This bar (and actual distillery and school) serves the best martini you will ever taste. Their own Liverpool Gin is smooth, dry and light on botanicals. In other words, perfect.

Stopped off here for a pint on the way home and was pleasantly surprised by very cozy pub with friendly staff and a good selection of beers.

The milkshakes are way to milky and the cookie doe is hard still a good place just isn’t what it used to be

Good room, except the mini bar fridge was not working , and there was not enough Kleenex. Service was late in the day and they failed to leave us face cloths.

Very very tasty food! Amazing service- go above and beyond to cater to customers. Despite not having vegetarian options on the menu- they happily catered to dietary requirements so our whole group could enjoy the food! Thanks so much, it was very appreciated!

We visited the Gate Inn for Sunday lunch. A nice choice on the menu and we weren't disappointed with the roast pork and lovely desert. The car park can get full as the pub is popular but parking in the street is available a few short steps away.

Fab the lads behind bar were great and helped us chose drinks for us newbies and the band and singer were amazing

Volvimos a nuestro alojamiento esperando que la comida estuviera disponible. Nos sentamos en el jardín y tomamos una copa mientras miramos el menú y esperamos que el servicio de comida comience a las 5 pm. Nos ofrecieron una mesa aunque no habíamos reservado con antelación. El restaurante se llenó rápidamente y es obviamente un restaurante muy popular. Las chicas que servían eran todas amables y profesionales. Nuestra orden fue tomada rápidamente y la comida estaba con nosotros en aproximadamente 20 minutos - recién cocinado y agradable y caliente. Las comidas eran buenas y bien presentadas. Decidimos tener el plato de compartir de postre -era enorme pero logramos terminarlo entre nosotros : ) Fabulosa comida y sin duda recomendaría.

We visited Albarino mid-week with the family as we had heard about their paella evening on a Wednesday - it didn't disappoint! We had the tasting menu which included a few tapas followed by an amazing paella. The staff were very attentive and the wine they recommended was lovely. Would definitely go again.
