We took friends who are on holiday here. The service was excellent. The staff were fun and so efficient. Seating was brilliant. The food absolutely fantastic. Can't recommend the restaurant enough. Rosie and Rolly Hallett

Un verdadero hallazgo para el brunch! Personal acogedor y amable. . . ambiente divertido también. La calidad de la comida era excelente, destacaba el tocino y la salchicha. Todos disfrutaron de un inglés completo. Buenos capuchinos y tetera de hojas frescas. Ocupado pero un montón de espacio con un piso de arriba y jardín. También ofrezco comida para llevar y vi pasteles frescos y pan si eso te apetece.

A decent neighbourhood tratt with nice, freshly-made, authentic food. Lamb polpette, pizza napoli, cannelloni were all very good, pasta arrabiata maybe too fiery for some. The premises are small without feeling cramped, with evening sunshine streaming in. Pleasant service, restaurant and toilets spotless. Three of us had a nice evening with two courses and a bottle of Montepulciano for less than £80.

Great pub. Lovely friendly staff. Lounge is very comfortable and child friendly.big tv screen. Cost affective than whitley bay pubs and not noisy.

A boutique guest house with great food options, there's even a bijou cinema in the basement for film nights.

Firstly, I'm truly sorry to see you go. The East Coast has been the go to venue when we visit the area for some years. Many a family meal had been had here. Always excellent food, service and great value for money. It is a place I would (and have) recommend without any hesitation. I wish you every success for you and your team for the future.
