Costa Coffee in Hammersmith and Fulham

I've been there before a few times, they have nice and quick service - people were very friendly. I was served by Hannan & he dealt with my order in a friendly /professional manner. I met both managers as well Jamilah and Simran - they were very friendly too. I really enjoyed my time :). This time around, I had a Cheese & Tomatoe toastie and the Kit Kat Hot Chocolate - anytime I've visited, my drinks have been made by my favourite team members 🤗 .The only negative thing I can say is that there were flies in the café area, which made it uncomfortable.

Really friendly staff, very efficient despite being a demanding and busy Costa

I visited Costa around 7:30 PM and received a latte that was less than usual. When I inquired about it, the staff member told me it was their policy. She was very vocal and loud, which was surprising since I had never heard of such a policy before. Next customer also mentioned that his drink was nearly half-filled because the staff used less milk when steaming it. Even though this is the only coffee shop available, the staff should not behave this way and manage need to supervise, especially in a hospital setting.

Supervisor was very rude and looked like he hated his job, his staff and customers. He was shouting at his staff and the customers. They also don't accept any vouchers or promotional codes.

Actually a pretty solid place to chill and have lunch. The service was good and the food was delivered quickly. I recommend the cajun chicken wrap, honestly the best thing in the menu. Seasonal drinks are always a treat that go perfectly with the seating area just outside. It's all rather chill really, 7.5/10

The worst chai latte I have ever tried. It was literally chai watery milk rather than latte.. Disgusting. Caffe nero makes far more better chai latte than this. Also who puts black pepper powder or something to make the chai Spicy?? Waste to money. I am never going to this one again..

Ordered a cortado should be 1:1 coffee and milk. The barrista drew down an espresso and then filled the cup to the top with milk, didn’t seem to understand. Good coffee is about the quality, not the quantity!

Costa Coffee at Charing Cross Hospital

Coffee was good. The service from the man was really bad, he was very rude and standoffish. However a server called Daniella was lovely and finished my order.

Just had the worst coffee from costa ever! Not easy to get black coffee wrong but they did it. No taste just coloured water. Plus all the tables were dirty. Nasty place badly run.

Painfully slow service,unorganized,food terrible,they should of payed me.

One time it was closed, another time no sandwiches , as none were delivered. Poor choice of sandwiches. Fast and friendly staff in this busy Costa. Coffee OK.

The new soya ‘Adez’ milk is disgusting. Paid £4 for a coffee that tastes like cardboard. Not to mention paid extra for caramel and didn’t receive it.

I love costa, always get their hot chocolate and toasties but I will never order from this one. Asked for a coconut hot chocolate as per usual.. it tasted like water! Was in a rush didn't try until I got back in the car and had to throw away. Disappointing.

The barista in training who was on tills 25/05 , absolute star. She made me feel so good when I came to visit my sick mum. She spoke so kind to me. Just what we need in the world! I hope I can get her name next time I visit.

I like Costa but not this branch and it’s not good. I order flat white then I got latte instead and it seems they can’t recognise the difference. Plus - no oat milk. - not all card payment accepted especially American Express. I prefer to go outside the hospital (around a corner) there’s more options to choose.

Poor quality and the worst service I've ever seen. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Just don't bother coming here. The workers choose when to open and it will be closed during operating hours. Service is awful as well. There's a Pret and a Nero right up the street so I would recommend just going there instead.

The woman making my frostino got it wrong twise and was soooo slow the third time was still wrong but I couldn't be bothered too do the whole thing again . If she's working on the ice drinks again I'll just go too Starbucks

Amazing and dedicated staff members!!!!! This coffee shop was opened even during lockdown! I love grabbing there my morning coffee and being welcomed with great attitude and smiles. Alan, Bose and Patricia ( sorry for not mentioning all of the staff workingthere) you are providing an excellent service👍

Far too slow to serve. massive queue and staff were in no hurry to get it down. Coffee very nice but slowest service I've ever had anywhere. Ridiculous

We went around mid day, wasn't much stocked up, staff all seemed so up tight, wasn't the best experience, but there was one amazing guy, middle aged Asian guy he is absolutely fantastic!!!! Best staff they have lol

OK I understand that this Costa is busy and I have no issue with that, but staff seem very poorly trained and totally inflexible. First off, I ordered a peach ice tea and it was left brewing for 5 mins (standard Costa procedure is 15-20 secs), whilst a barista asked a colleague to finish it off so he could plate food and was told 'no, I've been on coffee all day I want a break'. Queue waiting another 5 mins so syrup and ice could be added. I also asked if I could have it be made with a super fruit teabag instead of everyday (would recommend if you get a chance, btw) and was told that I was 'ordering the wrong drink', whatever that means. Whilst waiting for my drink, I also noticed that the barista on the coffee machines wasn't cleaning and wiping down the milk jugs or milk arms between drinks, or using the correct jugs for dairy vs non-dairy. Look, I work in a Costa, I know its a pain (especially when it's busy), but you run such a huge risk of cross contamination, burning milk and damaging equipment by not wiping down between drinks. It's also just totally unhygenic and actually quite dangerous to say the least. The guy on the till was also just straight up rude and was barking orders at customers before they could finish speaking. Same guy that said that he didn't want to come away from the till and help make drinks because he 'wanted a break'. In my experience people are more than happy to wait if you explain that it's to catch up on drinks to try and speed up the queue, so I don't know if this is just sheer laziness, poor teamwork or poor training. I feel bad for the other two baristas on shift for having to deal with this.

Quite busy. Staffs friendleness could improve especially the manager!! The odd pigeon flying around where you are suppossed to eat and drink, yes you heard me right and it is a hospital.

It was OK.it was fast served but the Moca was a bit old.
