My duck had no meat just bone chips were like mash

My order came but most of my food, the fries were soaked, the chicken noodle soup container was partially open and the soup was everywhere, soaking the rest of the food.

Really nice food. Arrived early and hot. Not our normal choices so impressed at these "specials" dishes, something to add for future orders. . Great job. Recommended.

Not the nicest. order salt an pepper shredded chicken. batter was a bit weird didn't toast the best. the bbq sauce was really odd. and £3 for th3 smallest portion of Prawn crackers. delivery was fast and friendly. just didn't like the food.

Food as always is delicious and tastes fresh.

For the price I paid, I got 5 chicken nuggets (and a little bit of veg) the noodles were absolutely lovely but the food was mostly cold

We ordered half crispy duck from here and it was absolutely awful. It was completely overcooked and the meat was so tough I couldn't cut it let alone "shred" it. We couldn't eat it so it went in the bin. I contacted just eat with pictures and a video of how bad it was and they have refused a refund, maybe because we spent £22 on it (almost £40 in total). So disappointed and will definitely NOT go back or use just eat in future.

Our order was delivered to the wrong address even though we are regular customers. When our food finally arrived it was cold, the chips were dripping in grease, the chicken fried rice was awful. So the food ended in the bin. Never again!!

Usually good from here but food got pushed back half an hour then 20 minutes late after that. Food had clearly been made for the first delivery time as it was luke warm/cold and some of it was burned.

Has been good before but this time an item was missed on the order and despite promises of the replacement being here within 25 min it was an hour before my daughter got her food.

I’ve always looked at this restaurant and thought is it a bit out of area, however we were very pleasantly surprised and I can honestly say this is the best takeaway food we’ve had in ages! Hot, fresh, tasty and on time, salt and pepper chicken was cooked amazing! We will definitely be ordering from here again. Thanks

Always a fast service and fresh, delicious food

Food took an hour and a half then turned up Cold. Plus the dish was lacking veg and was a very watery sauce. They need to take more care and step up a bit

tofu was overcooked and very dry, as was the rice. Chips greasy. whole meal was cold. not very nice at all, most went in the bin.

Very disappointing. Salt and pepper box wasn't very flavourful. Wouldn't order from here again personally. Singapore fried rice also very bland. Chicken and sweetcorn soup was excellent though. That was the only thing that we really enjoyed.

Ordered the Crispy Chilli beef as a main sharer and it was soggy and far from crispy - hugely disappointing. Chicken strips were nice though.

The only Chinese we use, always spot on.

The complete order was wrong! We had someone else order called Katie!! Also when I went in to the shop they had no corn but it was still available on the app to order . Gravy was congealed! Chips were horrible. This was my first and very last order from here!! The only positive was the staff who I spoke to were really nice. Just eat need to get drivers to check what they are delivering!

got fried rice and chow main, they both came in a small tub (which ive never seen before) so the portions was deedful, was still hungry after eating mine. won't be ordering again as it's definitely not worth the money for such small portions

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but feel the need to today. We were disappointed after spending £31 for just 2 of us. Food was edible but definitely not the best. Delivery time was over 1.5 hours. And maybe it was my mistake but I thought I’d selected the cheeky Tuesday 20% discount restaurants but we didn’t get any discount at all.

First time ordering from Red Dragon. Food was amazing, best tofu I've ever had would highly recommend. Such a generous amount of food for the price.

The price of items from the takeaway appears higher than other similar takeaways, but the portion sizes more than justify the higher price. The food quality is also really good, as first time I used this takeaway. The delivery time was later than originally posted, but to be honest, the delay was worth the wait and with the quality of the food was more than likely as they had so many orders, so I will be happy to wait again in the future.

Food arrived late and it was cold I ended up having toast for my tea I was so hungry and threw the Chinese away What a waste of money !

fried rice burnt, never had fried rice in a dark brown colour even crispy. prawn balls both overcooked and undercooked if this even possible, sweet and sour sauce tasted like water and spring rolls tasted funny ie off also

Ordered the salt and pepper shared box, couldn’t tell you what meat it was it tasted really funny and some items were hot and some cold. Weird curry sauce, I’d avoid this place!

Normal it’s good but the delivery was late chips cold the duck dish was not you are likening (but that could just be us)

Used red dragon a few times now and never had a problem. Today an item was missing. I phoned the restaurant and the item plus a bonus was delivered excellent customer service and the food was top quality as usual.

Disappointed with tonight’s delivery we order regularly from here.Spent £40 half of that was on a much box which only had enough rice for one person,was full of chips mostly, 3 skinny ribs with no meat on barely any chicken and soggy wet veg rolls. Let our family treat night down

The taste of the salt and pepper sharing platter was very bland which was unusual as it is usually very tasty. The chicken batter was soggy and the ribs were dry. The rice, noodles and sauce were all very good and as expected, but overall as the platter was the main element of our order, we were left disappointed.

noodles burned and all food cold absolutely awful. spoke to restaurant and they sent a new delivery but same absolutely awful. i will never order again and will be speaking to EHO due to temperature control. kids delivering otder not in temperature controlled bags with awful attitudes
