have got a CHILDRENS breakfast it has come with some rock solid scrambled eggs my daughter is nearly 2 and is independent when it comes to eating but she could have choked on them easily me and the wife thought ohh it will be a one off but the week after we went and they were the same we did complain to a member of staff and she was great and offered a refund but it needs to change as we will not be returning if it happens again

Popped in for a shop but decided to have breakfast and was glad! I had scrambled egg on toast, cup of coffee and my husband had a pot of tea and a kids mini breakfast which was perfect!

Went one Saturday and had lunch... it was great. The coffee was good. We had the avocado on toast and it was delicious - with crispy bacon. Went back the following Saturday and it was so disappointing... bacon was fatty and only just cooked. Seems a bit hit and miss...

I used to come to Tesco regularly for breakfast and it was great, but now it is a huge disappointment, the place is very tired and very grubby it is in need of a full refit all the seats are stained and frayed The breakfast has to be the worst breakfast I have ever had in my life, tasteless and not very well presented, bring back the old Tesco cafe

I went to the cafe with my grandmother. We had bin told when we got to the front of the Q that there was a 40min wait for food. Disappointed but understanding that it is a busy day especially with the schools being off. We desided to have a look at the sandwiches. The lack of choice was laughable since they are located in a supermarket so shouldn't be short on supplies. Tuna and cucumber, smoked salmon salad or BLT so no option in the sandwiches for a veggie, lucky we arnt so reluctantly went for the tuna and cucumber sandwiches ... I get to the table actually starting to look forward to something to eat.. the packet says freshly made with no ingreadiance information on so logically I asumed that it had bin freshly made that day and must only have tuna bread and cucumber in it ... much to my tipical disappointment there was no cucumber in the sandwich it was tuna and spring onion. Knowing people who are alurgic to onion this was undeniably disconsurning.

Visited this cafe for lunch with family. My mum and I had the fish and chips. The chips were cold and the fish uncooked and slimy .The batter on the outside of the fish was hot however on the inside next to the fish it was still a liquid. We brought this to their attention and was told that we could have a refund however when the manager came across we weren't given one he just apologised for the meals.

Really great store to visit has everything under one roof. You can have a full makeover while doing your weekly shop. Buy clothes have a sunbed then get your hair done also place’s for a coffee and a bite to eat.

Pleasant cafe and friendly staff. Called in for a cuppa while waiting for prescription. Tables regularly cleared and everywhere appeared clean.

My husband and I shop at tesco every Saturday and usually call into the cafe for breakfast. Last week two people who were served after us got their food before us and we thought oh well mistakes happen. Unfortunately when the food came it was like warm and greasy to boot. Once again we gave them the benefit of the doubt .

Poor quality food since cafe reverted to Tesco form Giraffe. Still suffering from my under cooked, anaemic breakfast this morning.

We visited Tesco cafe Kingston park Newcastle and we were very Impressed with the staff very friendly and helpful. The chef was happy to make the children tea that wasn't in the menu. The adults just had cafe latte and it was lively would recommend
