I came here on a hen party and was unfortunately let down by the organisers who booked us the incorrect service. Thankfully Holly and her team ensured we received the best service possible and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible given the circumstances. Holly, I can’t thank you enough for all that you did for us you really are a star!! The food was unreal and the staff incredible!! I highly recommend.

Cannot fault this venue or the staff. We were let down twice by a hen do planing company and the staff at ChachaBuchi were amazing. Although it was not their fault they offered us so many alternatives to help make our hen do the best it could be. Holly especially was amazing and did everything she could to help us including calling our next venue to give us peace of mind that it was booked and going ahead. The staff went above and beyond. One of the best hospitality venues I have visited.

After a complete balls up with a third party Hen-Do company, Holly and team absolutely came to the rescue to try and rectify a rubbish situation. She could not have done enough to make us happy and improve our night. She deserves so much credit for her service and her hospitality !! The venue is awesome, good music and good food. 5 stars for Holly ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s an incredibly loud venue, catering mainly for stag and hen parties. (I was admittedly on a stag party myself..). The starter was a charcuterie board. The steaks were all overcooked and tough. We spoke to the waitress and they offered us a free round of drinks because of this. The desert were donuts and brownies. It was all pretty average and more of a bar / club venue than somewhere to go for a meal. It did have a live band come out, they got pretty good towards the end of our time there.

First time here and thought it was really nice please, only had drinks , 2 lads were playing and singing when we went in then when we went back later on there was 3 . Canny place

We booked here for Bottomless brunch and the bonkers ball for a hen night. Food and drink was amazing. Staff were really quick to replenish the drinks. They also let us take the bottles of Prosecco that we hadn’t drank downstairs for the bonkers ball. Bonkers ball was fab. We got 2 bottles of Prosecco then they came round with slices of pizza. Well worth the money. Really funny and a fab place to visit.oh and the ball pit was excellent and so much fun. We will definitely be back.

Nice atmosphere considering it was reasonably early when we went in. Staff seemed friendly.

Fantastic bar/restaurant we visited and started with a few drinks until we seen others ordering food which looked sooooo good. Of course we had to order and it didn't disappoint. I was out with some friends previously but this is definitely some where that I am looking forward to taking my girlfriend back to.

We were a party of 15, spent £700 in total for bottomless brunch & were denied all our entitled drinks & no food arrived. Venue opened at 18:00, doors opened at 18:30… When asked about the food & drinks, the staff were rude and desperate to get away from the conversation. Very disappointing. Staff appeared eager to take your money (despite wearing the wrist bands) & hope you’d be too drunk to not realise that your food never arrived. Absolutely shocking. Launched a formal complaint. Waiting to hear back. The only fantastic part of the night was the queens performance. Shame the venue is run so poorly.

Really good live music but it was too loud, we couldn't hear each other! Thats why only 4 stars. Shame as its a great place for a night out other than that

I cannot recommend Leah enough she is amazing inside and out I couldn’t ask for better service. She is totally intuitive to our needs and I only want to visit again if we have her!! She deserves a big pay rise!

We arrived and had a laugh but it was early so maybe not right time to arrive. While there we had an amazing bar staff member speak to us and make us feel really welcome. She had a butterfly tattoo (on her neck and chest) didn't catch her name but she was amazing and spoke to us all and offered advice on drinks and she made the time we spent there fun. She is a true asset. We'll worth a visit though

We had an amazing time on 11.3.23 for a Hen Party we arrived an hour early due to travelling from York and Adam /Alex (sorry I'm rubbish with names) was absolutely fantastic made us so welcome . The Bride to be arrived and he'd gifted us some bubbles 🍾. We had a cocktail lesson which was such a laugh then had food which was delicious, we left to go and play Junkyard golf and returned when when we had finished really good music and atmosphere. THANKYOU so much to the whole team for making our day really special 💕

Great place for food drinks and live music

Don't recommend! Went here with my partner for my birthday. It was a weekday around 5pm so very quiet. We came for food, they knew that as we booked in advance and was given the smallest table I've ever seen near the bar. It was one of those tables you stand at when you have drinks. I realised we were given the table because "influencers" were sat at ones you could actually get food on. Despite there only being 3 other couples within the establishment the service was so slow. We finally got our drinks and asked for the bill. Will not be going back.

We celebrated a birthday and did brunch which was unreal, food was great and the service was spot on. Then we did the bingo ball. Omg the queen's were amazing, such a great experience!!!! Highly recommend 👌

Myself and large group of friends visited Chachabuchi last night for a bottomless brunch to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was great and there was a good variety of drinks which where available on the bottomless list. Unfortunately the service of food was dreadful. Firstly we waited an hour and a half for the mains to come out, we where a group of 21 so it's understandable for it to take a while however, the actual food we received would have taken a matter of minutes to make by the looks of it. There where also 3 vegetarians including myself who didn't recieve their food until well after others had all finished. It was cold and inedible, we where expecting tacos and we handed 4 doritos, a few mushrooms and lettuce. As well as being freezing cold, the food was bland, seemed very old and for the cost and money paid by a large group was very unacceptable.

We were a large group booking for bottomless brunch. After initially paying a deposit we were made to pay the full bill one week before the booking which is unusual. The venue was nice with a good atmosphere and live music. We weren't given a menu for drinks when we arrived and no one explained to us what was included in the brunch in terms of drinks options so we had to ask (a choice of some cocktails and bottles of prosecco on the table). Cocktails were good. Food was awful. Service was slow. Food arrived at the table at all different times so some people in our group had finished before others received their food. We had to ask staff about the delay and were told that to avoid contamination between meat, vegan and gluten free, dishes are prepared separately and at different times, however we have eaten out many times and never had this issue elsewhere. The last main courses arrived at our table 1hr 30 into the booking. My tiny meal consisted of 4 doritos with a few mushrooms on, some bits of lettuce with a pot of salsa. Most of the food was not eaten, despite us being very hungry at this point, because it was so bland and cold. We left still hungry and disappointed.

Nice bar with good food options. Had the fondue with everything which was very tasty and more than anough for two to share! Good cocktails though slightly limited choice! Live music was fun but a little too loud.

Nice place, the day I went there was live music and the place was quite busy and popular. The cocktails were good and they had a lot of on tap options and refrigerated drinks. The venue also has a large downstairs. Toilets were a bit small.

Please don’t go here. Organised a hen do for 20 people, what a disaster. Will spoil your night, no apologies and don’t have a clue... they don’t care. Still chasing them a month later for promised money.

Don’t bother going here for a hens you would be better off going to a nearby McDonald’s where whatever you ordered you’d get quickly ! We waited 2 hours for food that never arrived and drinks we never got which we prepaid for and they won’t give us a refund that they assured us they would, least you know what your getting with a McDonald’s !

We prepaid for a 2 course meal, cocktail making (including 2 cocktails) and welcome drinks for 20 people... we got 1 cocktail and half the party received a welcome drink. After speaking to the area manager and various other people we were promised a full refund but a month later, this is yet to happen and no one will even offer an explanation. We are out of pocket a lot of money for things we didn’t get but the sad things is, we aren’t the only group that this happened to... please DON’T book here!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ! Venue is an absolute joke! We prepaid for a massive hens, venue never brought our food (which was pre ordered), only gave us one drink when three were included in the package. Since then, they have been contacted multiple times and a refund requested, which management obliged to but there has been radio silence ever since. Spent a fortune calling from Ireland to try get this resolved but they have not replied.

Honestly worse place I’ve ever been . Prepaid for a hens over £1000 they gave us one drink instead of three ! The never gave us any of the food we ordered , we went up and asked and they where like what’s your order again , even though we had pre emailed the orders because it was over 20 people ! We waited two hrs and when we left they hadn’t even started cooking our food . They promised a refund and the bride has been on the phone with them again and again and they give her the run around . She’s calling from Ireland so spend a fortune on calls at this point. There was no where near enough staff and numerous of them told us the smoking area how much they hate working there , they where comforting one who was crying at the time ! Don’t go here

Could not thank the staff at chachabuchi enough..!! My 30th birthday was cancelled last minute at 3sixty and chachabuchi saved the day..!! The live music was amazing and the best atmosphere..!! Everyone had an amazing night..! Thank you again xx

I would say poor service but in reality it was nonexistent. Seated at a table we had booked by 7pm and nobody had even come to take our order by 7:40pm… just walked out at that point.

Absolutely dreadful experience with this company. Had pre-booked a table for a large party 8 weeks in advance and given a pre-order for our food and it was a negative experience from the start. We were given a table that was too small for our booking so people had to eat their food on their knees, there was zero communication between the staff, the food was cold, the starter was not what we ordered, the meal took 1 hour and 45 minutes to even arrive in spite of pre-ordering. We spoke with a manager on shift and he was polite and he suggested as he hadn't been aware of what happened (which is a red flag in itself if he doesn't know what is happening in the venue when he is in charge), he said we should write an account via email. To top it all off after I sent said politely worded email noting our experience two days after no one replied. I chased two weeks later. And I got an apology that no one had replied and an assurance that someone would. Another week later I emailed again and no response. And then I emailed again yesterday noting my frustration, again I had no response. So after 4 unattended emails spanning 4 weeks i was left with no alternative but to air my problem in a review. This company is completely incompetent from the experience on the floor right to the management who clearly don't care at all about what is going on inside their venue. Would definitely avoid.

Friendly staff, great cocktails.

Me and my partner went for drinks and ended up getting the ultimate fondue. Can say the ultimate fondue was the best choice. Didn’t intend to order any food but I’m glad we did. There was a great selection of food all on one plate, enough food for the two of us. The staff were friendly, and even showed us the ball pit under the bar. So as a drunk couple it was a lot of fun.

Amazing place for bottomless brunch! Blu is the best waiter, kept our drinks full constantly! The girls looked after us second to none, especially Aleksandra. Love this place!

The sushi here is incredible. Order it! Music is great (but loud in the evenings). We heard some brilliant live entertainment. Price is fair, service was slow but they were very busy and gave us some free shots to apologise so can’t fault them at all! Love this spot for some cocktails and possibly some light dinner. Would definitely recommend.

Really looking forward to visiting here for a while after bloggers recommendations - unfortunately very disappointing. Booked a table for 4, waited 1 hour for my drink which never came so reordered a further two times before it arrived. Had to ask 3-4 different staff members for our food order to be taken after pestering the staff (who had zero manners and looked like they didn’t want to be there) we ordered our food. We were then told there was no fondue so ordered pizzas before then been told there was no pizzas. Meaning over half of their menu was out of stock. Eventually after waiting another eternity the starters arrived hummus was okay but no bread or cutlery with it. We again had to bother the staff to get items essential to eat our food. The pad Thai was soggy and quite frankly disgusting. We thought we’d try and order the chocolate fondue my partner had to check they were still serving food AFTER ordering and the food not arriving - absolute incompetence from the entire staff and restaurant.

Went for Sunday dinner. Waiting staff were all truly miserable and unwelcoming other than the hostess on the door who was very pleasant. Ordered one beef (at a £2 supplement), trio of meats (£4) and then pork and chicken. We were brought 3 beef and a trio. The guy who brought the first two plates of beef looked very confused when I explained we'd only ordered one beef and despite this, still put the plate down in front of someone. Took a fair amount of effort to get the right meal and when it came, one was missing stuffing we'd ordered as an extra so had to then wait for that. We were the only customers for most of our visit so not sure why this was all so difficult for everyone. When we finished, the waitress said 'is that everything yeah?' We did actually want dessert so not sure why we weren't offered any and she seemed surprised when we said we wanted some as if it were a great inconvenience. Bill came and it was too high. I tried to suggest the bill was wrong as it listed 4 x 2 courses all with beef supplements, and then the desserts separate with a random discount at the end. The waitress insisted that was how it should be put through the till and I could not be bothered with the argument so we paid and left. After terrible service and order mix ups you generally tend to hope you might get something knocked off, not added on but we were definitely overcharged. Such a shame because the food was actually really nice (albeit two of the meals were cold). Would not return because food isn't good enough to justify overcharging and terrible service.

Me and my partner came for restaurant week to celebrate our anniversary when arrived we were giving a table with stools but with me having a bad back had to move which they moved us to a table with very low tables which there was no way we would be able to eat our meal without hunching down so then they moved us to a booth table which was nice. We waited 20 minutes to order our drinks, then around 15 minutes to reviced them, after that we waited around 20-25 minuets to order our food. We waited 1 hour for our starter which I must say was really nice, not once did the staff come over to see how the meal was or if we wanted more drinks which we sat without a drink for around 1 hour. We waited 1 and a half hours for our mains which we not nice at all plus again not one member came over to see how we were. I had to get up and search for a member off staff 3 times. We arrived at the place for our booking at 8:10pm which we did not leave there until 11pm still hungry. It was really undersaffed. In the end the manager came over and was lovely and understanding but the whole experience was a negative one.

Honestly worst service I’ve ever had, the lady who greeted us was lovely, started off great, we had starters at 6:30 again very lovely, however we got brought more starters 45 minutes later, after explaining we already had them and we’re waiting for mains, we then waited ANOTHER 45 minutes until I had to ask someone what was going on as we had been waiting an hour and a half since our starters for our main, he said he would go and check but instead he continued to greet people at the door and clean to sit them down, why invite more people in if you can’t cope with the amount you already have? Our mains then arrived cold and pink chicken, rice was risotto and a coconut sauce, we ordered katsu, I’ve never tasted anything like it, we couldn’t eat if, I asked for the bill and again took 10 minutes I was ready to leave but could see so many people already complaining I didn’t want to make a fuss, not one person checked in or asked us if we wanted a drink in the whole two hours, nor did they apologise for the mix up and 1:30 hour wait for our main it’s honestly the worst service I’ve ever seen and experienced, I think your lucky people pay for the food and service because it’s terrible. It was quiet when we arrived and soon got busy I understand but a little check in or ‘I’m sorry your meal took so long, or I’m sorry we made a mistake’ can go along way and would have been a totally different review. So many arguments between customers and staff I’ve never seen anything like it.

Great potential ! The waitress who greeted us was lovely and welcoming and bought water to the table without prompting . The food was good but there was a pause between serving us all so our food got cold ! We had to wait a long time between courses too . If the service speeds up it will be a great place for a casual bite to eat .

I went with my boyfriend and another couple we are friends with. The Devore was lovely but after our starters we waited over an hour for our mains. When they arrived, the burger came with only half a mini pickle and 1 slice of tomato as salad, the pizza was burnt and was obviously reheated as it was like chewing on leather and the Katsu curry (which cost £13.50) arrived and was a starter size with chicken that again was obviously reheated as one side was soggy and the other was chewy. The food was not worth the money at all and we will definitely not be returning.

Absolutely shockingly bad. Party of 10 turned up on a Sunday afternoon and no one behind the bar. Walked out after 10 mins waiting and went to Revolutions.

Came here to work during the day as had seen on Instagram it offers co-working and will definitely be back. The atmosphere isn't quite there yet during the day but that's to be expected as its new, but the staff were super attentive, wifi was great (I had some zoom calls), and venue was lovely. Stayed to play some shuffleboard and have some drinks after and I'd definitely recommend the place! Food was lovely too.

Was understaffed. We had to ask for someone to come serve us after 20 mins or so, then the drinks were sat at the bar for a while. The staff were apologetic, however. The atmosphere and design of the place is great and I image there are just teething problems at the moment with the place being so new.

Very quiet and not what I expected from what others say.

Love the music, dont mind the prices, however only 4 stars, had problems gaining entry a few times due to door staff being too picky!! Sort this out and your on to a winner!

Confusion over the cocktail prices on a night out. The staff were slow in making the drinks and we ended up paying way more than expected for the cocktails. It seems it is generally 241 (apart from when we arrived even though we were told it was50% off) Very quiet for a Saturday night, too.

We booked a table for 20 people and had to put a £200 deposit down and get 50% off cocktails. All good so far. What they failed to mention was the 50% was just with the bar tab and once that ran out it was full price. I also had to wait 30 minutes to get my 2 drinks I ordered. Not a great experience.

Decent club and bar, good atmosphere and vibe.

It is a great club and the music last night was awesome. The lady on the Saxophone played very well! I was disappointed with the bar service. I ordered a disarano and coke a couple of times at the bar and was a nice size glass and I could pay by card but then.. Suddenly later on, I went to the bar and a new rule was set in, that you had to pay over £10 for card... Plus my drinks were half the size than what I bought previously. Disappointed.

Mid week visit very quiet but could just tell it would be a great party venue, great staff just a real good feel

Awesome atmosphere for a sat night out

We recently partied in both Floritas Bar and Madame Koo on my sister's hen do and the service we received was absolutely brilliant! We reserved the Living Room area in Floritas and from the moment we arrived we felt like queens, with our host bringing us AMAZING cocktails, sparklers and fizz! (Price per head was about £25 per person). The music was great, the dance floor was great and the overall vibe was exactly what we were after... (not letchy and plenty of room to dance and have fun with the girls!). Thank you Floritas for looking after us so well. Will definitely come back for more cocktails when I'm next in Newcastle :)

We attended Floritas for a hen party, we had a fab time. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, ample seating even for a night out. Only downfall is toilet facilities very dirty and doors dont lock. Not good for ladies who dont go in numbers to the bathroom. Excellent idea of the lovely lady selling Glip flops so you can enjoy your night out.

Loved this place! Miami themed bar which some amazing cocktails on offer !! The menu is HUGE and the bar staff were very friendly ! A nice outdoor area it's a little small but still great !

Apart from the fake reviews, the general music, and the ok drinks. When you are here with your mates and are not acustomed to the childish doorpolicy. This is how it goes; you go outside for a smoke when you are having a blast at 2:22, without warning you cant go inside anymore. There you are. A weekend with friends to Newcastle and cant go in to the group inside anymore cause of the childish door policy. 0 discussion or reasoning by employees. At least I have some enjoyment writing this bad real review. Thank you. Still waiting for my mates at the door while I give the stinky eyes at the employees. EDIT: one star, other people just got in.

Had a great time here for my hen party. The cocktail making class was brilliant and the hosts were very good. Tony was amazing teaching us how to make the cocktails and involving the games. Would definitely recommend to any groups.

Lovely bar, one of my favourites, definitely. They have a creative and delicious mix of cocktails and music, and the outside area is heated and unique. Overall a great atmosphere and one of my go-to places in Newcastle for a night out.

Even without the drinks, the atmosphere is one of the most welcoming in Newcastle. The price list may be on the higher side, but it’s worth it for the sheer volume of alcohol and imagination that goes into each one
